Purchased my Volvo XC 40 Recharge from Land Rover Van Nuys, a first fully electric for me, and had a great experience. Nick Kalaydjian was very helpful and instrumental to my decision making, offering knowledge, being understanding of all my needs to test things out and get familiar with the car, and was very clear about the financing and warranty options and service requirements. I took my daughter in to the Van Nuys Land Rover. She was looking for her dream vehicle, the 2023 Evoque. She decided to trade in her Mercedes Benz C Class and finally get her car. We went in and met the nicest, most helpful sales associate that we have met at any car dealership. His name is Vincent. He made sure she got everything she wanted in that car and that she knew how to work everything. He even followed up a few days later. We would definitely buy from him there again!

Wow, it's amazing how a single person can turn a situation around. I have a lot of respect for Justin P. and his outstanding customer service attitude. I am planning to buy my next vehicle directly from Justin and will definitely recommend him to anyone I know. He mentioned that he could sell all brands at Galpin, not just Land Rover.

This review is long overdue. Samie S. from Galpin Land Rover is undoubtedly the kindest and most professional salesman I've had the privilege of working with in a very long time. He genuinely cares. My entire family used to purchase and lease cars from Galpin for years, and, for the most part, we enjoyed working with salespeople from the dealership. However, after several disappointing experiences with Galpin Ford, when I was in the market for a Mach-e, I was ready to write off the entire dealership. However, Samie restored my faith in the dealership that I grew up loving.Samie went above and beyond to work with me, customizing my Range Rover and placing the order when other Land Rover dealerships would not assist. Throughout the waiting period for my car, Samie kept me well-informed and worked tirelessly to ensure I received a fair deal. Even after my purchase, he continues to check in on me to see how the car and I are doing. If ever there is an issue, he goes the extra mile to make it right. I wholeheartedly recommend him, not only as a salesperson but as a genuine friend.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I have to for Nick at LR Van Nuys. Between my boyfriend and I looking for cars in the last few weeks, we have been to a plethora of dealerships and have had MANY experiences with dealers. Other dealers just gave me the feeling that they wanted to sell ice to an Eskimo just to make a sale. Nick just stood out of the crowd by being patient (with my million questions); thoughtful and honest. It is nice to feel like you can trust someone when you are about to make such a huge purchase.Plus, the actual dealership is super cool. VERY high end vehicles and the best original LR Defenders I have ever seen. Just an overall incredible experience with Nick's 5 star service.

Arnold is the best! He is the reason why I bought a Land Rover. I went to 2 other dealerships prior. But he went above and beyond and I made the purchase based on customer service. It's a beautiful facility and I felt very welcomed and cared for.

Samie Shokory is the best sales person out of any car dealership I've ever been to. Every experience I've had at dealerships has been a nightmare and every sales rep I've spoken to had little to no integrity. I can't put into words how grateful I am that I was given the opportunity to work with Samie, he met every single one of my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I wanted a very specific car and he delivered even though there was an inventory shortage. I actually received quotes from 3 other dealerships and each of those dealerships tried to screw me over... except Galpin. I've referred many friends and family to him because I want to make sure that they're taken care of as well. If the manager of Land Rover Galpin is reading this review, please give Samie a raise. He created a long lasting partnership between me and Land Rover Galpin, I won't be going anywhere else!

Sometimes in life you have visions of a dream. Justin Permijo has made some of those a reality with the purchase of my new Land Rover DEFENDER. He didn't flinch when I wanted something that was unique and powerful. With Justin, I never really felt like a customer. He made me feel like family. Best experience ever! He is the GOAT. VIP service all the way around!

I went to Land Rover Van Nuys last Saturday afternoon after having a horrible experience at the Land Rover Woodland Hills location earlier that morning. I walked in and asked for a test drive. Matt Needleman came out and met me with a great big smile and a handshake. He took me out to test drive the Velar model I was interested in. He demonstrated the various functions of the car, explained the variations and talked me through the car models. I wasn't sure about the particular car we were in and I said I wanted to think about it and gave him my number. Within an hour of me getting home Matt texted me with a picture of another version and model of the series that he thought I might be interested in. He had actually LISTENED to my wants and needs during our test drive and found a car in inventory that he thought suited me and the small details that I wanted in the car. I came right back that same afternoon to test drive that model and got the car that same day! He got me out of there within just a couple of hours with my new car in combo with returning my old lease. I have been through more than a few car dealerships where the salesmen were dismissive of me as a woman looking to obtain a car. Matt was kind, attentive, patient and above all professional. I absolutely LOVE my new Range Rover Velar Dynamic V6 :-). It is a gorgeous car and I am so happy to have found it and Mr. Needleman.

I ve had some really great experiences over at Galpin. The dealership is so nice and clean with a great selection of vehicles to peruse. I love that they have Horseless Carriage. I mean no one has a restaurant on premises like they do and the food is really good. Oh and they have a Starbucks too.My husband and I have purchased many cars there over the years. And our go to guy has always been Justin P. Honestly, when we have tried to find better deals on our vehicles at other dealerships Justin has ALWAYS swooped in to beat it. I dunno how he does it but I can give him the craziest of specs of what I want on the vehicle and he will somehow find it, no matter where it exists on earth. He just knows. He is super easy and straightforward to work with and doesn t do the back and forth game that you d expect from basic sales person which is why he s awesome to deal with. He really treats you like you re his only client. He s even delivered a few cars to our house. He s ahhhhhmazing. We appreciate his manager Jeremy too. All good people here. Can t recommend Justin at Galpin enough.

The 5 stars are not for the dealership but for Mark and John in the parts department, love these guys! So nice and helpful. Needed some parts for my 2005 LR3. The Starbucks is nice in there too. Also a nice collection of proper Land Rovers upstairs, unlike the new Land Rovers that look like rav 4s! EW!!! The Aston Martins are awesome as well as the Jaguars!

Justin Alexander Permijo is one of a kind to work with and purchase a Range Rover. Has answered his cell phone every time I have called has been incredibly patient diligent and has moved mountains to get me a great deal better than all the other dealers

I had a great experience at Land Rover Van Nuys. I met and spoke with Matt Needleman over the phone to discuss a car I had specifically in mind. I later came in the same day a few hours later, Matt greeted me with kindness and we got straight to business. He let me inspect the car and take it for a test drive. He was very cordial and inviting and made the buying process much smoother. He was very patient and understanding with all my questions. Very happy with my purchase, definitely recommend!

Amazing experience purchasing a car from this group! The entire team was nothing short of amazing and very customer-service oriented. I had been looking (and very picky) for 5 months and Matt Needleman was persistent and keeping me informed and made it happen. Tony in financing was super thorough and made the paperwork process as painless as possible, and the GM Jeremy Guller was top-notch. Highly recommend this group especially in a super competitive market! Will buy from them again for sure. I have worked with other local dealers and they are rude and don t care. Thanks, Galpin!

I highly recommend Land Rover Van Nuys! Our experience was seamless and easy. The new dealership is "state of the art," a true luxury experience (you don't feel like you're in the middle of Van Nuys.) Our sales person Moe Hoessini was delightful, a good listener and made the experience of buying a new car, STRESS FREE, he was a true partner. Bottom line, we got in and out with the car we wanted and the deal we wanted. If you have to buy a new car this is a great place to start.

Absolute joke of a dealership. Walk in there with a cashier s check to buy a car and couldn t get treated any worse. Ask for contact information of dealers GM and they wouldn t provide.Bought the car elsewhere and I recommend you do the same. Some great Land Rover dealers in the area.Kevin and Yan, get some training because you re costing your dealership business.
