Buying a car can be a challenging experience, but we had an excellent one at Keyes Chevy. The staff was professional and took the time to explain each step without being pushy. During the wait for our car to be prepared, we ventured out for lunch and were pleasantly surprised when the staff offered to bring us delicious food from a nearby In-n-Out restaurant on their dime. It was a pleasant and unexpected gesture. We are extremely grateful to Philip, Jose, and Manager Brandon for their exceptional service and will definitely be returning to purchase our next Chevy from them.

Started out making an appointment for an oil change on my diesel truck. We made the appt for the same morning. Frank took care of all my needs. He was friendly and courteous. It took less than an hour and a half. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you.

Great experience! The whole staff was great from the sales team to the service team. Carlos and Mayra helped me get into a Chevy Bolt Euv and I couldn t be happier. They made the whole purchasing process smooth and an enjoyable experience! Pete from the service team was very nice and helpful. He would send me updates of the vehicles status as it was getting serviced. Thank you Keyes Chevrolet!

Can't speak to the service department since I haven't used it yet, but my wife and I had a great experience buying a car from Keyes at this location.Jose F in particular was a amazing; he got us a great price on a car and was always very professional and responsive during the process. Not your typical dealer experience or car salesman! The rest of the team there is also top notch, all we met were very helpful and not at all pushy. This struck me as an especially well run dealership with good people. I'd ask for Jose but you can't go wrong with any of the reps at Keyes.

Always kind and vigilant with appointments and vehicle drop offs. The sales team seems to be good and willing to work with your budget.

I have been going to this dealership for a long time now. I even bought my cargo van here back in 2017. Always serviced all my vehicles here. They inspected my cargo sliding door for about $168 since the door would not shut properly. They said there was a part needed to be changed. It would cost 1k to repair inclusive of parts. I declined and when I got my van back the door lock & handle were left disassembled. I assembled it back and come to find out the part did not need replacing. It was working perfectly fine. I called the service person that helped me, and I explained the situation and he said his service manager would call me back. She actually did but she was making it sound like they did nothing wrong. She still made it seem like the part needed to be replaced eventually and that sometime in the future it would give out. Is that not the case for every part in the vehicle? I asked my neighbor who is a mechanic and he said sometimes the mechanism of the door gets stuck but if you remove the handle, it engages again. I personally think that is exactly what happened. The door is closing perfectly fine now. I did demand to have the $168 dollars be refunded for the faulty inspection. The Jr. service manager (the woman who called me back) kept insisting their mechanic inspected it properly. I then said "well why wasn't I told the door was shutting properly now?" I also asked why the handle assembly was just left there without putting it back into place. She then proceeded to blame the gentleman who helped me. She said he rushed the mechanic.I am honestly very disappointed with my experience as I felt I was being taken advantage of.I have always serviced my vehicles here and this is the first time something like this has ever happened. I think it is time to find another place where I can have my vehicles serviced.

Do not use this dealership. They are simply dishonest and will tell you anything to make a deal and then fail to follow through. As long-time Chevy customers were just really disappointed with this dealership. Michael made all sorts of promises to get our repeat lease custom and then simply didn t follow through leaving us with $1400 in Chevy costs he had promised the dealership would pick up. I had hoped these guys wouldn t be like the stereotype of car salesmen but unfortunately they are. Avoid at all cost!

I have somewhat of mixed opinions of my last visit. My fairly new truck with only 3k miles that I need for work had a check engine light. After I took it in to get the issue checked, the service person unprofessionally assumed that my gas tank had a sugar or salt substance, putting it in writing as possible vandalism and washing their hands from any responsibility. I had to open a claim with my auto insurance because of his unprofessional choice of words. My auto insurance sent out for a lab test of the fuel before jumping to any conclusions and found that it was a faulty part on Chevy's end. When I picked the vehicle I asked the same serviceman who started this entire ordeal, who was going to be responsible for the lab test that my insurance paid which was almost $600? With a very rude, nonchalant, no customer service, I hate my job face, he replied, 'That's between you and your insurance.' Thankfully Chevy did replace the part but my work truck was at the shop for an entire month, I still made the monthly payment and might still be responsible for the lab test. Thankful that Chevy took care of the problem as soon as possible but very disappointed in their employee's unprofessionalism.

When leaving I heard something fall from my truck (tool or etc.) Then I pulled over to pump gas. I had some foreign substance on the front driver side fender, and also all over the back fender by the gas tank door. I was very upset and just felt disappointed of the lack of care and unprofessional service. I paid $355.56 and I feel that something should be done. After I returned to explain this to service rep. He then took me to speak with service manager who did nothing about this. Terrible customer service care! Never ever have dealt with anything like this before.

The whole process was easy with Luis coming multiple times to my house and Sammy dropping it off it couldn t have been easier. Literally the best deal I could get in the city!!! We looked.

"I was happy with my purchase of my car, but our sales guide forgot to take the alarm off from the dealer. I had to call roadside assistance and get back to the dealership. I was really frustrated. This kept happening until they finally figured out what was going on. I know he s young, but he needs more training."

