These guys were so kind and fast. They were closing and still took me in, and replaced my breaks pads. More importantly they were very fair on price, if anything they gave me a discount.

The owner, Raymond has been our mechanic fir 5 yrs. We've been blessed to be in such good hands. He is professional, honest, knowledgeable, hands on and is always available. He accommodated us many times. I have recommended him many times. Tire was going a little flat, asked them if they could repair a flat tire and of course they said yes but at $20, it s cheaper at many different locations. Maybe they re used to people just saying yes and paying that price, but I ve shopped around before, just thought I would give this mom and pop shop my business.

I haven't been this happy with customer service from an auto shop in years. I have to add to the rest of the reviews of how great my experience was since that is what led me there...nothing short of EXCELLENT! This family business will get my business from here on out!! Fast, friendly, and very clear on what is to be done. Raymond rocks and so does his daughter! I'm rooting for you babygirl!

Very good service and very quick. I had damaged the sidewall of my tire on Is my work truck. They were able to get me the tire and have it installed and it and me back on the road in no time at all. Highly recommended this place. Also kind and courteous staff

Fantastic service and friendly staff. Raymond explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and fit my car in ASAP. Got my brakes done and a window regulator. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for future services.

Read some of the negative reviews pertaining to calling this shop. I'm not going to defend someone's phone etiquette if this is what you are claiming to have experienced. All I can tell you is from my experience. I've never encountered any rudeness over the phone. The guy is very busy and he'll always tell you to bring in the car. He doesn't charge to diagnose the problem. He'll tell you what the problem is, gives you an estimate of the cost and time to complete the job and then you can decide what you want to do. I've been taking my cars, both older vehicles with 160k and 180k miles respectively. I've had complete brake jobs, fan clutch, shocks and radiator replacement. I've had the check engine light come on and he suggested going to the dealership to get a replacement gas cap to see if that would fix the problem. Sure enough it did remove the check engine light. If the guy was dishonest, he could have taken me to the bank. That's the kind of integrity the guy has. He's as honest a mechanic there is. All I can say is if you take your car there, Raymond, the owner, will do a great job of diagnosing your problem at NO COST. He doesn't BS and gets the work done quickly as possible. His labor is reasonable and way cheaper than a dealership would charge. He also guarantees his work with a 15,000 mile or one year warranty.

These guys are so great! Got my brake pads fixed sooo quick and cheap. Also everyone is masked up and wear gloves when driving your car which I really appreciated. They re running a good shop here for sure!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

My wife and I have been coming to Elias for over 10 years. Great service, reliable, communicative, etc. Raymond is great, always gives you options, never tries to oversell. An ideal way to run a business, 5-stars.

I've had three flat tires this year and every single time, these guys always save the day! Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable mechanics, and great prices! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Went to the repair shop across from Elias tire and repair. They wanted to charge me more for repair and lied about wait time.I called ELIAS BRAKE AND TIRE INC.They told me no wait time and it was 15 dollars less then there competitors.Awesome service!!!!

Rude customer service ... Had a question to ask over the phone the mechanic put me on hold to charge another person then hung the phone up in my face.... If you're not getting tires changed don't use them if your car dumb they'll milk you to get stuff you don't need to make a quick buck .... No morals

Needed brakes done. Very quick and efficient. Even put in an air filter that I had brought. I was in an out in under an hour for both front and rear brakes.
