WOW! Just wow! From the moment I started working with this body shop, they have been professional, on top of communication with me through the whole process and efficient on getting me back into my car! Definitely the place to go next time you get into an accident!

I brought in my car and it had excessive damage. Within two weeks. The car was primed, ready to get back on the road. I was in shock and mesmerized by the fastness and clarity of the work. The overwhelming majority of other body shops do not compete with legend, auto and meter. In hindsight this was an experience that I will definitely remember and I will refer as many customers as I can. Overall, the whole team at Legend helped me overcome my fears over getting into an accident.

I had gotten rear ended in Van Nuys. Thankfully EZ towing recommended us to Legend. We were brought back to life within 6 days. Thanks Pascal. We really appreciated your honesty and fastness.

Hello, I have a bad experience with this body shop. The truth was they did a very bad job and with the same workers I realized that my truck was not painted, but they painted it somewhere else, they left me a very bad job and a brake sensor was not working, they must have sent the He switched to the dealer for review and they fixed that sensor and they did not and they told me to take it to me to fix it and that they were going to pay me. and they don't want to pay me they don't answer the calls already and I've been there many times and I can't find them. When I call them, they divert the call ... I have almost 1 year with the problem and to this day they do not want to solve anything. I really do not recommend that boddy shop do their job very badly. They also gave me a rental car that had no insurance and I had to pay everything to myself. I repeat bad experience these gentlemen do not do their job well... eye .. they still don't pay me what they should do

This has to be hands down best body shop in the valley. I've been to other body shops and none of them can be compared to Legend Auto. Alex has exceptional customer service and delivers on his promises. I was updated as soon as there was new info on my repairs. The Legend Auto team should be the standard all shops follow. My car was ready for me to pick up on the promises date and washed. I can honestly say my car left that shop like it left the dealer showroom. A++ guys!! Great job!

This place is the ONLY place you should ever take your car! They know their shiz! Absolute Pros & 2nd to none in their field! Totally reasonable prices,Upfront, honest, skilled, extremely knowledgeable & totally hospitable. Alex (the owner) is AWESOME! They treat all their customers like VIPs WITHOUT the outrageous prices,add-ons & extras. Their work speaks for itself.What ever the car problem is, they will have you back in the drivers seat in a flash & thinking to yourself " HOW DID I EVER TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE OTHER THAN *SARR LEGEND AUTOMOTIVE*?!?!!(Ive NEVER given 5 stars to anything or anyone cuz NOTHING & NO ONE is PERFECT! In my book, PERFECTION IS AN IMPOSSIBLE FANTASY!I stand corrected!!!!**LEGEND AUTO HAS ACHIEVED PERFECTION!** ALEX & CREW ROCK! I had a really good experience with simon from legend auto and meter shop, he made sure everything went smooth and made me feel comfortable enough to trust them. They picked up my car with the towing truck and they dropped it off the same, that made me very happy, since they didn't put all these miles on my car. I would recommend them to friends and family! Thank you Simon!

Extremely terrible experience. I came to them with the repair of my car for insurance. After they returned the car to me, I discovered that they did not honor all that they had promised, the windows and mirrors were sprayed with paint, and in addition to all they broke the lock on the door and it stopped opening. After my comments they said that they would fix the door, that they need to order a new lock and they will call back in a couple of days. But they did not call back not in a couple of days, not in a week. I began to call them, but they blocked my number, and when I called from other numbers, they hung up. When I drove to them, they hid in the office and did not go outside. It's been two months since I turned to them and so far they have not fixed anything. Now I made a claim on this bodyshop and now we will resolve all issues through the court. Save your time and money, stay away from this bodyshop!

This place is the WORST place I've ever experienced. they took over a year to fix my car, and when they brought it to me, it was so messed up. I really mean there's lots of things I didn't mention in here but it's the worst. And they drove my (a client) car around over 600+ miles. avoid this place.

This shop is horrible. They take months for a scratch on cars rear bumper I was recommended by my insurance All State I don t know how they work with these people. Really horrible customer service and professionalism. Never never ever go to this SHOP!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

i m not very trusting when it comes to my car but I m glad I trusted this body shop with my car repairs.They left my car looking like brand new. Best body shop in the valley no doubt!!

This shop's license was revoked. They are not allowed to conduct ANY business repairing vehicles. Please don't use them.