Dropped the car off for alignment and balance, got my car back with a flat tire. Not only that car started wobbling on the freeway so I took it to another shop and they showed me they put a ton of unnecessary weights that throw it off even more. Paid them just to ruin my car. When confronted them they said they can t do anything. Avoid at all cost!

Unfortunately my experience was not good.I received a call from the dealer reminding me it was time for an oil change, coincidently the dash light turned on a couple of days prior. I made an appointment for the next day at 10:40am. I arrived early and the assigned service tech was out to lunch, another tech, Alan, took my appointment.Alan presented me with 3 options for an opportunity to upsell me. I went in for an $80 oil change and his options ranged from $300 to $900. I agreed to a wheel alignment and the oil change for a total of $244. I drove home and parked the truck, the next morning I noticed a clicking sound from the gear shift when I pressed the on the brake, and as I drove there was squeaking noise when i went over rough road and pressed the brake. I looked over the paperwork and noticed it said there was an oil leak that was not mentioned when I took delivery of the truck.I immediately called and texted Alan at the dealer. I left 3 messages and finally heard back about 5 hours after my initial call. Alan apologized and told me to return to the dealer in the morning. I found it very odd when I arrived as Alan seemed to not have any recollection of me, my truck, or the conversation we had. He guided me to the desk where he proceeded to tell me there would be a $169 diagnostic fee for each of the two issues that showed up after the truck was serviced there. I expressed there should not be any charge and asked to speak to the manager. Alan stated the manager was off and insinuated the noises were somehow my fault, he again stated if I wanted them addressed I need to pay the $338. I demanded to speak to someone in charge, he called the Assistant Manager. As she walked up he briefly explained the situation in a sarcastic tone, stating I refused to pay for the Diagnostic fee.By this point I was clearly upset and expressed to her my truck needed to be checked out at their expense because those noises did not exist prior to the service. Once she heard my complaint she agreed to have the truck looked at with no charge to me.The truck was taken to the back and returned to me about 45 minutes later. The explanation I received from her was the clicking noise is the brake disengaging the gear lock and Colorados and Silverados often make the clicking sound as they age. The squeaking from the braking on rough road was debris stuck in the mechanism. She did a great job at deescalating the situation, but I can not say I am satisfied with either answer. As far as the oil leak listed in the paperwork, she said it was minor. I will seek another opinion.

I was told I had two major problems and the total was going to be well over $1600. They told me I had been leaking coolant, that I had a bad water pump, and need a new heater hose. After two other shops looked at my truck they couldn t find any of the problems I was quoted for.The biggest problem I had was when I asked for pictures I didn t get any.

BUYER BEWARE. Everyone at this dealership is full of it. They lie about everything, they can t be bothered to answer the phone, can t be bothered to return a phone call or email, and most definitely don t care about their consumers. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. They re irresponsible and extremely unprofessional. The only way for me to have gotten any correspondence from them is by having General Motors hold them accountable for their consistent mistakes. They gave me a car without my bank accepting my loan, lied to have me come back and sign a new contract, lied about the add ons, put my car under all the wrong information, sold me a car that had clearly never been inspected, then conducted unauthorized repairs, refused to do the one tire inspection I asked them to do, the sales girl complained the entire time of the sale about having to work, didn t even give me the EV installation or gift card meant to come with the car, they kept putting off my buyback for WEEKS, and the list goes on. They gave me nothing but problems since day one. Multiple consumers that have been ripped off from this dealer have also reached out to me telling me the same horror stories. DO NOT COME HERE.

I wrote a check for the car and they did cash it before the finance contract kicked in, but I had to call to follow up. Also, when I received the car-that same day all the tire pressures showed as low The car s infotainment system was left in demo mode. The buying process was easy, but I feel like they didn t prep the car appropriately.

Absolutely disgusted with my experience at this dealership. Bought what I thought was a quality 2020 Certified EV Bolt, only to discover a major issue with the battery within two weeks. Despite two visits to their service department, all I got was a report on supposed "safety recalls" that conveniently weren't disclosed to me during the sale. They ended up capping the battery at 80% without my consent, citing concerns about melting or burning. It took over three weeks of constant back-and-forth just to get them to acknowledge the problem and agree to take the vehicle back. They assured me a refund within five business days, but it's been over two weeks now with no check in sight. They've conveniently stopped responding to my emails, leaving me no choice but to pursue legal action.Avoid this dealership at all costs. They're a cesspool of dishonesty and unprofessionalism, with sales managers who care only about their bottom line, not the satisfaction or safety of their customers.

I brought my Bolt in for a 30K mile maintenance check. I was expecting the service to last at least two hours. It was completed/my vehicle was ready in less than an hours and, I was thrilled that the service fee was less than $30. I love my Bolt!

I had my car taken there for service that was to be paid for by enterprise sales. First, there were squeaky windows to be repaired, and the engine was overheating. After the engine repair, you guys said there was nothing wrong w the windows and until I had to go back and ask again, then you 'found' the problem and fixed it. You tried to charge ME for the repairs even though Enterprise already arranged for it. I had to have the manager call enterprise again when i picked it up because you were still trying to charge me for other things. Also you returned my car to me COVERED in dirt and filth. When I asked about it, I was told that you do not wash cars and it's just my problem. Absolutely unacceptable. Still trying to reach the manager about this. Terrible from A to Z.

