I ve been coming to Julio at Julys Auto Care for years now. The professionalism, quick service, and pricing is why I wouldn t bring my vehicle anywhere else. I recommend this location to everyone before you find yourself being overcharged at a local dealership. Have left with a smile every single visit. Keep it up guys!

Top notch mechanics. They are very trustworthy and are always there to take care of all my needs from a battery replacement all the way to a full engine repair. I highly recommend them and I bring cars as far as Costa Mesa in orange county to do our repairs.

I brought my Ford Edge in for a replacement brake booster. They said it would be done same day and I called multiple times throughout the day to confirm that it would be done. At 4pm I was told they didn t order the part yet and they would need to keep my car overnight. That mistake alone cost me +$80 in Uber rides to and from work the next day. After I had the booster replaced it turns out that it was covered under warranty by Ford and the $600 cost was not necessary. After a month the brake booster failed again and I took it to Ford to have it replaced by them instead, this time under warranty. This shop refused to give me a refund for their part that failed despite it being under warranty as they claimed. Their excuse is that the shop has a new owner and name and they can no longer honor their warranty for this part. That s $600 of parts and labor that I paid for nothing, just a broken part and excuses from the shop. I have the invoice and broken part that they refuse to honor the warranty for and plan on using it as a means of recouping my losses unless a refund for the part is given.Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes, Auto maintenance

I took my car to this shop on May 27, 2020 to get a smog check for my father's car, who recently passed away. We gave the mechanic my paperwork stating that we needed a smog check. It has been over a month and we barely received the car today, on July 1, 2020. We would call him periodically and he would say that he was working on it. That turned out to be a lie, because I went to Fernandez Auto shop today and the mechanic, Julio, told me that he did not do anything to it and that it did not pass the smog test. I drove off, and then my car completely shut off. Also, he lost my car's paperwork. I just don't understand why my car was in the shop for an entire month when he didn't even do anything to fix it. It's not even functional right now. It cannot go 50 feet without turning off. If he didn't want to fix it, he should have just given it back to us. They knew about our family's situation and took advantage of it. If I could give it zero stars I would.
