I ve gotten happy experience from this dealership. They gave me good deal on 2024 Forester. Linda was great, the number she gave me on the scratch paper is the same exact I have on my monthly dues. This was the most important thing for me- to keep promises without adding anything on it just before signing the contract. Thank you Linda and the dealership for being trustworthy. And finally, I do love my Forester, it was a good choice.

We had a wonderful experience with Aaron. Unlike sales people at other dealers, he was polite, informative, well-spoken & knowledgeable, and the opposite of pushy.We only discussed price at the very end of our initial meeting, and that was only when we brought it up.When we told Aaron that we intended to shop around for the lowest price, he encouraged us to come back with whatever offer we had so that he could match it - which he did without hesitation.If you're considering a Subaru from this dealer, ask for Aaron!

Do not use service department at this location.I went in for catalytic converter swap and left with a constantly smoking car, manager will not acknowledge or help.I went in for a catalytic converter change under pzev warranty which went fine. Unfortunately they started poking around for other issues instead of leaving it at that. I ve had my car examined by several mechanics recently as it s new to me and have done my due diligence on maintenance. I ve changed spark plugs, transmission and differential service, valve gaskets resealed (one side preventative and the other for a small leak) etc so the car has had eyes on it, my own and several shops.The day of pick up my car started smoking substantially, I have videos attached from day of and from a few days ago which is nearly a month later. Plus there was a pool of liquid that was never there before. I was hoping it was maybe something the mechanic spilled that would burn off but the smoking and puddle and awful smell has been consistent since I left the dealership.After looking at photos and taking the car to my mechanic to check they think in searching for issues, they wiped down the area of the cam carrier of debris and exasperated an oil seep that had not been noticeable. Hard emphasis on not noticable this was literally a non issue and something not seen by multiple mechanics in multi point inspections. Basically they took an issue that had not been a problem and had not been seen in multiple multi point inspections both before and after purchase of the vehicle in June, and turned it into a huge issue with a $4000 price tag.I can not afford this fix. I had the vehicle inspected many times to see what maintenance was needed and budget for that this issue never came up until I took the car to your service center. Worse, the staff and manager were cold and accusatory basically telling me it was always there as if me and several mechanics just missed the excessive smoking and awful smell if I drive with my windows open or heater on.All I d like is help to fix this, I was meant to take the car for a work trip and now don t feel comfortable. I couldn t even use the car to try to make extra money for the holidays or to fix by starting up Uber as I d done in my previous car. I m incredibly sad and frustrated, I bought the car hoping it was quality and have been doing everything I need to have it for the long haul (my Honda sold at 300k and barely had issues in its lifetime) but I m feeling like I bought into a company I can not trust.Check my past reviews, I don t knock someone unless they really deserve it and please please save yourself and don t go here.

Very Very poor experience there. I came to look at a vehicle and seek the price. The salesperson took me with a bad attitude, juts like that I could leave soon. Don't tell me his name. When I ask for a vehicle, just tell me that the vehicle is in the inventory and do not have access to it. When I ask for the price list, just tell me they could not print. I said that you have a printer over there, why could you not print for me????!!! Totally angry and feel uncomfortable for the couple minutes. Do not go shopping for a car or go for services at that dealer.

Don t buy a car here. I have a bad experience. They called to threaten me to erase my review and I scared until I took it out. Six months later, Finally I think I should not scared of anyone. I bought one Outback here and I decided not to step back to this place in my life again. I will use services from other places. Once you purchase, you are done. This is the most depressed dealer that i ever had in my life. I save the voice on phone call that they called to threaten me in my phone as evidence and if they try to do it again (threatening me to ease this review), it will send to police. People should know before deciding not to pick the rude dealer.

I bought a Subaru Forrester from this dealership, the dealership itself is beautiful it is clean, it is welcoming. I was lucky to get Carter as my salesman. He was extremely helpful, caring knowledgeable he went above and beyond to provide expert customer service. I would recommend this dealership, particularly because of that professionalism and service I received from Carter. If you re on the fence, I highly recommend going in to test driving a vehicle here.

