My first encounter was very negative. I called to bring my car in for a repair because I saw the reviews of the shop and figured I would give them a try. The person that answered the phone, Jonathan, was very rude. I had given him some information on what was going on with my car to be helpful. He answered, "sounds like you already diagnosed the car yourself, what do you need me for?, you must be some sort of mechanic." in a very condescending tone. He was actually laughing at a potential customer. Then he said he didn't have any time to look at the car. He acted as if he didn't even want any business. Most business' I've dealt with in the past would do their best to make a good impression on a potential new customer. Glad I found another shop nearby that was a lot more helpful and friendly. This place is definitely NOT recommended.

Working with IGM was a wonderful experience. Saved me a ton of money on my BMW repair.Nicest guys, excellent work, honest. couldn't be happier. They are THE BEST.Don't waste your time going any where else for your auto repairs.

These guys are legit. Johnathan has an awesome team who are honest and fair! It's nice to have a mechanic you can trust in LA!

Not limited to European . Took my mustang cobra and was very pleased with the outocome. Talk to Jonathan great guy and fair .
