This is a really great auto body shop. From beginning to end of my truck s repair process this shop were consummate professionals! Tony is amazing! Very hardworking and humble! This shop did an amazing job repairing my truck and their customer service is amazing! They even let you pay your deductible after repair work is done! I have nothing but great things to say about this auto body shop.

My car was rear-ended and it was repaired very good.However, my garage remote control which was a brand new one, was broken. Jonny said he will replace it. I waited some time and called him back. He said it has been ordered and he'll let me know when it arrives. After some time, l called again. He said: eventhough it's broken, it should be working.This review should have been a 5 starts review, but giving me empty promises for long time and not replacing what they broke is unacceptable.This is an edit to my previous review.The management took action and provided a new remote control. Jonney came over and set it up for me. Thank you Jonny! And Thank you Classic Collision management!!

Best auto body shop in the SF Valley. The manager, Jon DeVlugt is kind and accommodating. Highly recommend Classic Collision!

I was advised to use Classic Collision after a person hit my car in August. Classic was a repair shop that was recommended by my insurance, as well as the insurance of the person who damaged my car. Initially customer service was fine. They were helpful about providing my estimates and updating me on progress. When I finally picked up my car (after 2 plus weeks), I see that the accident damage was repaired BUT the paint on my drivers side bumper was peeling. I drive a 2021 vehicle, so I was very shocked to see the peeling. They made me review blurry photos from the initial inspection (which absolutely didn t show anything). The manager steps out to chat with me. He s stammering and stumbling over his words to tell me that whomever repaired my bumper before did the paint incorrectly. There was no before. I purchased my car in December 2021 fromKeyes Lexus and it had a completely clean Carfax. I also have several clear before photos of my car that don t show any paint damage. The manager admitted that they removed the bumper to repair the dent from my initial accident, but they aren t going to do anything to fix the paint they destroyed because it isn t covered. I also noticed that my tires were low, even though they were fine when I dropped my car off on September 7th. I m just fed up. All of this because some lady hit my car in August. Classic Collision fixed one problem just to create another.UPDATE: I went to Jiffy Lube to see why my tire pressure was low. They tell me there s a big fat rusty nail sticking out on the side which can t be patched because of the location. I would NEVER recommend Classic Collision to my worst enemy!!Service: Body & Trim

Don t take your vehicle here to repair, it takes forever, my case is just a small job it took a month, what if it has a major repair, it will take a year? Just dont choose this repair shop.

Delays due to parts availability were frustrating, but in the end, service and work done on my car was excellent.

I was referred to Classic Collision by a friend and was very happy with my experience there. One issue was easily solved with a bolt that my car door was missing, and the manager made sure to get the right fit and fixed it right then and there for free! Then I was given an estimate for the other issue, an idea to reduce my cost (by buying the part on my own), and plenty of time to think about my next move.

I have regretted picking this place from the beginning. It was recommended by Subaru for the body work on my lease and they came across very organized compared to the other places I got estimates from, although they were a lot more expensive. We decided to use them anyway and go through our insurance. Bad idea. They are not organized at all. I could go into detail but just trust me when I say that nothing they have said has been accurate. Apparently, all the update emails are supposed to be disregarded, surprise! What s the point then? Oh, it s something they have to use for the insurance companies. Whatever. Bad business practices here and very poor communication. I can only hope the work they put out will be decent. I will be letting Subaru and everyone else I know to NOT use this place. I just picked up my car from PRIDE, they did an excellent job with all the repairs my car needed from accident I was in. In a timely manner worked perfectly with my insurance company. Alex helped me, he was an absolute sweetheart Anna true professional in customer service. I highly recommend if you're in need to use pride.

I tried this body shop (Oxnard st.) as I previously had my vehicle serviced at the Haskell location. My major issue is their customer service and communication. They are very polite, that's not the issue, but it took days to hear back from them; most reputable shops that I've used get back to me within 24 hours. There is much more to tell, but to cut the story short... they returned my car without the engine cover and other non-essential items and NEVER contacted me to let me know. I found out, months later, when I got an oil change and noticed that pieces were missing. I called the rep, who apologized, and said I could stop by the shop. I came in to the shop the following week - when I had time to drive back down there. Not only was it a complete inconvenience BUT they didn't even offer to install them. In fact, when I arrived, the office manager? (Male, NOT a technician) literary placed them on the lobby floor. I had to ask him to help me carry them to my car. They appear to have a very buttoned up process, so I'm not sure why they dropped the ball on so many different occasions. All I know is that I'll exclusively go to the Haskell location from now on.

