Hayk and the entire Caliber Collision team went above and beyond to provide me with excellent service from the moment I walked into their office. My vehicle was ready in less than 2 weeks and returned to me fully detailed. It literally looks like a brand new vehicles. I would highly recommend and refer Caliber Collision as a resource for car repairs. Thank you for providing me with an exceptional experience.

Taking my car to Caliber Collision was a good choice, after seeing positive reviews I was hopeful I had the same experience. George was so helpful and very detailed in explaining what needed to be done and how long it would take. The repairs were finished during the time frame they estimated and I m happy with the work.

Nothing was done right. I went to pick up my car after complaining about the transmission. Their employees were over reviving my car down the street, stating, they were doing a diagnostics test on a manual transmission, along with resetting the sensors. The car still has all the warning lights on a still has the damaged tail pipe covers. Everything is OEM. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CONCERNS. ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. I also have interior parts missing to the car. Car was in a better condition when I turned it in.

The absolute best body shop experience I ve ever had. Everyone is so personable and kind. They value your time and are transparent every step of the way. George is top notch and absolutely the best in the business. A+++

Laura and Joshua provided a great service. They were professional and friendly at all times. Always willing to answer our questions and keeping us updated about the status of our Corolla. Not only that but the job the Caliber Collision team did was excellent. Our car is brand new and after an unfortunate fender bender we were worried it wasn t gonna look the same. Fortunately with their expertise they were able to bring our 2023 Corolla to a brand new status and we couldn t tell the difference from when we bought it and after Caliber Collision fixed. We couldn t be happier with the results and highly recommend Caliber Collision to everyone looking to get their car fixed in a reasonable timeline with professional results.

By far one of the best places I ve ever sent my car. The crew over at caliber collision were professional. On time. And George is the guy to ask for. On top of that they provided text message updates and I got the car earlier than was expected!

This is the second time I worked with Caliber on my repairs, first was for a Catalytic converter replacement, second to repair my mirror and some damage to the side of my car after a hit and run. Lauren at the front desk is always so friendly and helpful, and it was great working with Frank. Frank updated me of how things were progressing and my car looked perfect after repairs. I also worked with Hayk for the Catalytic Converter and he was also fantastic. Great crew overall, always reccomend to friends and colleagues.

The team at Caliber Collision completely exceeded my expectations!The customer service from the team in the repair shop was outstanding! George Keyrjikian, Laura Ruiz, and Samantha Martin were AMAZING! And, I watched them and their coworkers treat everyone with respect and kindness. They were each true professionals!I received consistent texts updates on the status of my repairs, at least once a day. I thought this was great as I never felt the need to reach out for an update.The repair work done on my vehicle was excellent. I was very impressed.From the time I walked into the lobby, I knew I was in a great place. In fact, I was referred to Caliber Collision by another auto repair shop. This struck me as odd at the time. I had every intention of returning to the prior shop but, that changed after my brief interactions with the team.My vehicle was ready over a day earlier than I was expecting. This was a great surprise!I will only take my vehicles to Caliber Collision if I need any work in the future, without hesitation. You were all the best!

I really felt well taken care of by all the staff at Caliber Collision. I didn't want to be apart from my car for longer than necessary so they chose my check in date carefully and kept their word on how long the job would take. The car came out looking great. No sign of the damage. A great job and really great customer service!

I brought my car into Caliber after it had been hit by a car while I went to keep an appointment. Mike the service person at the dealership said I should go to Caliber and that this place was very good. I was warmly greeted by the person at the desk and she called Joey whom I had spoken with over the phone. We went over the details of what needed to be done and he said it would take 3-4 days. To my great surprise it was ready 1.5 days later and what a fantastic job they did. Below are before and after photos. I was impressed with the quality and speed it was done. My 7 year old car paint was matched perfectly which is hard to do. One could not expect better work and delightful people to work with. *****Services: Painting, Body & Trim

this place is great!! I went in for a damaged side view mirror. Dustin was amazing and very professional. he and his crew somehow reconstructed the base of the mirror (or mirror holder, whatever it s called) in just a few minutes. I highly recommend this place. thank you so much Dustin!

Caliber Van Nuys team was very nice and efficient. Took the car in and picked it up on the promised date. Our adviser, Frank was very nice and friendly. I d recommend Caliber collision to anyone who wants need a body repair on their car.

This is a great repair shop! They do good, clean work and have a friendly and attentive staff. They even replaced my battery because it started having issues (unrelated to the repair) during the repair!

Highly recommend Caliber! The customer service was excellent. They were incredibly efficient, and I was only there for 30 minutes to drop off my car and get my rental. They kept me updated along the way, and when I got my car back, it was beautifully detailed! Such a great experience!

Huge thank you to Caliber Collision for getting me back into my truck. Huge appreciation to George who always kept me in the loop on everything that was going on with my truck. My truck was supposed to be done by the 22nd of March and I ended up getting it back on the 15th of March. Thank you guys!!! You are all amazing at Caliber Collision!!!

Frank Rosas and the woman at the Receptionist desk were very quick, helpful and qualified at their job. From the minute I walked into the office they were knowledgeable and professional. The office is clean and they offer coffee or bottle water while you wait. Although you need not wait very long, they are efficient and like I said QUICK! They fixed and detailed my SUV and it looks like new again. I would highly recommend to my family and friends to use Caliber Collision in Van Nuys, CA. to do Body Work on their vehicle. The prices are reasonable and they stand by their work with a life time warranty, I got my vehicle back a few days early. They quoted a week and a half but they were finished in a week. Thank you Frank Rosas and the Caliber Collision team for making this quick and painless!! If ever i need body work done in the future, I will be returning only to Caliber.

Unfortunately, the only time I've dealt with caliber collision has resulted in two cars being diagnosed with total loss. This last one came after initial estimate by their adjuster around $4,200 only to be revised by my insurance adjuster $16,000. That kind of unprofessional estimate left me in a big hole as five days ticked away on my rental under my policy and suddenly I was looking at getting a new car instead of getting my car back. Since this was yet another total loss, I have yet to see what they can do to repair a car, but I'm not going to believe their initial estimate next time. And to say I was disappointed in that is an understatement.

After my car had been hit in a parking lot, I had the opportunity to go to Caliber Collision for the repairs. George and the team there were really helpful, thoughtful and easy to work with. I was kept in the loop regularly on the work, parts needed and timeline... and I was happy to get my car earlier than expected!
