I actually had my e30 painted in July of 2023 and it has been holding up ever since. Karina s customer service and attitude stood out beyond all other Maacos and I can definitely see myself bringing other cars later in the future to this location. They were nice enough to paint the new bumpers and side skirts I had for it off the car. The only issue I had with the work was that my mirrors were not painted and left black. However I did not discuss that during the quote and maybe I shouldn t have assumed that it would be painted. I called them up immediately when I had realized and they told me I can always bring it back in to get the mirrors painted. Sadly the car is overseas but I still give a 10/10 for customer service. I cannot complain that deeply in regard to the price paid though. The work definitely matched and exceeded my expectations. I did not have any major overspray, bubbling, or runs. However walking in there I did not know that they cannot warranty vehicles that are beyond 1990. The turnaround time was the main factor of why I went to a maaco. They got it done in 3 days. Sand, prep, sealant, and paint. Amazing job overall!! Left 4/5 stars and will update to 5 when the mirrors get painted.

I have had other older cars painted before so my expectations were fairly low. Boy was I surprised!! My 14 year old car looks brand new!! The color is deep and shiny, the price was way more reasonable than I had expected. I am so happy I chose Maaco. They did an amazing job!! I would recommend it to anyone looking for any level paint job. I chose the lowest option but feel like I got a high end result. It is just beautiful!!Service: Painting

Overall the experience was great A tiny bit of overspray but they corrected it quickly . Jay s customer service was exceptional. She really gave me a great price. Explained the options thoroughly on the paint options and differences , she very welcoming and understanding of my questions and concerns

EVERYONE is great there. Customer service is highly regarded by their staff.The work was what I hoped for.Be sure to have your headlights and taillights polished if you get a full painting. It adds to the beauty of your car.I will be taking my 4Runner to them later this year.

Best spot to go for repairs. Easy to work with, delivered with great results within days, very very fair pricing compared to other shops I went to get quoted. Shout out to Jay with the good customer service as well. Highly recommend!

Maaco and Jay in particular did an amazing job painting my 2008 car. It s looks SO good. They fixed lots of the bumps and scrapes and even reconditioned the headlamps. Looks amazing and price was very fair! Very easy, quick process with great results!

We have used MAACO for a number of company vehicles over the years and this is by far the best location. Jay took excellent care of us from the estimate to completion. Top notch customer service, fair pricing and quality work! Everything a customer could ask for. Thank you!

I wanted a bit of a special job done using raptor liner which makes the paint rough and durable for offroading. These guys had never done it before but gave me a fair price and told me they'd do their best. Some people may not be a fan of the color but it's specifically what I requested and their detail was excellent. They went above and beyond what I expected and I'm 100% happy with the job.

The experience was actually less than two stars. An estimate for paint and body work was for two weeks. After two weeks, the location was unable to complete the work due to the individual who performed the final sanding and polishing being unavailable. Later, I saw a sign on the front door with the offer to hire and train someone to do this service. I am uncertain if the service is available as of today.We live in a world of uncertainty. COVID devastated humanity and its "just-in-time" supply chain. Humanity is slower learning to rebuild its supply chain. What should always be available if open and truthful communication between clients and business. This leads to repeat customers and positive word-of-mouth referrals of qualified leads.If anyone has a positive "sanding-and-polishing" experience, please post here so I know about it. Small businesses employ two-thirds of the workforce in the United States. It's good!

I have taken my car here multiple time over the past 3 years for paint when my car need it.Their customer service is always polite and professional.I find their recommendations helpful and the cost of service is reasonable.They are on-time with the work being done.I have been very happy with the results and would highly recommend this Maaco location to anyone who needs painting done.

This is the 2nd car I have had painted at this Maaco shop and this time it was for a 2017 Chevy Volt in Mosaic Black. There was a medium size dent on the side back panel and a number of nicks and scratches that needed to be fixed along with repainting the car due to being badly faded on the front hood, top and back. This time the job was even better than the previous car. The only spot where I saw a very tiny overspray bubble was on the top in a corner that I had to really look for otherwise this was an exceptional job and thousands of dollars less than what was given to me by 2 shops closer to where I live. Karina helped me with the estimates on both cars and Bob was there when I went to pick it up. The body work was excellent and the paint matched the original color as expected. I have recommended this shop to friends.Service: Painting

I am very impressed with the quality of work Maaco has done, and professionalism of the staff. It was beyond my expectations. The staff was very helpful and nice. After going around to different shops, getting crazy estimates (thousands of dollars), and waisting my time, I luckily found this place. You Get What You Pay For idiom fits perfect for Maaco. Once you get your car back after their service, you will be happy with your car s fresh paint look and the amount you paid. Only short after, you will start to see the REALITY. First, you will see the paint is all over the place, on your mirror, window frames, rims etc. even paint dust on your dashboard and front panel inside the car which you have to spend quite a good amount of time to clean that off. Here is the bigger problem. I got my car painted about 3 years ago. After recent heavy rains, there was moisture buildup under the clear coat on all around the car. When I brought the car to the shop, manager said she has never seen something like that and all they can do is; to paint the whole car again and of course charge me again for the work. So, I spent $700 after my warranty discount just to get rid off those water marks and moisture under the clear coat.Service: Painting