Unfortunately I can't comment on their actual car workmanship because their customer service was so horrible. I called multiple times a day for a whole week and left multiple messages when they're voicemail was not full and refusing messages. I also attempted to book 4 appointments online and was never contacted. On two of the attempts online an email was sent 2 days later that asked if I was still interested. I responded to then yes and never heard back. I got fed up and went somewhere else. So for customer service they get 0 stars. For car care I can't evaluate so will give them some benefit of the doubt that they have better workmanship than customer service and that is why I'm giving 2 stars.

Pride Oxnard is a great auto body repair shop. It doesn't matter whether it's a regular go to work vehicle or a luxury vehicle you will be happy with the end results of your repair job. The paint will be expertly matched and applied to your repair. If you are involved in an automobile accident give Pride a call. They are located on Oxnard St in Van Nuys. Very nice people to work with.

Brought in my audi to Pride as a recommendation from the audi dealer. Customer service was superb, the girls upfront we professional, very polite/courteous, and made sure I did feel unattended. Every certain minutes they would remind me that I will be assisted soon, or what they were doing for me, while I was waiting. About the repair we first started with Edgar, he seemed polite but the first time we picked my vehicle there we some imperfections left on the vehicle. Normally I m not who to complain , so I left with my vehicle . Luckily my husband is, he contacted pride of his dissatisfaction and was reassured they will live up to make it better. We brought in our vehicle and gladly Irvin assisted us thru the second time we dropped off our vehicle. He made us know the progress of our vehicles repair, without us calling to ask. We got our vehicle back faster than expected. The only reason I take off a star was because we had to bring my car back to the shop and because the first person was not as detailed as Mr. Irvin. Other than that I was very satisfied and pleased with the service. Would recommend.

I was in an auto mobile accident. Very minor but I did need to repair the back of my vehicle. This location is associated with their insurance. Service was great and swift. Didn t have to wait to long to get my quote. Recommend to those in accidents.

Rip off be aware.They are negotiating with the insurance behind your back and your policy will skyrocket after the repair.Worst body shop ever. No wandering it look so fancy all from Insuranse rip off.The repair they did to my car was ok no more then that , I found few mistakes but not going back there.

Pride is a really professional shop. They took care of everything from a-z for me. I could not have been happier with my experience with them as they repaired my car they kept me in the loop every step of the way

Mike was awesome. Fix my truck in 24 hours after I been told it will take 3 days by other shop. Super professional and kind. I Definitely recommend pride. Go to mike.

I left my car for 3 weeks for them to fix it for me, but when I pick up my car, there was a problem and they still didn't fix it for me and they don't follow up at all.When I went and talked to the manager, they finally fixed my car

Traveling through this area and I got rear-ended by a SUV. Took my truck to this shop and Mr. Ilagan took care of me pretty quick. From access the damage to the finish, it took a week.Took little long to finish but consider it's in LA area and number of accident they have daily, really can't complain.When my truck was done, my bumper needed little adjustment. Mr. Ilagan saw it and he took care of it pretty quick.I hope I don't need to come back here again but, if I get in another accident, I will look for this shop.

The single worst experience i have ever had with an auto body place in my life. Sadly was forced to go their by Keyes European in van Nuys (and why i will never ever by a car from them again) when i got rear-ended. The customer service acts like its the Four Seasons but in truth the emperor is naked. They waste your time with their stupid paperwork, they have no respect for your time and worst still after taking 4 days to finish my bumper they broke the drivers seat so the car had to go back to Keyes European to be fixed. This was on a Friday afternoon. The car goes to Keyes and the car is then ready on Saturday afternoon but Keyes are not allowed to release MY car to ME because get this...Pride Auto Body is the customer and there was nobody on Saturday to deal with because they are closed. Stay away from this place, it pretends to be something it is not and they don't even take very good care of your vehicle. Please sign in, give us a few minutes to get your paperwork straight..." 20-30 minutes later you are still waiting there and then they will come back and deal with you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!

Average price to slightly expensive, I have used them twice for my vehicles and both times have found the work to be done on-time/early and beautifully done. Repeat customer & would recommend again.
