I had my very first collision accident the second week of December 2013. I was so overwhelmed with emotions and didn't know what to do first. All I could think of was what am I going to do without a car, I need a car and I want my car to be driveable fast. A good friend of mine referred me to Frank, owner of Creative Auto Works! The auto insurance of the person that rear ended me had an auto shop location for me but I'm very big on referrals by friends and an avid fan of Good Reviews on various search engines! I rely most of my decision making based on referrals and reviews. Frank came to my rescue as soon as I gave him a call and told him what had happened! Right there and then, he didn't waste anytime! He drove me to Enterprise to get my rental and reassured me that my car would be repaired asap! It took less than 2 weeks to get my car back! It was delivered to me at my convenience, it looked brand new and it felt good like home again! Like it was never in an accident, it actually looks and feels better than it was before! Thank you, Frank, for accomodating me and the great service you have provided, I really appreciate it! I will definitely refer your work to my friends and family!

This company did a great job on my car. The person in charge handling my claim at the shop made it very easy and practical to work with my insurance company. My vehicle looks like it was never in an accident. Management and staff are professional and take pride in their work. I have referred several people who have also had great experiences.
