Dont feel welcome, service advisors seem to be bitter . Repeat concerns seem to be a normal thing for these toyota vehicles according to techs .

I visited this Toyota service on 8.17.2023. I came here for a regular oil change. I have an apppointment at 10.40am. I made an appointment for a week, arrived at 10.30 am. 40 minutes waiting to give the car to the service. At 2:35 p.m. the car was returned to me. many years ago I changed the oil on my car myself and it took me 15 minutes. thanks Toyota Keyes for wasting my time

I took my auto in for normal servicing, in addition I needed other work to be performed. I was given a detailed itemized estimate prior to them starting repairs. I was keep appraised of the time frame for the repairs and provided a ride home until the repairs were completed. They are always professional and the work is performed correctly the first time. My service rep is Sam and he is great.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Sam Nejad did his usual great job as our service advisor. We've gone to Sam for our 2004 Toyota Avalon and our 2016 Toyota Avalon for nearly 20 years and he never disappoints. On 6/19/23, Eddie Sanchez was my Consultant and he did a great job explaining the extra works I needed on my vehicle. I arrived at 7:20a, Eddie asked a few questions and I walked out of his office at 7:28a. 8:01a I noticed my car was parked on the side I also took a picture of it. I notified Eddie immediately. He called the technician right away, and asked to remove and work on my car. By 8:48a my car was still parked in the same spot. I was very unhappy, I spoke with Eddie again, he called the technician and learned that the technician took the wrong vehicle. I don't understand how it happened.I waited 3 hours 40 minutes in total for this service. I understand that Keyes Service Department is short of staff, but what happened indicated disrespect of customer's time. I actually witnessed people who arrived after I did, but their cars were done before mine. I am a loyal customer, I have a 2015 Prius V. I am faithfully getting service at Keyes. Prior to this car I had 3 Prius since 2006.

As always, the only reason I keep going to Keyes, despite moving out to Agoura Hills seven years ago, is Sam NEJAD! He s kind, helpful, polite and extremely knowledgeable! He s the best!

Bought a used Nissan from them back in October and was talked into getting an extended warranty. I have had a couple issues with the vehicle and took it in for service after 6 months only to be told that they couldn't work on my Nissan because the repairs needed had to be done by Nissan. At no point when buying the warranty did they mention going to the Nissan dealer and was told I could take it to any Toyota dealer which is also not valid. Not a happy camper with Keyes Toyota seems they just pushed the warranty without really explaining the complete process.
