My encounter with Classic Club Towing was utterly disheartening and frustrating. Upon dispatch from AAA, I was met by an employee whose demeanor was beyond disappointing. Not only did he display a disdainful attitude, but he also seemed inconvenienced by the fact that he was dispatched to assist me, only to discover that a different type of truck was required. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, emphasizing that I had already communicated this need to AAA and received assurance of a flatbed truck, the employee exhibited zero patience or understanding.What compounded the situation was the complete lack of professionalism and customer service when I called the company directly to address the mistreatment. The response I received was shocking and unacceptable. The person on the other end of the line essentially threatened to withhold service altogether, leaving me stranded and without assistance. Such blatant disregard for customer care and basic decency is deeply troubling.I am utterly baffled and immensely frustrated by this entire ordeal. As a consumer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when seeking assistance during a stressful situation like a vehicle breakdown. The behavior exhibited by Classic Club Towing's employees falls egregiously short of these expectations.Given my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone in need of towing services. I am compelled to take further action and will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau to ensure that others are made aware of the subpar service and unprofessional conduct exhibited by Classic Club Towing. It is my hope that by doing so, other potential customers can avoid the same disappointing experience that I endured.

AAA booked Classic Club Service for me this morning and they were faced at picking up my truck from Van Nuys Dodge. For those that don't know, this dealership is notorious for just lackadaisical service. I got called by them to provide some additional information and provide them with specific details that I thought would aid in picking up my truck. Andrew, my tow truck driver, stepped up and made sure that not only my truck was moved to the proper location so he can get it on his flat bed, but diligently took the lead in making sure I got my truck out of that place and to a different location. Thank you Classic Club Service for your over the top service to make sure I didn't have to stress this job.

I needed a battery and AAA sent a service man from this company.Can't remember his name, it was short 2 letters Ev or Ve. Sweet, very helpful and and efficient. He was God sent. Thank you!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEAAA has picked this provider for me to come give me a tow.A driver called Luis called me and said he will be there in 10 minutes, never showed up and when I called him back he kept hanging up in my face.I called the shop and they claimed they never got the request.What a waste of time.

I would give zero stars if I could. Don t waste your time or money by calling this place. Much better off calling triple A or paying the service fee for triple A. Terrible customer service

Reliable beyond the extra mile.Classic has towed my 2001 Range Rover many times over the years with great care. They are responsive to AAA assignment and will do everything they can for a quick pick-up. They are always reachable to check in.The best!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I have been waiting for over 26 hours now for a AAA/ Randy's Club service technician to come help me with my truck. I have contacted AAA many times now, and they keep telling me someone is on their way within 30 minutes or less. I have now received 7 new ETA's in the last 24 hours.

Ronald was there on time and was very helpful and courteous. He got the job done and was helpful in explaining to us the exact nature or the problem that brought him there to us. We're going to take his advice and probe the problem according to his lead. If you need help on the road or off, Ronald is your guy if your fortunate enough to get him!

Pedro came to my rescue when I had a flat tire. He waited while I called my tire shops that couldn't get the job done quick enough. He recommended me to a tire shop close that was reliable and quick. I was back to work within the hour. Classic club lives up to the service in their name!

My car did not start today as I was getting ready to leave from my place of work. That was a surprise to me considering that my battery was just a little over two months old. It died two months ago at my boyfriend's house, & because I need to work that day, my boyfriend took me to work then he called AAA to have the battery in my car replaced. He, my boyfriend was the one who bought the battery for me. When he asked the guy who changed the battery if I will be in any problem on case something happens to the battery, the guy just told my boyfriend that as long as I got the receipt I just be ok.Last Jan. 27th, I took my car to Nissan for oil change and they told me that my battery is low. I didn't believed them,since I know my battery is new. Today I found out that Nissan was right, because my car's battery died on me.I called AAA to present the problem & Carlos came to my place of work in Encino, but Carlos told me that since the dead battery was purchased by my boyfriend, he has to be there before Carlos will change it. My boyfriend came, & I called AAA again & Carlos came back to change my battery in a very professional manner. Carlos is very good in his work. He tested the battery to show to us how bad it was, put a new one & showed to us how good the new one is.Carlos is very thorough in his work, he knows what his job is and he is honest. I'm glad that it was Carlos who came to help me today.My days off started in a bad note, but because of Carlos' professionalism, it turn out ok after all.

Guy was rude. Trying to scam me for $3500 to take out a car that I sent a releqse of liability to DMV. Past guy never registered so now I'm responsible they said.

I had to call AAA my car died on me Friday, Sept 30th around 5:30 ish pm on the 405 between skirball and ventura. This is the company AAA sent. I cant recall the drivers name. But he arrived with but 6pm had grrat customer service was quick and respectful. Good job guys!

My wifes car tire is flat.told avo to put the spare tire instead he just put air on the tire and it will be ok.and told my wife he doesnt know how to get the spare tire under the suv.he insist that it was missing all the tools to replace the tire and no jack.i work at a towing service too he shud know how to do it!my wife drove the car home running on a 19psi tire for an suv

Horrible service left me out to dry and hung up on me and was extremely disrespectful to my mother simply because the driver didn t speak Spanish and couldn t understand her, he was very racist and said comments that were very uncalled for. I suggest anyone to avoid at all cost

Guy on the phone (I'm guessing the owner) quoted me a different price then the tow truck guy almost $100, called back, owner hung up on me and left me on the freeway at 11pm
