Amazing people here at Dream Works. Everyone I have ever had to interact with is super helpful and friendly and it truly feels like they want to help. They stand by their work and will do whatever necessary to make sure the job is done right. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Also massive thank you to the owner Rob! Great guy. Highly recommend Dream Works to anyone!

I can not give enough praise for Dream Works. It was such an easy experience from start to finish. Someone hit my car and I brought my car to Dream Works where they did an amazing job fixing it (it looks brand new!) but also dealing with them was so easy and I felt very taken care of here. The staff is so friendly and very good at their jobs! Most car centers will try to price gouge you or do things that are not necessary but Dream Works gave me a very reasonable quote based off of my insurance! I very much appreciate them for their hard work and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone!

I Cannot express how Great of a body shop this is. Rafa, Breana, and Raz are very good at what they do. I went in there with a dent on my bumper and was shocked to to see that not only did they restore my bumper but it looks better than before. They went above and beyond. They detailed my car and cleaned my engine bay. Not to mention they gave me an amazon gift card and lifetime warranty on they job they performed on my car. If that doesnt show that they love their customers i dont know what does. I will definitely comeback and refer as many people as i can to go there. If your considering this body shop don't second guess it just know they will take care of you and your vehicle. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK TEAM DREAMWORKS!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

One of the best Collision Repair Shops in the SFV, in terms of service and the quality of the Job that they put out for your vehicle. My car came out like it was new again, backed with a lifetime warranty. Thanks to Robert, Rafa and Beto.

Absolutely amazing. My husband was rear ended in July. The entire back end of my ford flex was totaled. They worked with my insurance company. It has been a long 3.5 months waiting for parts to come in but we finally got it back today night. The car looks amazing. I paid cash for my car, three weeks ago and a week later somebody hit me from behind and my girlfriend recommended me to go to DreamWorks collision center. They were so friendly answered all my questions and kept me up to date the whole time. When I went to pick up my car today, it looked brand new as if I just bought it from the dealer yesterday. Robert and Alex and his team are amazing. They really did an excellent job. The staff was super helpful and very friendly, and had a quick turnaround rate of 1 week. They gave me a very fair estimate for the damage on my bumper compared to other auto body shops in the area. This shop has honest workers and my bumper looked good as new. 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely the very best collision center in LA. From start to finish, Rob & Raz have been a pleasure to work with. My 2018 Mercedes Benz was involved in a collision. Rob made sure I was taken care of with a rental from the start and updated me along the progress. Their priority is making sure the job gets done perfectly and correctly. Upon taking delivery of my car I am truly grateful to see the level of work, care and world class dedication they gave my vehicle. I cannot thank them enough. I m still shocked to see my car back in absolute showroom condition. I had my Alfa Romeo repaired by the team here. They took my info, guided me through the process with my insurer and executed service and repairs as precisely as the expectations they initially outlined. The team was detail oriented, they maintained constant contact and returned the car to me in a better condition than when I drove it off the dealership lot over a year ago. Because the vehicle needed attention form the Alfa Romeo dealership itself, they took advantage of the warranty, had the oil changed and provided a diagnostic of minor issues in need of repair, but that would still be covered by warranty for the next few months. Exceptional service and experience - Thank you!

I am so impressed with the personal care They gave me and my Mercedes. The repair was done beyond my expectations and on time! They are truly professionals. Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. Robert and his staff are consummate professionals, and they do exquisite work. They're all a pleasure to interact with. Robert took care of dealing with my insurance for a supplemental estimate, and he even arranged a rental car in-house - total one-stop shopping. I strongly recommend Dream Works Collision Center.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! This was my first real experience with a body shop, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect going into it. I'm from a small town in the Midwest, so finding a good body shop out here seemed like a daunting task, as I had no real guidance. Everyone at Dream Works was so kind and helpful, and they went above and beyond in every way imaginable. They made sure I was set up with a rental, kept in touch with me throughout every step of the process, and made me feel completely safe and taken care of from the moment I drove up. Not to mention my car looks the best it has ever looked after leaving their shop! I cannot say enough great things about the people and service here. I am so thankful I found them and will use them for any future needs of mine.

Today was one of the best experiences I ve ever had with a body shop. A good friend of mine recommended Robert from Dream works collision center to work on my 2019 Mazda CX-5. My driver side mirror needed replacement. Robert and his team were able to take my car in with short notice. They also did the job in about an hour which is truly unheard of. I can t express how impressed I was at the service that was provided and the staple that it has ingrained in my memory. They will be the body shop I go to from now on. Look no further if you want too notch service and cafe for your vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

Absolute dream! 5 stars is underrating this business and its customer service. Don t even try to shop around, you won t find better! Never met a mechanic as professional and genuine as Robert. Caring about his job, about cars and most important about his clients! Everything was perfect from the 1st phone call to take an appointment to the delivery of my car fixed, and as it wasn t enough, he follows up afterward to check if everything is okay! Thank you Robert. It was such a pleasure dealing with you. Highly recommend

Absolutely incredible! The best customer service I have experienced anywhere, not just in body shops. Very professional, quick, and friendly. Robert and his team are the absolute best! They fixed a huge accident in the rear of my Alfa and my experience with his shop has been so amazing. They got me a rental car when I dropped off the car and communicated updates on a weekly basis. When I picked up my car it was brand new. Not only did they detail the outside and made it look brand new they detailed the interior as well. I hope this doesn t happen to me again but I will refer everyone I know here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW INCREDIBLE THIS SHOP IS. The customer service is literally unmatched. This is my second accident in several years and each time they roll out the red carpet like I am a new customer. The owner and staff are so insanely friendly and courteous. They literally allowed me to take a Zoom meeting from the lobby while I waited for my car to be finished. If you bring your are anywhere else, you've made a poor decision. 10/10!Service: Body & Trim

Robert is one of the nicest guys you will EVER meet. I've never had a positive experience with a mechanic, Dream Works Collision really went above and beyond. I am SO grateful someone referred me to them (and now I know why)! I needed a fender replaced, the job was supposed to take 3 days, was done in 2 (what mechanic has ever been early?!). He detailed my car in and out, and it honestly looks better than I could have imagined. I will 100% recommend Dream Works to ANYONE. Thank you Robert + the team, I really appreciate how positive this experience and how wonderful it was!

My 2018 Lexus had damage the entire way around the car from an accident and I was worried about how it would look when I got it back. The car literally looks and feels good as new. It was cleaned and polished when I received it and the owner was very responsive and helpful with the entire process. They do timely and wonderful work. I highly recommend doing business here. The owner Robert treats each customer like a person and not a dollar sign like some shops, I felt appreciated by bringing my business here.

I would like to thank Robert for being such a great person and really taking care of me. I was nervous when I had to get collision repair on my 2015 Subaru STI. I didnt have a repair shop in mind but I'm glad I went to DreamWorks. The office looked very clean and professional. I have never had such an easy experience with car collision. Robert went above and beyond not only ordering me OEM parts updating me on progress but also had the car fully detailed when finished. He really had my car feeling like new and if I could add more stars on this review I would. Thank you again Robert I could not be happier.

Everyone there made the whole process of getting a quote and a rental SO easy and stress free. I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon them. If you need to take your car to anyone, I recommend them! A real diamond in the rough they are.
