I ve been a customer of Hi-Tech Smog Check for about 13 years. I came back again today because it s the only place I want to have my vehicles smog checked.Albert the owner has consistently provided exceptional service and I trust him completely. Any negative reviews on this business are nonsense. Albert is fast, but thorough, kind and friendly.Don t go anywhere else if you value honesty and integrity.

Instead go to Smog Check pro onVan nuys and Sherman way only $50 for smog check.I came here for a smog check and unfortunately after checking around they are over pricedCharged me $120

Wow, I had the best smog check experience. Funny to say, but is true. The technician was personable, humble and gave me great advise regarding my commercial truck purchase. You know it only takes one person to say or treat you nicely that can make your entire day or week. The prices are affordable, the service is fast but the person behind the work is a super star.

THE BEST SMOG TEST EXPERIENCE, EVER. I have never had a more pleasant, wonderful, quick, efficient and affordable Smog Test in my life. Albert was WONDERFUL, kind and very informative. I will never go anywhere else =). 10 STARS!!!! THANK YOU , ALBERT.

Oh my gosh, can I give them 10 stars! So professional and got me in and out in no time at all. I had a big Ford F350 and was worried about backing it up onto Woodley. The gentleman backed it out for me. I live in Northridge but I will drive to Van Nuys for this service and professionalism!!!!Service: Smog certificationService: Smog certification

Family's used this shop for over 15 years. Albert is an expert at smog checks and will explain the entire process in an easy to understand fashion. Highly recommend, will always use this shop.

Failed the smog check (helpful guy at the time), got part and gas cap fixed, returned the next week to get a re-test. Invoice clearly written that I could get a re-test within 30 days, and he actually pointed it out to me at initial visit. I ask him about the re-test. Dude says "We don't do that anymore"

After he refused to honor my coupon for $20 off, he backed my car out of the garage, left the engine running and door open and walked back to his desk and insulted me to my face. He s the worst person I ve ever met.

Super nice. I called as he was closing and he stayed open for another 15 minutes to take care of me. Test and pricing seemed standard.
