The best mechanic shop in the entire San Fernando Valley, Ivan and his team do honest and professional grade work. They walk you through exactly what they have done to your car and why with fair pricing/rates. I wouldn t take my care anywhere else. Shout out to Juan.

Ivan is ALWAYS very professional, efficient, honest & loyal. The prices are by far the BEST!! AWESOME mechanic!! He has outstanding work ethic, ( I wouldn t go anywhere else). Ivan has a gr8 crew. Had an oil change and it was very quick. The staff offered a complimentary car wash but I didn't have the time.I will definitely return. Everyone was great!

Fast.. Friendly.. Professional. They do the job right. Took my girl friend there to get breaks done on her infinity g50. We went to lunch for about 2 hours. And they had already finished the job. Breaks plus 2 rotors. Went the Xtra mile and aligned her crooked steering wheel. A++.

I curbed my Lexus and was concerned that the alignment may be off. A friend recommended that I see Ivan to get checked out. I gave the shop a call and made an appointment to come in the next day. They were ready for me when I got in and got my LX squared away fast. The work was done in about 20 minutes but I ended up hanging out about 45 minutes talking shop with Ivan. Will definitely be back whenever I need work done on my ride again. The service was top notch and genuine.

Get a quote first and price check with other mechanics for more honest, reasonable rates. I went to Elite Auto LLC to get my driver side sunvisor replaced. They were friendly and did a good job but charged me $190 which is insane. The market value for the part is between $25-$55 and the labor took 10 minutes. This was very overpriced and definitely will just do it myself next time.

Jonathan and Santiago were amazing!!! It s the best service I ve ever got!!! I came for oil change and they also washed my car-complimentary!!! I will come back here for sure and also recommend all my friends to come here! Super super recommended!

Santiago, Ivan and the rest of the guys there are so nice and they re always honest and reliable. I m a single mom and I have been using Ivan s business since he was in NOHO and he always is very clear and honest about the work that needs to be done and never over charges me because I m a female. Ivan is literally the best!He has serviced my families cars for many years, he and his team are nice and very trustworthy.Most recent job, my car stopped working in Palm Springs and I called the shop and Ivan communicated with the mechanic and helped with what we needed to get the car moving, SUPER GRATEFUL!Definitely Recommend!

I went to their shop because the engine light was on (code P0171). They told me motor mounts should be changed as well as two small hoses and it costs $800...parts cost less than $200 and the $600 rest is for 4 hours labor which is $150 per hour!I also told Santiago about power steering wheel oil leakage and he told me he will top of the oils too.They did it and I came back home with the car. I checked the motor oil, surprisingly it was below the minimum! checked the power steering wheel, it was below the minimum!I contacted both Ivan and Santiago to know why... nothing came out and they told me power steering wheel has a leakage!I don't know about charging people $150 per hour and not adding few ounces of oil in their car.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have been going to Elite Auto Care for over 5 yrs, and hands down....it is the best full service auto care center! Ivan, who is the owner is by far, the most knowledgeable mechanic, and takes his time with you to explain in detail what is going on with your car, which I totally appreciate and his rates are beyond extremely fair. All his mechanics are really great and always do a superb job.

Fantastic service!!! Ivan and his team are always very helpful. They are now at their new location in Van Nuys and they have a lot of food choices around if you decide to wait for your repair at the shop.

I don't recommend places to people very often, but this place went above and beyond. Ivan is now my go to mechanic. I've found them to be very honest, informative, and reasonable. It's hard to find a good honest mechanic. I recommend Elite Auto Care to everyone.

Came to these guys for an antifreeze leak. They fixed it for $50. Great! Until I drove out of the parking lot. I could not get past 1st gear without my car jerking violently. Assume it was a small mistake, I immediately take it back. They say they need to change transmission filters which would have costed nearly $400. I say, hell no. I take it to another machanic and he fixes it in one sweep. They "forgot" to seal the air filter. What a bunch of scammers.

Elite auto care ,holds great pricing and professionality over pep boys and neighborhood competitor's. I called a multitude of shops and this one set the standard . Plus there's a high end massage chair in the waiting room........lol
