Yes my girlfriend have her Saturn suv with a small collision in one side of the car is gray they told her car is totally l9st I don't belive it becost she drove the car to them en estate farm is not taking mater to have them fix

I did not have a pleasant experience at this auto body shop they've had my car since December of 2022 from a theft and breaking and here it is April 4th and I want to pick up my vehicle on March 3rd only to discover that it had a crude new damages which were by The Body Shop they told me that it was because of the rainstorm I went back to pick it up one of the parts that they were supposed to fix was actually sitting in the back seat of my vehicle it has just been a long exhausting Inconsistent journey and every time I go they have a new administrative assistant I've seen at least 3 managers coming goals since I've initially took my car in And it just was a horrible experience overallServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I definitely hated the service especially the lack of communication that they have towards the client. After calling each time to get an update they kept saying my car was going to be ready the next day for a week straight. I spoke with Arthur and he guaranteed me each time that my car will be ready. Finally I spoke again with Arthur and he told me my car was finally ready but he didn t want me to pick it up without it getting washed at the point I told him no I don t want it to get washed I just want my car he said he will give me a call at 4:30 never received and call and I called back at 4:40 that s when Selena answered and said didn t Arthur tell you to pick up the car after he specifically told me to wait for a call to confirm if the car was ready. Selena never informed me of the store hours or advise me of the time they were gone. I rushed to the shop and of course it was closed. So upsetting and the next day again I had to call to ask if it was ready and I finally got there and noticed my windshield wiper was busted. At this point I knew there was no point to say anything after knowing how long they took and so many excuses being made. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
