Before and after photos to show the outstanding job done at Earl Schieb of Van Nuys. Professional, thorough and considerate service was my experience at this shop. Nick and his crew put my car back together in short order(2 days) with remarkable results. Nick was very communicative with phone calls, text messages and he followed through with everything he said he would do. He even offered to have my car delivered after the work was done. This is certainly a great experience and grand gesture not often found. Definitely a 5 Star shop and great experience.

When you get there, ask for nick. super attentive my man had A1 service, made sure i was in n out the door and taken care of. much respect. Got my rear carbon fiber diffuser installed and my bumper cut into and adjusted to fit quad exhaust tips.

Thrilled with the quality paint job done on my car at this body shop! After comparing prices at several places, they stood out as the best in town. Exceptional customer service, professionalism, and no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend for top-notch service at great prices.

Stay away from this location and definitely stay away from Nicholas!! I had a horrible experience after having my car towed to this body shop. At first Nicholas seemed so helpful, but very quickly I realized that it wasn t the case. My car was not ready on time and I felt like I was getting the run around. I exceeded my rental coverage period and Nicholas told me not to worry. He said since it was a delay on his part, he repeatedly told me that he would pay any out-of-pocket expenses for the rental car. When my car was finally ready, at pick up, Nicholas offered to return the rental for me. He made it seem like the best option since he was going to pay for the extra rental fee. Instead he kept the rental in his storage for x amount of days without my knowledge. When Enterprise contacted me asking where the vehicle was that s when I realized he never returned or paid for the rental. I went back to the body shop and spoke to Nicholas. He knew exactly where the car was and said he would take care of it. Nicholas never did. He returned the car back but never settled the bill. He racked up an $800 bill with Enterprise under my name.��Every time I tried to contact him, he would ignore me or give me the run around. During this fiasco with the rental, I learned that Enterprise has blacklisted him and will no longer be doing business because he constantly racks up bills that he cannot pay.��He is a shady man. I seriously cannot understand how this business is still open especially the way they run things. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this body shop!!!

Worst Mechanic Shop ever! They had my car for 1 month and 1 week. They never gave me updates on my vehicle. Very hard to get ahold of employees. Have to spam call them for an answer. Went into shop to take my car somewhere else for mechanical issues because didn t get any update for 1month and 1 week. When I went to shop car was in worst condition then when it got dropped off to them. Would not recommend this mechanic shop very unprofessional, unorganized. They don t know how to run a business bunch of morons. If you care about vehicle don t bring it here.

I have been dealing with Nick and his team for the past 15 years before Earl Scheib. He is the only person I will let work on my vehicles. They go above and beyond to meet my needs. Whether it's a basic service or upgrades. Earl Scheib has definitely earned my business 100%

Nick charged me $6k in May of 2023, promised to have my car's body and paint work done by October 31st, 2023, and lied. I had a tow truck pick up the car (at my expense) in the same condition in December 2023 and a part I had provided was not returned by the shop despite my texting to prepare the car for pick up with the part in the car. Nick further promised to refund the total deposit immediately Dec 13, 2023 and said he would text the receipt. That never happened. It is now Jan 22, 2024 and my credit card company has reported no attempted refund for the charge, I still do not have the original chrome headlight ring I provided for the repair returned, and I have had to send a certified letter to perform (no response to that yet) and now have filed a small claims lawsuit. This is still unresolved.

They did a great job repairing my car after a collision. The paint job looks fantastic and like my car is new. I highly recommend Earl Sceib of Van Nuys.

Someone backed into my brand new truck a few days before Christmas, causing a substantial amount of damage and didn t leave a note. Really put a damper on my holiday. The first couple of shops I spoke with came back with astronomical quotes and lengthy turnarounds. Luckily, I continued my search and found Earl Scheib of Van Nuys. The team couldn t have been nicer they gave me a great price, and had my truck looking good as new in just a couple of days. While I hope it isn t soon, I m glad to know that I have a team I can trust for any future repairs!

This place is the best!! I bought my dream car and two days later someone rear-ended me, of course. I was so fortunate to stumble upon Earl Schneib of Van Nuys. They were patient with me and sympathized with my situation, and on top of everything, they fixed it so fast! My car looks even better than when I drove it off the lot!

We shopped around to get the best price in town. I needed the front corner fixed for my Mercedes E550. I m not the most handy with cars and I usually let my husband take care of things. He helped us out in a tough time.

This is THE only place that you should be getting your car painted. Nick and his team are TOP NOTCH. They fixed up my car fully repainted in less than a week for 2k under what everyone else was asking. Truly the nicest people that I ve dealt with in the auto industry. Thank you so much!

Hands down the best body shop, they are very efficient and fast. I recommended to all my friends. They know what they are doing. I ve been to multiple body shops and nothing comes close to Earl Scheib of Van Nuys. They are the best

Got into a fender bender and Earl Scheib and his team helped get my bumper back into great shape again. 10/10 recommend if you get into an accident and need someone in the valley to repair the bodywork on your car.

I took my car to have it repaired and painted, everything was ready until I went to pick it up and I realized that they wanted to give it to me with damage to the front part of the tire side. It turns out that someone damaged it right there. They also drove it on the street.They give terrible service, I don't recommend them.

Went to macca first n got a quote. Went to earl scheib after n got it cheaper, faster, and a longer warranty. Great paint job, shouldve went to them first because they match whatever price another place gives you with a better warranty n just as good a job if not better! Very happy with earl scheib.....

Nick and his team were great! My car was totaled when I was T-boned by a distracted driver. They towed my car from the accident site. But the best part about my experience was the customer service. Nick checked in to make sure I was doing ok and he was very communicative about my car. I will absolutely be back.

This is the best place EVER! Some God forsaken person keyed my car in multiple places, so I brought my car in today by 8:30am and my car was out by 12, in under 3hrs! Not a scratch in sight anymore. The highest quality of work and detail was put into fixing the scratches and the assignment was executed and exceeded. Thank you all so much for fixing my baby!!!Service: Painting

We traveled 100 miles to have our 2006 VW painted because afriend had recommended this paint shop. We were 100% happy with the results. It looks like a new car. Had a horrible experience my truck got in accident about 4 months.Fot repair and paint three times because they didn t do I good job.Nick rent me a car and said it will be under the company now got a bill that I have to pay for using the car that the company had to pay.Call nick and said it was all ready pay which I call the rental car place and said he doesn t answer there phone calls and letters.