Pete was an excellent person to work with and deal with. He was respectful and patient through my car buying process. He didn t just help me get into any car, but rather took the time to really gauge my needs and wants based on how I used my current car and the things I like to do and from there, helped me into a vehicle that best fits my needs and lifestyle.Beyond that, I had wanted a Subaru for many years and when going into the Subaru dealerships around the Los Angeles area back in 2021, I was not approached by a single sales person at any location. Even when asking for help a different location, I was blown off. Going back into Keyes in January 2024, I had been looking for a while, while the other salesmen chatted amongst themselves ignoring me.As I chatted with a current owner who was waiting for her car having its routine service, Pete came back from his break and immediately asked if she needed assistance, she pointed to me and Pete began working with me right away.Pete s professionalism in dealing with me and the frustration I had from not being greeted by his colleagues proved to me that he was the person to go with when buying a vehicle. And I don t say this lightly because my first job out of college 30 years ago was selling Subaru and Hyundai s when I lived in the north east. I knew what the level of service I should have received and expected from any dealership the moment I stepped onto the lot. Pete and his manager Michael were the only two people, back in January, that seemed to care. And thankfully, after that initial interaction, when I returned in April 4 months later, I was greeted immediately and I then asked for Pete who, along with Michael Castillo, got me into a sexy new 2024 Crosstrek so I could end my prior lease early.If Pete is not promoted to manager quickly, by he ll be poached!!! Pete is a hardworking and smart individual who understands the high level of respect and good customer service everyone deserves regardless of their age, race, or what they re wearing that day.Thank you Pete!

I came in about Two weeks ago for an ongoing battery issue that I was experiencing on my outback. And Thomas over at the quick service department was able to get me in and out the door super quick. He got my issue solved immediately, he impressed me with how knowledgeable he is regarding these vehicles. Definitely a great place to have your subaru serviced.

Our family owns 3 Subarus and has been with Subaru Sherman Oaks for over 5 years. Avi was very helpful on trading in my Crosstrek and get Forester. I do like my car and definitely would suggest Subaru fans to contact Avi.Update: 1/31/2024. Avi did a great job we got 4th Subaru new Crosstrek 2024 Limited! Thank you very much

When we decided that we were ready to upgrade our Forester to the Ascent, I searched all over Southern California for the best price and trim/color combo. Subaru Sherman Oaks came in with the best price and probably the easiest car buying process I've ever had. A few highlights:- Upfront pricing with no dealer-added fees or accessories. While many dealers' salespeople make you haggle to get the best price and add required accessories or fees on top of the price, Subaru Sherman Oaks does neither. I worked with Jose and Tamaz in internet sales and they came with their best, strongest offer right off the bat. Subaru Sherman Oaks' has a policy of no added dealer fees or accessories - the price is the price. They also allowed us to reserve the car during the week so that we could pick it up on the weekend, which was a huge plus.- Great pickup experience. They had our vehicle waiting for us when we arrived, and we were in and out in less than 3 hours. The dealership showroom definitely feels like a Subaru dealer with exposed beams and ample space for customers to view vehicles, accessory options, or wait for the next step in their purchase process.- Honest, straightforward employees. I always prefer buying cars from family dealers, so I was pleased to learn that Casa Cars and Subaru Sherman Oaks have been family owned since their inception. Each of the Subaru Sherman Oaks team that we interacted with were straightforward, friendly, and accommodating. Financing with Michael Redic (who you can thank for Subaru's Wilderness and Onyx trims!) was a breeze as he was transparent, knowledgeable, and kind.While Subaru Sherman Oaks is a bit of a drive for us, we'll definitely be returning for our future Subaru vehicle purchases.

Pete is the man! Was looking everywhere for a deal on a daily driver for work, and was getting nothing but crazy prizes. I got in touch with Pete and was amazed at the service and deal he was able to put together for me. I got an amazing car for an unbeatable price. If you are in the market for a Subaru, Pete is the best. Hands down.

Buyer beware!!! Do not bring your Subaru here. They are the ones that people talk about when you say the dealership rips you off. They wanted to charge $1800 and take two weeks for a new car key. What if a working family couldn't afford that and miss their car for two weeks. What a shame. Just flat out rip offs. Buyer beware!

