After a car accident, the insurance company took our car to this shop. After prologuing the repair for six months and cashing the insurance payout. They returned the car claiming it was fully repaired. That same day, the engine started smoking and leaking fluids. We complained to the insurance company and the shop claimed the car was already like this. They refuse to fix the car and claim the insurance is responsible. Don't go to this shop.

Excellent facility. I had the luck of having some one strike my car overnight and everyone at Ford Auto Body took great care of me. They were amazing, true professionals, from the estimate, to the calls, to the courtesy ride, and the amazing work they did on my car. Better than new I couldn t find the Before pic but both fender and driver door panel was smashed in.

My first time at CLASSIC COLLISION VAN NUYS FORD was several years ago. A driver lost control of his car, and it jumped across a sidewalk into a parking lot, crushing the side of my two month old Ford Fusion Energi. Luckily, the car took the beating; no one was hurt. Pride's advice, "this new car can never be properly repaired." It cost them a job and I would get a new car. The insurance company agreed.When things go wrong it is good to be able to turn to people you can trust. The Classic Collision Van Nuys Ford (aka: Pride Ford Auto Body) technicians provided support and information that allowed us to make a decision. �Part two. In January, my wife's car got hit in a parking lot. ( Apparently, parking lots are dangerous.) Her car was not badly damaged. Ford Auto Body made the dents go away. As the commercial says, "Like it never really happened." �Monica, the office manager, emailed me daily describing how the repair was progressing and if the repair is on schedule.Easy, free wheelchair accessible parking and bathrooms. Such an amazing service I've had. Easy people to work with and make things less stressful than what it could be. Shout pit to Monica and Arthur for taking me in and help me out with my situation for getting in my car for service. Couldn't have asked for a better team to make things easier for me.

Changing from 5 stars to 1 star. Took the car all the way to Classic Collision because of previous excellent service when the shop was under Ford Auto Body. This shop is not the same anymore. Eric lied about the condition of the parts replaced in several occasions. When I showed the final bill questioning the condition of the parts he said everything is new . He showed me invoices thinking that it would stop me from verifying from the vendor the condition of the parts and the vendor verified they were used. When confronted, Eric changed the narrative several times first going on to say they price match, and then at last said it was indeed in used condition. The shop looks like a nice one for anyone who hasn t dealt with them. They are bunch of liars and do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They are great, very customer oriented, and that's a rare thing these days. They followed up and when the sensor that had been fixed during a repair needed to be replaced shortly after I got the vehicle back, they were totally great. No problem getting the warranty on the work taken care of quickly.

AAA highly recommended and I am extremely disappointed. They were completely unorganized. I made the appointment to drop off my car with the person that I was dealing with for the day he scheduled and he had a scheduled day off. Then the shop had no clue about what we talked about. Wasn't sure what side of the car to get fixed. Reschedule appt. for a week later to make sure that he would be there and again the shop doesn't know where he is and asked me to just leave the car and HOPEFULLY he'll be in later in the week. I get a weak apology after juggling my schedule twice. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE!

The wrong one is always the customer. After reparing, everyone can hear the nosie, but all people from Classic Collision said that is not their problem. After bring the car to the dealer, spend another thousnad to repair. AVOID THEM, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SAVE YOUR TIME.

I arrived to the dealership around 8am amd had the pleasure of working with Brian Shafie. I knew the vehicle I wanted to see because I had I was at another Ford the day prior. This dealership and sales staff were much more knowledgeable and helpful. we were able to work out a great deal and get wife into the car she wanted and Brian was able to answer all my questions without having to ask a manager constantly. We were then treated to a great meal at the restaurant inside the dealership which served great food and had great staff. the entire experience was easy and gave us the piece of mind that we were not taken by a salesman. This Ford may be over an hour drive from our home but I will be back for our next Lease because if the experience

