I've been using West Coast since 1981. insurance companies have tried to tell me to use their recommended shops. I would never switch body shops. Once you bring your car into this place you will find out why people stick w West Coast. No games. No cheap junk parts. Totally professional and I've never had to bring any car back for a redo. It looks showroom and factory fresh. When you leave w your vehicle you will return after the next accident. But you will have made friends who value you, your needs, your time and your trust&safety. No I'm not related to Sam but I appreciate his skill and trust him&the guys implicitly. You come as a customer&leave as a friend.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding, Air conditioning

I used this place to repair my car after I was rear ended. Z is very professional and helpful. They fixed my car after the accident and now the bumper is looking impeccable! They also washed my car and repaired a few minor scratches on other parts of my car (unrelated to the accident) just out of courtesy.My Mercedes Benz ML350 had a few light bulbs go out and Z fixed it on the spot in only a few minutes.I gladly write this review because of the exceptional service Z has provided and treated me like a friend. I highly recommend this body shop, especially if you are a young woman like myself and reluctant about mechanics. Z has proven to be liable, accountable and trustworthy while providing great service to my car. I had a great experience here.

I got into a fender bender and I was going to stop by a few different auto body shops to "shop" around estimates but luckily West Coast Auto Body was my first and last stop! Sam is a calm, level headed and kind business owner, I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with West Coast Auto Body. He did his best to let us know a estimate and took care of everything else with Statefarm/estimates/repairs. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off at all, Sam was very fair with his pricing. If you're looking for good and honest people to help you with auto repairs- this is the place. Zee was also a nice guy at the shop that assisted me when Sam was away. Thank you, West Coast Auto Body! Keep up the excellent work!!

best body shop in town. We have been using Sam at West Coast Auto Body since 1981. We always get money back from the deposits that we put on the cars with the leasing company. Friendly service done on time Sam is a homerun Body Shop guy. I think of him like a brother from another mother.

Sam was AMAZAING! Great customer service. Very friendly and honest. Upfront, to the point, and considerate. Extremely helpful! Highly recommend Sam, Z and West Coast Auto Body for all you auto body needs.

I will remember: "The excellent, courteous, respectful and professional customer service. They didn't hesitate to go the extra mile for me as their customer. All the staff is very professional, welcoming, respectful and knowledgeable. The paint job on my car is simply outstanding... It looks even better than when I first got it from the dealership when it was new!!!! I will recommend West Coast Auto Body repair without any doubt."
