After service needs upgrading. Especially the Service department. Simple diagnoses or key replacements or maintenance takes hours upon hours, technicians are overwhelmed as there s only two working on more than 30 cars at a time. Can t blame them but at the same time it s extremely frustrating they can t give a more precise time frame for simply service on the Aston. Not my first time hearing other fellow owners feel the same way, sales is excellent but after service and maintenance is horribly dreadful

No consideration for the public or cultural events. Galpin sponsors car clubs that are nuisance throughout Los Angeles. Last week a take over sponsored by Galpin held up traffic in Los Angeles for not only the general populace but created a major issue for those attempting to attend a Chumash Event in Malibu. In addition a car crash during the event was lucky not to result in several injuries after a driver fishtailed at a high rate of speed and hit several cars along PCH. Buy from a dealer with more social responsibility.

Don t take your car to Galpin Aston Martin for repair . I had a service emission warning and Galpin came back to me with a $4000 bill . They said I had mice damage and needed a new electrical harness because it was damaged my mice . I took it to another shop and turns out I needed a $28 part , made out of rubber. PREDITORY PRICING and FRAUD !!! Beware !!!

My experience during and after the sale has been excellent.My salesperson Majeed was awesome during the sale and after. Amazing experience. Service Technician John Alavazo is super responsive and his follow up is great!

My experience in Galpin Aston Martin was excellent. I worked with Moe. You definitely want to ask for him. He s very nice and knowledgeable and helpful. Before, during and after the sale. A very cool aspect to this dealership is that they have a James Bond vault with a beautiful lounge and of course many Aston Martin cars to choose from. I love my car. How can you not love an Aston Martin! Again, the qualities of staff at the Galpin Aston Martin was significantly great. Moe is the best. So is the sales manager and the other staff. Very very nice people.

Galpin was fantastic in helping me purchase an Aston Martin for my wife. The process was easy and Jeremy and Moe helped arrange a wonderful surprise unveiling at the dealership that we will never forget. Galpin and the Galpin team are the best! Highly recommend them.

Also, always thankful to Carlos in service department for all his work and always a great attitude. Aston Martin and Jaguar are amazing brands, but better than those are the people at Galpin. I went in there with a specific car in mind 2019 vw atlas. Steve Rogers was so helpful he showed us the different options and models they had. We test drove a couple before my wife and I knew that one was the one for us. I have been coming to him for over 15 years purchasing from Lincoln to mazda ford and now vw. Galpin family has helped us from beginning to end with the huge help from Steve Rogers. Thank you

Steve Rodgers is our go to guy for cars. We are fiercely loyal to Steve! We refer him to anyone buying a car. He just sold us our 2nd car and if we need a rental he s handled it for us for years. He s honest and thorough and he helps rescue animals. One heck of a human! Thank you for always making us feel like VIP s!

Please stop sponsoring car shows that create very dangerous situations along PCH and other areas. And don t bother sending a bot reply as I see you did on the prior review. Care a little more please. You guys are lucky that the moron who drove into cars last week didn t kill anyone.
