Christian R was so amazing. Not only did he help us find the right battery for our car but he explained everything. Amazing customer service and affordable prices. He helped us install the battery and test to make sure all was working.

Hands down...the very best experience at this AutoZone! Went in to get my battery checked and needed a new one. The manager, Jaime, installed it for me as well as replacing my headlight that was out and also commented that the shocks holding up my hood were bad and that if they had the shocks on stock he would replace those for me as well. Jaime went above and beyond to help me out last night! I will for sure be going back to this AutoZone! Thank you Jaime for all of your help!!!!

THE MANAGER CLAUDIA IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL A USED ITEM WAS SOLD TO MY DAUGHTER AND WHEN SHE TRIED TO RETURN IT THEY REFUSED THE REFUND PRETENDING SHE USED IT WHEN SHE DID NOT AT ALL THE PART WAS USED BECAUSE THEY SOLD A USED ITEM!!! UNACCEPTATBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

They have a machine that plugs into your car and it runs diagnostics on your car. Good idea to run this before going to a mechanic to avoid getting v ripped off

The lady and guy in the store were very helpful. Someone broke into my car and broke my rear view mirror. They gave me the job weld epoxy and alloy wrenches to fix it. I was in and out with a new window in 10 minutes. Thanks you guys you have a great system going on in there.

The cashier who was also possibly the manager refused to sell me a part for my car and continued to ask questions that were completely irrelevant to the part I m purchasing. Purchased a Clutch Master Cylinder and she kept trying to sell me a brake cylinder and refused to sell the part that I gave her the part number for even after showing her that it s the right part - regardless the part I needed and wanted. She flat out told me that I can t sell you that part because it s not the right one for your car.It took getting another employee involved just to purchase a part that was 3x less in price, and the correct part.An autozone employee should not be able to tell me what I can or can t buy.

I walk in one guy is one the phone, but helping someone no problem. He finishes helping them then walks to the back, but stops and tells someone else to help me. I think cool, they're on it. The guy comes over asks me what I need, I tell him then have to correct him no less than 4 times about the year of my car while he looks it up. He kept talking down to me and brings back a more expensive part than the one I asked for and says they don't have the one I wanted and I should be glad because he could have brought one that costs more. DON'T GO HERE!! There's one a little farther on Victory that gives better service.

i'm a loyal customer of this store. They have a great Manager by the name Robert R. A very professional and accommodating manager.He'll attend to you and satisfy you according to your needs. I hope all autozone stores have a manager like Robert. Thank you for your great assistance!!!!!

Jorge R was awesome! He helped me twice tonight. My first stop was for jumper cables and second was to test my battery after getting my car started. The battery test showed it needed to be replaced and Jorge found the right battery to replace it and installed it for me. Amazing customer service. All of it with a smile and helpful attitude.

The store manager at this store Garson is AMAZING. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I came to borrow jumper cables for my wife s car and he switched out my battery (after I purchased one not too long before from a different location) just to give me peace of mind because my car coincidentally stopped in the middle of the intersection on the way to borrowing the jumper cables. He came out and checked my car for me without me asking, I was very appreciative. He suggested a very good mechanic for our cars. He even honored a price match that I found online from another place. This level of customer service from a manager is rare, he really takes pride in the company and making sure his customers leave satisfied.

I get extremely fortunate that I meet the most phenominal people when I'm in horrible positions when i want to just say eff the world. The employees here are legitimately great individuals. The store is neat orderly and for the most part well stocked.
