Called a day ahead to make sure he was not too busy. Got some used tires next door and immediately got an alignment at Lorenzo's. Nice to get a print out of where things had gotten way out of whack! Highly recommend.

Despite some of the negative feedback at Lorenzo s. I actually had a great experience here. They aligned my 2019 lifted Tacoma to the specs I requested. Happy customer here. IG:@valleycanecorsos

Very satisfied with my experience! Quick, courteous service. Excellent price. Didn't try to upsell me or scam me. Waiting room has good ventilation, as the shop has an open front (for those who are nervous about being indoors during the pandemic). Will definitely come back for future alignments!

I highly recommend this place for you car repairing needs! The service is great and fast! The mechanics are honest and don't try to hassle you! They're not expensive and they even tell give you preventative maintenance advice. I've had my tires changed here twice and both times I received a discount! Love this place and always coming back! Highly recommend this place to everyone!

I have no clue how this shop has 4.7 stars on Google reviews. Do not be fooled by their cheap prices. They are highly unprofessional and will treat your vehicle like a trash can. Thr mechanics do not know how to respectfully speak with the customers. 40$ alignment is a sham and once you get something repaired you will leave the shop with a new problem. Spend a little more and go elsewhere. You will end up saving more in the long run.

Had it done on the spot....they weren't busy. Boss was straight forward gave good advice. Rotate tires every 10k he says. My 96 FORD shocks/alignment for 190$. Digital alignment was pretty fancy. Music playing. Snack machine.Cons: no seats for clients.

Told me a firm price in person and i confirmed before i left with Rodrigo and said they would get it done same day before 7pm. Brake job, just replace rotors and pads. Didn't get a call so i decided to call next morning. Got a call at 11am saying it was ready. Showed up aroung 2:20pm, waited an hour due too them installing rotors in the wrong direction and making noise so it was not ready like they said. Finally got it done. But last minute charged 25% more of initial firm pricing

Best!!! Alignment shop in the valley. I had my alignment done today and it was quick and easy. They are the best hands down! Im going to recommended this shop to everyone i know. Great service, very professional crew, and well knowledgeable.

I got brakes pads changed somewhere else. They failed to tell me that i needed my rotors resurfaced. Lorenzo's resurfaced my rear brakes for 60 bucks. That's stopped the squeaky brakes.Now i'm taking my brake pads and rotors here for now on to have them installed for 60 bucks each axle. Saving time of money

Lorenzo is an honest, easy-going mechanic. He always gives fantastic immediate service with a smile. He will not sell you what you don't need, and there is no pressure at all. Well worth a visit to get a free estimate.

I was having problems with my Dodge van front end steering, I took it to a number of places that were either outrageously expensive or didn't know what they were doing or both. Found this place online and couldn't be happier with the service and prices as well as their knowledge when it comes to front end service. I highly recommend this place for alignment tires and minor repair service

I was referred to this place by my auto mechanic. Mr. Lorenzo was very rude acted very bored and overwhelmed having a lot of cars for alignment! He didn t care giving me an answer even when to come back so I didn t go back. I m not recommending them this place. I ll spent my money where I m getting a proper care and mutual respect.

Worse place that anyone can take a vehicle to be repair, no one here are certified with the state of California or any other state for tha matter, I took my silverado for them to replace the driveshaft middle support they never took the time to access the the problem got it replace and my truck was worse than before the they worked on it so I called told me to bring it back they keep it for 4 hours for nothing Lorenzo told me that it need more work done that he could do it so I had pay him 250 dlls more than the estimated he gave me and my truck could be drove more than 35 miles, I took it to a fr�end shop and right away he determined what the problem was a damage driveshaft and the driveshaft was damage at Lorenzo's DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE OR YOU WILL ENDUP PAY BIG FOR THE MISTAKE

Inexperienced hacks with no knowledge of how to do a job, Starting with the owner himself! do not take your car or truck to this facility they will overcharge you and not complete the service !You ll have better luck taking it to a backyard mechanic!

This place is affordable and accurate, took my 92 mustang after lowering it. They did a great job aligning it and setting the steering wheel straight
