Recently I had an coolant leak on my 2008 buick Lecrosse which I totally restored. I do some mechanic work myself,but I could not find where this leak was coming from,because it would only leak once pressure built up.so,a friend of mine told me about carzone.i took it to them.Mr.Donald was very nice.based on where the leak was coming from,it took him a while to find it;however,he didn't stop until he did.he also found that my power steering pump which I had recently installed, wasn't pumping strong enough which was causing my steering to be hard in tight places.instead of putting all of the engine parts back,and having me to return and pay for more labor,he changed it in the process. They done a really good job on my car.there are no my leaks,and,my steering is much better.i strongly recommend carzone.

This was my first time using Car Zone. Donald was friendly and professional & did a good job for a fair price. I will definitely use his shop in the future.

I highly recommend CarZone to friends and family. Donald and staff do a great job every time that our vehicles need maintenance and necessary repairs. First time using their services, I showed up without an appointment but they were able to squeeze me in. I will definitely come back for any future issues with my car. Staff is friendly, helpful, honest & respectful. I would recommend to all my friends and relatives! Thank you CarZone

Let me preface this by saying that I rarely write reviews, however, CarZone is indeed deserving of a 5 star rating and me going out of my way to write a review.I could write a bunch about this experience but basically I will just say I took my car there for something simple and was quoted a decent/fair price over the phone. When I took it there (next day) they began working on it right away and some more problems that were not their fault began popping up. This was supposed to be a simple 30 minute job. It turned into nearly 3 hours with multiple guys working on it trying to figure it out. (Once again, let me say the time it took had nothing to do with them, their were some unforeseen conditions), I thought I was going to wind up with a hefty bill...Nope, they charged me exactly what they quoted even though this job took way longer then expected, because of my car, not them.I will be taking my other cars here from now on. They really did a great job given the terrible circumstances and got me on the road without braking the bank.

The best mechanics in the valley hands down. Knowledgeable , honest, fair, good guys. They have been servicing our vehicles (Toyota, BMW and Mercedes) for several years. They are amazing, thanks to them my car is in a great condition and They are always for me when I need something small (to be honest I don t know anything about cars) so If I see something wrong with it I just take my car with them and they always help me! they deserve a 10000 starts for their hardwork, knowledge, and amazing service my family and I are so grateful

By far, GREAT customer service. Pulled up and they immediately greeted me. Donald was so very polite and helpful! Got an oil change and relaxed in the quiet office during the process. Love how honest they are compared to most places that try to get over on you with prices. NOT this place. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Donald for a long time now. Even when I moved to Rialto I still took my truck to him. He is honest and does really good quality work.

I have been going to Donald and William for over 5 years, now. They are absolutely the most competent, honest, astute, and personable mechanics I have ever encountered. That is really saying something, when you consider that I am 62, having had many cars and encountered many automotive situations in my life.Currently, I drive a 2006 Infiniti M35. Ever since the warranty on the car expired, I have been going to Car Zone. They are so versatile, they even work on my son's Ford Taurus. They honor appointments on the dot, and when I have experienced emergency problems, they have always immediately accommodated me. On a few occasions, I was "sure" that I needed some part replaced, when I really didn't. The guys at Car Zone told me that the parts in question were, in fact, perfectly serviceable, and that I needed no repair. Trust me when I say that there are many shops out there that would be more than glad to take my money, and would have simply replaced a perfectly good part if they thought they had me on the hook.I believe in going to folks that are competent, honest, and deserve my patronage. For this reason, I am a Car Zone customer for life!

As noted by other reviewers, the team at Carzone are prompt, transparent, and skilled. I have brought my Nissan Xterra in for service twice -- once to reset my TPMS and sort out a check engine/emissions issue, and again for an oil change and to replace a failed AC blower part. Both times I was pleasantly surprised at both the speed and price.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

Great and honest service. Nowadays is hard to find an honest mechanic. Allan, Donald, and William are great professionals and make sure that the job gets done right, at a great price. Also, if you need a smock check, just go to the place next to Car Zone located next to the Peruvian restaurant. If you tell the guy that Allan sent you, he will give you a discount.

I m sorry that I didn t post earlier. Car Zone is a top of the line auto repair shop with great service and fair pricing. I ve been using them for years. After many disappointing experiences elsewhere, I ve been extremely blessed to find them. This is my go to place for repairs and oil changes. Even with free dealer maintenance, I m more comfortable with Car Zone working on my car.

Alan the head mechanic was amazing, he told me what was necessary and told me it would be done at a later date and he got it done about 3 days ahead of schedule. Super clean and professional.

I can't say enough nice things about Donald and his team! They are by far the most reliable and trustworthy mechanics I have ever been to. They have been my "go to" mechanics since 2007. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I don't usually write reviews but Carzone deserves a good review. I know Donald and William since i bought my first G35 in 2003, while they were Tech's in Miller Infiniti.I can say a lot about them and their shop.They our super honest and experienced mechanics not only in Nissan cars but other makes and models. They have excellent prices and they complete job fast and accurate. Take your car to Carzone and you will experience for yourself the outstanding service they provide :)

Great place for anyone who is looking for high quality work and great prices. Great mechanic's, very knowledgeable. I take my 2 Infiniti's and 2 Toyota's here for all service, from oil change to timing belt replacement and everything in between.

Folks, I kid you not! Donald and these guys are very GOOD at what they do and they're very HONEST! Although I live in the South Bay and I hate the long drive to Van Nuys, it's really worth it. They charge lower than the dealer and are certified infiniti mechanics who previously worked as mechanics for Infiniti. When you go into the showroom, you can see all their certifications on the wall. From a happy customer since 2013...GREAT JOB DONALD AND CARZONE! :)

Donald is the man! Always willing to work around schedules, and be accommodating and gets the car maintained and repaired correctly and at a very fair price. Tons of Value with CarZone. I travel from Montebello now just to have my boys at CarZone turn a wrench on my Nissan/Infiniti

Bring in the car Donald assured me that he know evreything about Infiniti and Nissan and that he worked at dealer for many years., i fell for that. I asked him to do the inspection on my car since i have high idle in the morning and rough when the car gets hot, he said he is going to check it and if i decide to go with reapir with his shop inspection is free i didn't wanted to be a douchebag so i said ok here are the spark plugs (i provide them) change them and so the inspection and I'll pay you for that, is that ok?Deal-Deal.Left him car over the weekend and he said "i will call you on Monday at noon"On Monday:I had to call him at 2pmI went over there start the car rpms high once the car got tot the operting temp idle is still poor, car is sputtering and stalling, i had two OEM clamps on intake hose both of them are missing, they had some duct tape on my windshield didnt even cleaned it, got invocie of 140$ for labor only for the spark plugs.So in the end when all sums up I've lost money, my car didn't get fix, it didn't get diagnosed, I've waited for 3 days for one hour job, never got a call back, missing parts, windshield not cleaned do your due diligence people go to the dealer this is ridiculous!!!!

Always honest and always a job well done. They are very attentive and detail oriented with explaining what the issue is. I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here for all it's repair/ maintenance needs.
