I brought my car here and the mechanic Frank over charged me, and my car broke down while I was driving on the freeway. I brought it back and all he wanted was to charge me more money. I brought my car for something simple and he totally messed it up.And now my car doesn t run and he s trying to charge me more. He s dishonest, unprofessional and disrespectful.He thought he could take advantage of me just because I m a woman. I have reported him to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs and started a lawsuit against this shop.It s a shame that he takes advantage of good, hard working people that come to him to get something simple fixed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Brought my car to get transmission repaired and rebuilt on JUNE 24,2020. Frank (Francisco) the manager said it would take 3 DAYS, Frank was the one i spoke with in regards to repairing and rebuilding the transmission on my car. He said it would take 3 days and would only cost $3000 and i paid an initial cash deposit of $1000 so he could start work he wrote up a receipt dated for 6/24/20 for $1000. i come in and pay the rest in full and wasnt given a receipt even after i asked for one. I figure hell have it ready once the car is complete. weeks go by july goes by and we are in the first week of august and they are struggling to finish working on it. Frank has every single excuse in the book not to finish the job, and eventually sends out my car to another shop "American Transmission" just up the street on van nuys blvd and plummer. Luis is the one in charge of the shop and the one who assured me the job would get done and done correctly. He gets it done and im able to drive it home to palmdale from the san fernando valley. Luis nor Frank could furnish me with a receipt. transmission failure began shortly after three days. It started making noise untill it no longer could change gears or even go into drive. its sitting in my backyard now in worser shape than when i first brought the car in to these mechanics. In total i paid $3000 for the transmission rebuild, $70 for transmission mounts. the extent of the damage their incompetency and negligience caused can range from approximately $8000 - $12000 for another transmission to be put in if there are no other parts that where damaged. if other parts where damaged or never replaced or missing this price will go up. Taking my car there to get repaired was a nightmare and the biggest mistake ive made in choosing a repair establishment. you can bet i made a complaint with the B.B.B. i came in person telling them the transmission is not working and did not offer to make any repairs and said that I owe him for all the money he spent. i took a $3000 loss and a non functioning vehicle loss, as well as the loss of time and money spent going back and fourth with this shop. I am also stuck with another bill of the cost to repair the damage he caused and the repair he would not complete.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I went there to replace my brake pads and lower control arm. As I was exiting the shop my brakes didn't work and crashed straight into a car. I had to pay for the damage that was dealt on the other car when it was the mechanic's fault. Very happy with the service! Knowledgeable mechanics. Got my car back very fast. Did not try to haggle me with prices. Definitely reccomend for any auto service in the valley.

Worst shop in the world do not know what they're doing they will try to get you to buy other ports that you don't need watch them they scam people they do not know what they're doing they're out for your money