I have just purchased a 2024 subaru Crosstrek and I am beyond happy with the experience! Every step was easy, simple and pressure free! I initially worked with Ethan, who allowed me to test drive all of the cars I needed to make my decision. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. He was responsive at any time I had a question and his customer service was impeccable. I continued with another associate named Linda. It was clear that Linda is very well versed in Subaru s and created such a stress free and fun experience with placing the order and waiting for the delivery. The financing portion was also very pleasant, and easy. I was not overcharged and walked out with exactly what I was comfortable paying. From start to finish, this has been such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in buying a subaru to visit this dealership!

I just bought a 2023 Forester Sport from Sherman Oaks Subaru. What a great experience! The dealership is clean and comfortable, everyone is friendly. Aaron was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable, helpful and PATIENT. I drove a few cars and had a lot of questions before making my decision. Every step was relaxed, I never felt hurried. Took my car in for its 60k mile service. Mentioned I had issues with smoke being emitted when I start the car and issues with all of the internal lighting flickering while driving. I was given a time and day when my car was to be inspected. Got notified within minutes of that time that they found nothing wrong with my car and that inspection revealed that aftermarket LED lights that were found in the dome and map fixtures could possibly be the cause and that I should replace them with factory bulbs. I mentioned to the advisor that the LED lights were indeed factory and came with the car when I bought it, but I was still told that they never had LED dome and map lights for my car. I was sent home and the very next day the same issues popped up again, smoke during start up and flickering internal lights. I found my window sticker from when I bought the car and low and behold, the car came with "LED Map and Dome Lights" in its optional equipment. The tech obviously did not do a thorough inspection and it appears I know more about the lights than the service/parts department. This is now the 2nd time I have had an issue with the service department after catching a technician falsifying a vehicle inspection report during a service.

We came in after scheduling an appointment online to test drive a Subaru Legacy. We were first met by Gary Dannenbaum. He was very attentive and kind in his dealings. We did a test drive of a base model, but wanted to go to a higher package due to moving to a colder weather place. Gary and his finance team were fantastic to deal with. We were in and out in about three hours (introduction, test drive, credit/finance, car detailing, and a "crash course" on all of the technology). This car was for a family member and we are not first time Subaru owners. Gary applied no pressure on the sales side, and no up-sells. The finance team did that part of trying to get us to sign on to wheel protection, windshield, etc. That was my only gripe, we told them we didn't need any of that as the insurance we already had picked up covered glass, upholstery, and wheels. But the finance team said it was "company policy" that they had to go over this. That was fine; it was only an extra 10 minutes. But this is really a review of Gary Dannenbaum. He went above and beyond as we had multiple cars pulled, he set up the StarLink and made sure we were all set. He has continued to follow up to ensure we don't have any questions. Kudos to Gary. This was the least painful car buying/leasing experience we have had. Thank you.

Wife and I needed a new car because we are expanding the family and both have small cars. Our original plan was to get the Ascent 8 seater but upon looking at it and the Outback the Outback made more sense. We worked with peat and test drove two Subaru Outbacks and he was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Of course buying a car is no easy feat nowadays but he wasn't pushy, and like I said patient, as we had to take numerous breaks to appease our 4 month old son. If you want to purchase a Subaru, call and make an appointment with Pete. We were just lucky that we got him because we were walk-ins.The car we ended up with is fantastic and I'm glad to join the Subaru family. Now if only my wife will let me do the crazy stuff I know our new Subaru is capable of doing.

I was originally going to just stay with Honda but they were not being helpful at all. My friend suggested Subaru and told us that Jose was an awesome salesperson. We went to Subaru and it was the best decision. Jose made the process comfortable and so easy . I will recommend this dealership and Jose to all my friends looking for a new vechicle.

I stopped in last week to check out the Subaru line up. I was impressed with their cars after having a Toyota or Honda in mind. Sales lady Linda combs to help us and what a friendly and knowledgeable lady. She was amazing at what she did. The manager Michael and Michael in finance were great too. We got two cars from the dealership. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Ten stars. Thanks again .
