Don't believe the reviews! This place tried to up sale me while speaking Armenian around me about my car. I asked them to speak proper english and they got mad! I told them you can rip everyone else off with their used cheap parts taken apart from their car lot but not me. That whole corner spot looks like an undercover scam operation and had cops come over a bunch of times while I was there too! they probably under some type of investigation.All red flags for me, stay safe out there!Note: a worker at the car wash told me the mechanics tend to move their cars around and bump and dents their customers cars...not surprised at that point.

I always take my cars to Gev's Auto Repair because he is knowledgeable, quick, and gets the job done in less time. All my high end German cars are worked on by him, and I don't ever second guess his diagnostics of my cars. Take it there, leave it for a day or two, and get the car back working like it should. I had my maintenance light come on the same day as a long trip and was already aware that I needed parts replaced at the same time as my oil change. These guys managed to make it happen within a few hours at a reasonable rate, and I got to my destination without issue. They were very kind to me and I am SO grateful!

This is such an awesome mechanic shop ! I've been coming here just about 2 years now and seriously I have so many used car problems with my volswagon passat and every time I get into something or my car has problems I get there and in about 1 day or 2 Gev fixes my car while other shops tell me 4 or 5 days... he's quick and gives better deals then other places I've been in the past. He my new mechanic and I'd recommend him to ya !Services: Tires, Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission repair, Brakes, Oil change

Mechanic here does not like serving anyone who is non-Armenian. Talks badly about them and may end up doing mediocre work because of it.Took my car here twice and still ended up with an "engine light" somewhere else both times. If you don't want a shady mechanic that will leave you needing to spend further money don't come here!The guy will also just turn you away to another shop when he can't do the work or doesn't meet his quota $ that he wants.Current mechanic only serves Armenians and makes disparaging comments about "current American culture" and his "dislike" of it. Incredible low key RACIST. The guy uses the shop now more for a kick back zone for his own friends than to serve any customers. The reason there isn't a huge customer clientele here.Also-- That's why there is no legitimate official phone number for all customers to reach on shop. This guy changes it constantly because he does not want to deal with customers! Yes, when a business phone number constantly changes as does this mechanic shop they don't want customers to contact them if they are unhappy with the work and money spent. Big red flag! 100% shady(That's why there's not many current reviews as both reviews were obviously made by fake accounts/names set up by his friends or himself or friends to post good reviews and give it some legitimacy lol)*All good REAL reviews came the previous mechanic Arthur from over 3 years ago

Took my car in to have my power steering and engine looked at. Guy kept looking like I was insane or didn t know what I was talking about. Said he would look at it and in two hours I can come back and test drive it. So that s what happens. Paid $40. Thinking all is fixed right? Well just as I was making my long distance trip that I had planned my engine gives out on me again, just dies, almost left stranded on the freeway. Apparently the guy at the shop didn t even take a proper look at it and said it had to do with a code in the computer in the car. Dont t come here, especially if it s for something important and he is giving you the stank eye. He will just move your car and move onto the next problem.

The best mechanic ever hands down! I have lived in the area for several years but was recently introduced to Butania. I would have spent all my money here had I known about this mechanic. These are some of the best people I have had the pleasure of meeting in my 20 years here in Los Angeles. From the start, he, his wife and I instantly connected.I got my lower ball joints and sway bar fixed and my car drives like a dream. It needs more work which I was aware and if I could get it all done right now I would, with Butania. I have never met a mechanic like this. Butania is set apart. I trust Arthur. He was truly heaven sent. It is so hard to trust a mechanic to fix your car right without causing other problems and who will charge a fair price, but it is easy to trust Authur. He gave me a fair price from the start. I didn't have to negotiate at all.He explained the other work that needs to be done, wrote it down and told me to have my out of town mechanic contact him so he can talk to them to make sure they will do the right job. He checked out my car, topped off fluids, checked my check engine light without me asking to make sure my car was ready for transit.I so wish I had known them the time I have lived here. I would have brought every car to Butania. They are the kind of people you can stop by to say HI and chat a bit. Awesome people and trusted mechanic. I hope I will be blessed to meet another across the country.If you need a new mechanic. If you need a mechanic you can trust. If you need a mechanic who is fair. Then YOU BETTER COME TO BUTANIA.

Excellent service, highly qualified, smart specialists who figured out the electrical problem with my engine and fixed it. If you don t want to waste your money and get the job done, then this is the place you should visit.

Best Full auto service in town!These people know whats in and out for every car! They have everyrhing from exhaust to engine repairs to the most basic tune up job!Highly recommend this place for all your car needs!Very friendly people!
