I've been using Ray's auto services for years and can't recommend him high enough. I was so pleased to find honest auto services knowing Ray is more concerned with a long term customer relationship than running up fees. Do yourself, your car, and your wallet a favor, go to SNAP Auto Repair for your car needs. You'll be so glad you did. They will figure out your car issue accurately and the whole process will be explained to you. My car had a complex check engine light that was a mystery (2001 Toyota Echo 197k miles) and they figured it out. Thank you Ray!

Ray was very helpful and couldn't have been nicer. I brought my car in Friday afternoon with a screw in my tire. Ended up being a 1/4in screw and didn't cause a leak. We laughed about it being my lucky day. When I asked about what I owed him he said, "this ones on me".Second Visit: Brought my car in for a smog check. Once paper work was finished, the check itself took 10 mins. Quick, friendly service for someone with no appointment, just driving onto the lot. My OBDII was not ready to be checked, but Ray sat down with me to help me understand what I needed to do to get my car ready for another check. Very professional and courteous. For smog checks on Saturday, come in around 10am.

Honest and very smart mechanic!! No one could figure out my engine light problem, not even the Mazda dealer. I was ready to get rid of my Mazda 2011 CX9 until I found Ryan.Very hard to find smart and honest mechanics . This guy is the man!!!

I just moved to the neighborhood and needed a new shop where I can just drop off my car for my oil changes and services. I noticed these guys across the street when I was having lunch at Tony's. Not to many reviews on Google so I yelped them first, and they had a handful of good reviews. So I dropped off my Sentra for an oil change. The mechanic, Mike, and Ray were really nice when they greeted me. I waited in their office and had some coffee, about 20 minutes later, my car was ready! They didn't pull off any sales tactics to sell more services. Just charged me what they quoted me, $32 plus tax. I asked for a quote on a brake job and they charged about half of what the Miller Nissan was quoting me. I will be taking in my car next week for that brake job, Ohh, and they offered to give me a lift home and pick me up when my car would be ready. That's awesome service in the neighborhood! Totally Recommend Snap!

Good, quick SMOG check and they took good care of the car. Was able to drop it off without an appointment and they called when it was ready.

Great service! Very professional, quick and no hustle. Came today for smog check, earlier I called them to know prices and availability, manager who answer the phone was very polite and nice, flat rate $40 and 15 min of work- Great Deal, save my time and make my day. Thank you very much for professional job.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. Those horror stories you hear about mechanics are written about places like THIS. I brought my car in to have some routine parts replaced in the engine to stop a coolant leak and after forking over a grand for repairs, 6 miles out of the shop coolant starts leaking from the car once again and now suddenly the engine blows out, leaving the car WORSE OFF than when I brought in! Not only did the owner, Ray, REFUSE to negotiate a fair resolution (or any resolution for that matter) but he then proceeded to pick a PHYSICAL FIGHT with me in an attempt to scare me from pursuing the matter any further! The guy is a bonafide scam artist with an arsenal of sales related confidence tricks. DON'T BE A VICTIM. Save yourself the NIGHTMARE of dealing with this LIAR, CHEAT, BULLY, THIEF and take your business someplace/anyplace else!
