Got to say thanks to vick and the awesome team that fix my carMy card as you see pictures attachedGot hit and run while parked in the street my insurance recommends me crash champions to fix my car it takes an extra day to complete the process for which I'm very pleased it looks like brand new even they helped me a lot with all of the stress thank you crash champions!!!

Received great service. Had my catalytic converter stolen and thought my car would be in the shop for several weeks. But Service King had my car repaired and ready to go in just 2 days! Impressive since they had to replace the entire exhaust system. They made sure the car was cleaned inside and out. Cannot comment on whether or not they are reasonable on pricing since my insurance covered most of the cost with me only paying the deductible. The representative Alex was also very courteous in assisting me with all of my questions, providing consistent communication on the status of the repair. Strong recommendation to anyone looking for a hassle free experience.Service: Exhaust

Brian at Service King was assigned to my car and he was very informative and helpful! Everyone there was very helpful in the process and nothing was confusing- it was my first time dealing with accident insurance so I was thankful for their help in recovering my car and explaining the process to me. My car looked great after the fix up! Brian even called me to tell me there was a pre existing oil issue I needed to check out. Will be using them in the future if needed!Service: Body & Trim

I was impressed on how clean the place looks! I had a n hit and run incident and my insurance sent me to this place. The repairs were promised to be done in about 3 weeks. But to an unfortunate event (my husband Stefan passed away on the 30 of September 2022) they were understanding and fixed my car much faster! The repair looked amazing we were side swiped on the right side out our car it looked pretty ugly. They fixed it up looking like new and it was done sooner than expected. The only problem is we started having battery issues with our car that we had NEVER had prior to the repair not sure if service king was the reason for the battery issues or not.Service: Body & Trim

I have been through hell and back trying to get my car to Service King. Finally when I was able to find a way to get my car, they told me despite accepting the service request on Tuesday, they wouldn't be able to accept the tow till the following Monday, AND they wouldn't be able to work on it for TWO WEEKS! When I asked them if they could hold my car, till service they said, "No, it will be turned away" Then, when I asked him if there was any way to help, he said " This is our Corporate Policy". This place doesn't understand the stress people can be in this time, and were truly unwilling to help me. This experience has been a nightmare. Shouldn't call yourself Service King if you're not willing to provide the Service. I am so disappointed.

I had the pleasure of getting my car fixed after backing into a pole. The experience was nothing short of amazing. Nobody ever wants to have to damage their car, but the experience I had with Mike and his staff made it bearable. They are so nice and accommodating from the minute you walk in the door. They explain everything that is going to happen to your car down to the very last detail. Then they give you the option (which I love) to have updates about your car while it's in the shop. I knew exactly when my car was headed to the paint center and I knew exactly when my car would be finished. And when I picked my car up, it was the cleanest it's ever been, from the inside out ( and I have a baby so it can get pretty messy). They treated my car with so much care as if it was their own. I really appreciate Valley Motor and their customer service and I will always go there if I need any work done to my car.

Worst response almost ever. Was sent by insurance company. Spoke to them and set up appointment for 4 pm. Informed them would need rental car as the car although had minor damage pulled to the left hard and was dropping it off in the afternoon. They said no problem. They were extremely nice when we set it up. Nice when we came in and dropped it off. Enterprise came 30 minutes later with to small of a car to pick us and others up. Had to wait another 20 min. Got to Enterprise they were packed and had to wait 10 minutes. Found out no setup was done. By the time all was said and done, Service king was Closed. Or insurance was closed and we rented a car to get home.Its now 3 weeks later and we have had to call Service King every 3 day to get a status on our car. They always say they will call back. Sometimes they do. Usually we have had to call back.Looking for a big shop go to Prime Down the street. (mom went there last year they took care of her).I like Twins down the street. super nice local shop. No coperate bull.

I was in a minor car crash where the right side ( including the passenger door) was damaged. I took it here to Service King and they completely made my car look good as new. They even finished sooner than I anticipated. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely worst customer service experience with this site. Recently had to get my vehicle repaired here under an insurance claim because my vehicle was hit. First, the vehicle was not completed on their promised date even though I consistently followed up, then I was given a lame excuse that their mechanics had been stuck in snow, even though their shop was open anyway. Then, the vehicle was not completed until a full week later. On top of that, they did not coordinate the repair date extension with the insurance company paying for the repair so I WAS CHARGED for the extra days of rental on the rental vehicle. To top it all off, to get that charge refunded, I was told their manager was going to coordinate that... he DID NOT. When I continued to follow up, now I am being told by their receptionist that it is UP TO ME to try to get my money back!!I know people have no choice to use these companies because the insurance companies use them, but man!! WORST experience ever!!I STILL don't have my refund.

