Just had to share my amazing experience with Ozzy at Master Mufflers. So, my catalytic converter got stolen a while back, and the previous guy who attempted to fix it left me in a real mess sketchy and full of lies.Enter Ozzy. Not only did he have the best price (seriously, I called around, and he nailed it), but he also sounded the most sincere on the phone. A lot of mechanics out there don't sound like people you'd want to do business with, but Ozzy was different. He understood my situation, showed genuine sympathy, and actually sounded like he cared.And boy, did he deliver! Not only did he fix the mistakes of the previous guy, but he also did it quickly and exceptionally well. My check engine light, which was stuck on for a whole year, finally went off, and we past the smog test, just like Ozzy said it would. No more false promises just results.What sets Ozzy apart is not just his skills but his ethics. He didn't try to take advantage of my situation, unlike some mechanics out there. In fact, one of his employees was a customer for over a decade before deciding to work with him. That says a lot about the kind of service Ozzy provides.If you're ever in need of auto work and want someone honest, skilled, and downright pleasant to work with, Ozzy at Master Mufflers is your go-to. I can't recommend them enough! =D

I will recommend this place to anyone. He replaced my catalytic converter and gave me a great price, much better than his competitors. Ozzy is a real one he saved me hundreds. You can find him at the front desk. He's the owner. His shop is kept clean. He even has water mist for his employees in the garage. He does just about everything. My car was in and out in 1 day.Go see him don't go anywhere else.

Wow, just wow! Ozzy was a huge help. He know is way around the vintage exhaust I brought in. I am over the moon with his craft and professionalism. I ll be back for an alignment!

I have delt with a lot of muffler shops and master muffler is the best. Ozzy is very professional and really helps his customers. I highly recommend this place to all looking for great work at a great price.

"Cat Clamp" brand Anti Theft, they install...where able to handle "Hi Top Transit" . Occy put it up on a lift and showed because of 'Ford doing their due diligence it was not needed"..saving Patty 450.00 purchase price&installation cost...250.00 we got 4 different prices Occy's was the best..Taught us instead of charged us..'Start at MASTER MUFFLER.

Master mufflers customer service was 100% about the customers. Was searching the whole valley for someone to fix my exhaust on my 90 mustang lx on a Sunday ! Couldn't take the horrible noise anymore but I believe the owner/ manager forgot his name but great guy ! Gave me options on what to do and ways he can save me money. Point is if you need honest and I mean honest work, this is the spot to go to for any fix your car may need ! Thanks master mufflers ,you will see me again if anything happens to my baby ! LolThanks !

These guys ripped me off, they said they were to repair my car they didn't and when I saw stuff off the internet i found they were overly pricing everything. They Took my money and never fixed the car. They don't even deserve a star

Didn't want to help me out for 2 used tires kept saying we are very busy very very busy with no cars inside or outside sitting around doing nothing?????? Complete waste of my time which tells you how flawed these reviews are

Stay away from Master Muffler very dishonest, I was charged for a part that was never replaced. Ozzy will keep replacing parts until he gets it right. Stay away!