I had the worst experience dealing with Chevrolet in Van Nuys, and I feel compelled to share it with others. I cannot stress enough how utterly disappointing my interactions with their parts department's manager, Sherome Staley, service advisor Pete Garcia, and service manager Christopher Miller have been.I initially visited the dealership on 11/11/2023, hoping for a simple oil change, tire rotation, and wiper replacement ahead of the rainy season. What followed was nothing short of a nightmare. I waited an astonishing 6 hours for a basic oil change and tire rotation. I didn't complain about the wait initially because I thought it was just a one-time inconvenience. However, the real frustration began when I had to wait over a week for wipers that had to be ordered and shipped. These wipers were supposed to be installed before the rain hit, as my current wipers were unsafe. To my astonishment, I discovered that my wipers had been sitting at Chevy's parts department for three days, and no one bothered to contact me about it.Service manager Christopher Miller dismissed my concerns and wrongly assumed that I didn't want to come in for the wiper change. He also failed to ensure that my service advisor, Pete, communicated with me about a muffler issue I had. It's unacceptable to make assumptions about paying customers. If I paid for the wipers and scheduled them for 11/11, it should be assumed that I want them installed as soon as possible. What's more, I'm still waiting for a call or follow-up about my muffler issue. To be brutally honest, this has been the most unprofessional and horrific service department I have ever dealt with. I have never encountered such issues with Honda, Volkswagen, or even Lexus, where I went next door and received exceptional customer service.I implore you to stay away from Chevrolet in Van Nuys. I've been waiting for my car to be completed for a whopping 15 days, and the lack of communication and professionalism from their service department is infuriating. I will continue to escalate this issue through Chevrolet's corporate channels and on social media until I receive the basic courtesy of communication for services I've already paid for. I can't wait to get out of this lease and never deal with Chevrolet again.Thank you Kenya for trying to resolve the issue, but I am still waiting for accountability and my car to be completed. Remember, I paid for the half-completed service.

My experience with this place has been far from stellar, despite its 4-star rating on Google. I purchased a used car from this dealership, expecting it to undergo the advertised multi-point inspection, as claimed by the salespeople. However, the inspection seemed more like a cursory glance, as evident from issues like a faulty rear tail light that they promised to replace for safety reasons. The replacement process turned into a saga of waiting, miscommunication, and inefficiency. After a prolonged 4-month wait, they finally informed me that the replacement part had arrived, only to subject me to another round of confusion and delays during the actual service appointment. The entire ordeal, spanning over 5 hours, was not worth the purported free service. Given this experience, I won't be returning to this Chevy service center for any future needs.

First and foremost - Melissa was amazing at scheduling and getting everything set up. Got in at 8a and out by 10:30a on a software and seatbelt recall update. Allen (service agent) was good and got it all done fast. Waited in lobby area, good coffee, water and TV. Good experience. Would go back.

An hour was added to put in a new Front crank seal this only takes a matter of a couple minutes. My Power steering Fluid was not filled it was empty when i got home. I have no proof they used a new bolt on the Harmonic balancer as I did not get the old bolt back. Also states i was to get a 50 point inspection that i did not receive any Information on. I have no idea if the Harmonic balancer was pinned or not. In Short a lot of information was left out. I was also told this was a 5 hour job and an hour added for the Front crank seal. Yet it was done much faster than that. YOu should be charging for actual time not some estimated time.

Everything went well with the service, customer service was on point. However, over the phone I was told that there was a complimentary van that could take me back to work so I wouldn't have to wait, well, that wasn't the case. I get there and the service rep told me that there wasn't a complimentary van. So as you can imagine I was upset. So instead of making a big deal of it I just Uber to work. Other than that all went well

Making the appointment was the easy part! The service person,Casey, was really nice when we dropped it off. Saying that he thought it was just a battery issue. I told him that since it was at the dealer anyway that I wanted everything checked to make sure it was running good. I explicitly stated that the breaks were making. Ouse and there is a smell in the a/c vents . I asked him to have both the breaks and the air filters checkedCasey said it should be about 2-3 hours. About 4hours later I texted the number he sent me and asked if my car was ready when he proceeded to tell me that it has not even been looked at! I texted again an hour later and he replied saying he is with a customer! I asked why just a battery would take so long and Casey wrote back come get it and go by auto zone and have them slap a battery in it !! I repeated that I wanted everything in the car checked which he said it would be ready by 6I got there to pick up at 5:50pm and kenia help me. She said the battery was changed and the recommend replacing the front breaks and the in cabin air filter!! I was angry and told her I wanted those done while it was here Kenia said there were no noted in the file upon drop off. She apologized many times but offered no solution other than saying we dan bring the cat back and they won t charge labor for the cabin filter replacement!I will never return to van Nuys Chevy !