We had a great experience with our Land Rover and a Chrysler Town and Country Van. The Rover had substantial damage where as the Town and Country - had a dent in back. Everyone was very nice and professional. We received our cars back in great condition and we are happy with the work. We recommend them to friends and family. Thanks Valley Motor Center!

I brought my car to Service King as it was one of the recommended body shops by my insurance company. When I walked into the shop I was not greeted with even a "hello"! Then I noticed that the receptionist was hiding behind her computer screen texting. I went behind her screen and told her I had an appt to get my car repaired. 3 days later I was told that my car was ready for pick up. So I turned in my rental, etc. Upon looking at my "repaired" fender I saw that the paint was totally crackled and brought it to the attention of the manager who tried to convince me that the job was done right. Brought it back for them to redo it for another 2 days, this time worse then before! My insurance company then sent me to a different body shop who did a beautiful job on it. I would highly recommend you don't go near this place and wonder how they can remain in business.

These guys weren't completely flawless in execution, but they were always well intentioned and I got a really swell job for the price I paid and understood the process as they went along. As I think back on the process and the result I've got to say I have nothing to complain about. It was a job well done. Brian ushered it through and kept in touch regarding the details. Several significant attempts were made to keep costs down in line with what one would want to pay to fix a 8 year old truck. They were pretty successful. Brian made every attempt to understand what I wanted on this particular job and made sure they delivered.

I went in for an estimate to repair body damage. Even though I had no appointment, I saw an adviser within a few minutes. Brian was super professional and competent. He spoke very candidly about what the shop could and couldn't do. I was impressed.

Super impressed with the body work and customer service from Service King in Van Nuys. Hugo Gutierrez, my service advisor was great at providing updates via text and voice messages. Great collaboration with Enterprise and the entire process was seamless. Hope to not have to use them again but will certainly keep in mind for the future and would highly recommend Service King in Van Nuys to anyone requiring their service. .

Robby Grissafi told me and another customer the same day I went to pick up my vehicle and he said they were not able to fix it fully and to go to Bmw. They jump started my vehicle and I took it to Bmw as they only painted the bumper... They were supposed to refund me as per him and as per Geico the body shop has me covered under the geico guarantee.He has not contacted me and is ignoring concerns and calls. 2 weeks ago I was told I d get a refund but no call or anything. Now I m told he s sick and nobody can help me

My car came in for rear-end damage and spoke to the service guy that now after being rear-ended when I reverse the car makes noises. When I received my repaired car - paint fumes coming from the air condition, trunk pops open loudly, and the noise is still present when I go reverse. How could they say my car is ready. Quality control FAILED with an "F". I will have to live with this until I can find time off work to go have the problem fix on my own time and expense. Very disappointed!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Michael Pavich was amazing. Got me all info I meeded, and was clear about what to expect in the process, the work, etc. Best experience I've had with auto body work. Unfortunate rear fender benders are always a bummer but the team there made it a great experience.Car came back cleaner amd looked waxed and detailed even. I'll always go to Van Nuys location now. My father was sent to service king by his insurance and the worst experience ever I know my dad felt very disappointed of the job they provided the fact that he s car was involved in a hit and run found his car crashed so brought to them and now we came to pick up the car and the paint job ridiculously ugly it had drips of paint job was not even done they still took it back inside to polish it and it still looked nasty and now my dad has to leave his car for another 2 to 3 days so they can redo the paint job and worst of all the cost is expensive and your insurance rate goes up because of there cost so I recommend to anyone to come here it s a bad place trust me avoid the disappointment I even felt crying for my dadServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I posted a negative review regarding this body shops customer service protocol and after critically analizing the situation they had no fault. My insurance company failed me, I would like to apologize for my negativity when my insurance company was who "dropped the ball" during the process. Futhermore; after clarifying the misunderstanding, Elaine has been great and has been monitoring the situation so that we can achieve the best outcome. She has been keeping a strong communication bridge with me. The best part about them is they keep contact with you via text to inform you the status of your vehicle. The entire time I was under the impression that the text I was getting came from my insurance. Once again thank you for going above and beyond to help me out with things that my insurance failed to do so.

Got in a small accident these guys weren't just recommended by my insurance but by the other guy's insurance too. And after working with them I can see why. Very proffesional and upfront. They have getting your car fixed down to a science.