DO NOT USE THIS AUTO BODY for any reason..! The work is second rate at best. I took my car into this shop for a minor dent and scratches on the drivers door and it took them a MONTH to fix.. they repainted it THREE TIMES before they got it right, and I had to get the owner, general manager and the insurance company involved before they actually did the work somewhat correctly. When they were done for the third time painting, I picked up the car and took it to AG Autowerks to be completely redone. They are NOT certified to work on ELECTRIC CARS despite them representing that they are. They ended up causing over 10K in damages to the electrical system and the car spent another two weeks at volvo replacing electrical components and resetting the computers to factory settings.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR SHOP FOR ANY REASON.Service: Painting

About 4 weeks ago that I came to get an estimate for my car, the first guy was nice and helpful, at the moment of drop off another guy called Matthew came and do the estimate AGAIN but this time telling me he wasn't gonna cover all of my needs, I answered that first time I came Ive spoken with someone else and he promised he will take care of everything, so we went ahead and leave the car.My car was in an accident where I was hit over the right side tire, I POINTED OUT AT THE MOMENT OF DROP OFF that my car was making noise on the right side tire after driving it a couple hours, since the begging Matthew told me he couldn't hear anything and that probably it was just gravel ( lol so unprofessional). THEY DID AMAZING BODY WORK, but mechanical they did poorly and it was disappointing how I they dealt with my insurance, since they needed proof to go ahead and cover suspension check, all they said it was customer concern and they didn't see anything wrong, so my insurance denied to cover the suspension check, I had to cover from my money because I knew there was something wrong, they went ahead align my car and told me nothing else was wrong, I went to pick up the car, Mathew wasn't there or the mechanic that worked on my car, I took a test drive of 15 min which of course wouldn't mean anything since the noise it's only after driving the car couple ours, I decided to sign but I told them I was later on same day hear the noise again, after running errands all day came back home and I found myself with the noise but this time worse( I send them a video as proof), I was very disappointed that since the beginning they neglected my concerns as if I was lying and THIS IS A SAFETY issue! They never bothered to help me out or even tried. Matthew all the time was very unprofessional and disregard my concerns, he made sure to show me a big ego! Someone like him shouldn't work on customer service, at the end he didn't gave the face or called me to apologize, someone else called to tell me to drop again the car but since they already closed the case with my insurance was gonna be hard to get them to cover again, and this is why I was afraid! They made me stand where my insurance its no longer gonna cover the repairs, I'm sure there's better employees than him since the first person that I spoke to made me want to leave my car with them, but please avoid this guy please! I HAVE NOT BAD COMMENT ABOUT THE BODY WORK but the mechanic work was incompetent!

I will never use this place again the only reason I did was because I thought they were professional like the one on Oxnard turns out they are not. They tell you what you want to hear when all you need them to be is honest. I m renting a car and need to know how long I will have to rent it for every week that I call it s prolonged for another week they have had my car for almost a month now. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Maria, Monica, and Carlos are amazing They ve taken care of my vehicles for over 15 years And I am super particular about bodywork!Not only is the work exemplary, but their customer service is excellent and that s what really counts!!Thank you for getting my car repaired on time and actually ahead of schedule!

Superb Service- Is it bad that I love them? My Taurus Sho was hit twice within a 6 month window and then my husbands F150 was rear ended. Both times the cars and claims where handled with SUPERB service. Maria, Monica, Mario and David made sure that we were satisfied and even though we had car accidents we left their facility with smiles on our faces.I want you to know that you guys are the reason that we have returned. You guys ROCK! I hope that I don't have to see you again but at least I know where to go for repairs. Cross your fingers not cause obviously we had a car accident.

They are rude and show no sense of friendliness. Customer service is very low on their list of things to do. The guy Greg never even made an effort to be of assistance. If they treat me this rudely,how would they treat my car after they got it. If you like customer service, then definitely don't come here.

Love this place the girls in the ofc are fantastic. They all have great since of humor. My truck looked amazing. They are are always so busy so make sure you call before you go. It is well worth it.
