We have a mobile business and all our Teslas have been attended and fixed at all city. Good customer service and someone is always available to pick up the phone to give an update. Henry always helps us and he is our go to guy. They know Teslas pretty well and they are very knowledgeable about how these cars work and how to fix them quick. They also return the cars in clean and detailed condition, and walks you through all the changes or fixes made. They even patchd up some scratches on the car that was not part of the expected fix. Excellent attention to details and Highly recommended!

All City Coach Craft did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. I went through a horrible situation with another body shop. Henry and whole team did an excellent and thorough job fixing all the issues I had. Came out better than brand new from the factory. I had an exceptional experience with All City Body Shop for the repairs on my Tesla X. The manager went above and beyond to ensure that I received top-notch service. Not only was the manager extremely pleasant and accommodating, but they were also punctual, making the whole process effortless for me. The fairness displayed by the manager was truly commendable, as they provided transparent pricing and ensured that I received the best value for my money. All City Body Shop is undoubtedly a standout in the industry, offering great service that I would highly recommend to anyone in need of automotive repairs.

I can not say enough good things about Henry and his team. A truly wonderful group of professionals who really care about their customers.I found them through recommendations from another Tesla bodyshop after my model x was rear ended on 405. It was damaged pretty badly in the rear that several parts needed to be replaced.Henry and his team did a fantastic job with the repairs. They then helped me replace the glovebox in the Tesla and buffed out scratches on my other car free of charge.This is gonna be the shop for me and all my friends and family from now on bc they are the shop that goes far and beyond for its customers.Thank you guys!

Was referred to Avio Coach Craft, in Van Nuys, thru Tesla Service Center... Our 2-week new Model 3 suffered damage from random vandalism: some drugged out street derelict threw a rock at the back window, breaking it and dinged the upper part of the rear trunk deck. Repair required a new rear window and dent/paint repair.Avio worked directly with our insurance to get everything sorted out. They are Tesla Certified, and worked with all parties to get the repair work approved by the insurance company and parts ordered thru Tesla.Bryan @ Avio provided great communication throughout the process both thru email and phone providing a time schedule, part order/repair status and ETAs through out the repair, also explaining everything involved. His communications provided assurance that the repair would return the car to original new condition and that they stand behind all their work.Even with all that, I still had some concerns how things might come out given that paint matching & blending was involved, but when it came time to pick-up the car, I was relieved that everything looked perfect- the blending of the pearl coat, which I learned can be tricky, shows no signs of repair, they cleaned up all evidence of shattered glass, and provided final assurance that if I find any issues at all, they encouraged me to come back for whatever reason.Avio Coach Craft was the bright spot in what was our unfortunate situation. Bryan was awesome and went above and beyond taking good care of us. And although I hope we don't have any need for their service in the future, it's nice knowing there is a quality shop like Avio that exists in case we do.

From front of house to back, this staff is caring and attentive. Mayra at the front desk clearly keeps a full schedule business running smoothly, Justin who worked on my vehicle was quick AND thorough, Mitch & Henry did an excellent job of sourcing quality parts at lower prices for the happiness of the customer. Even the gentleman (whose name I didn't catch) that cleans the property has a smile on his face.I had my passenger window smashed during a break-in, and they did a perfect job explaining price points during the quote process and went the extra mile to save me money during an unfortunate experience. I wish I had been smart enough to get good before and after photos but I promise they are worth every penny. I have a Subaru but they are also a highly recognized Tesla certified shop.

Love this body shop. I got in an accident and they were able to run fix my Tesla in a week which is UNHEARD of. Most shops were out of the parts. They were so friendly and helpful. Experts on Teslas and Tesla certified. It s not close to me and I would still drive to this shop because of how good they were. I d highly recommend them to anyone. They were very professional.

I ve had a couple of accidents with my Tesla and I wouldn t go anywhere else. Mitch, the manager, is fantastic and he knows how to take care of repeat customers. He s always honest about repairs and he ll tell me exactly when to bring the car in so I m not waiting forever. The body shop guys are phenomenal too. This is my 3rd Tesla and if something unfortunate happens, I trust them to put my car back together.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent service, attention to detail, polite and professional. This was my 2nd time over a 4yr period. Previously repaired my Porsche after I was rear ended. Great to see the quality service keeps on getting better. This is the Go2 if you want great, timely, reasonable service for your automobile.Really friendly people to boot. Very rare in these times. The $2,281 that this shop charges to repair a superficial scratch on the car door seems very excessive.It took 23 days to complete the repair. They did not give me any copy of the documentation. They never contacted me. Above all, they did not comply with what they had previously offered (replace a door handle). I made a mistake switching from my previous preferred shop.Service: Painting
