Very little waiting. Good deal on tires. Mechanic got unplanned front end alignment done immediately after tires were put on. Excellent service. Definately recommend this shop to others.

Got us in last minute the week before Thanksgiving! We got a few things fixed and asked them to check our brakes, too. I really appreciated the fact that the mechanic told us our brakes are just squeaky but were ok instead of trying to sell us something we didn't need. Honest and reliable.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! Absolutely awful tires just had a used tire put on 2 weeks ago I paid almost 50 freaking dollars to ALMOST DIE ON PARROTS FERRY ROAD. The man said "your rim is bent so the car will shake" but really they put the WRONG size tire on my car! It shredded while driving I'm lucky I lived! Please do not give them your business go to als all American in San Andres instead!

These dudes broke my wheel cap and thought I wouldn t notice. I went in on a Thursday evening and got two new tires and an alignment. The next day I see they zip tied my wheel cap on so I called to ask them why there s a zip tie on my car and if it was ok to remove it. They said bring it in we ll check it out. The guy that came to see it seemed very annoyed that I was questioning why it was zip tied. He said it was loose and would fall off if I hit a pot hole, so I told him ok leave the zip tie on I ll have my fianc� check it. He ignored me and told the other employee to remove the zip tie anyway. Fianc� checks the wheel cap and notices that they broke it as it was half off. We didn t have that issue before taking it in. They are also rude as hell stay away if possible.

Good service. Alignment guy wasn't there first day when I got new tires shop owner tried to do it and wasn't right he told me to come back and held his word my second Alignment was free and Alignment tech was there he got it spot on. Service: TiresService: Tires

Needed my rear brakes completely replaced. Once my car was back together, they took it for a test drive and addressed issues with the new brakes quickly. Great communication and answered any questions I had. Excellent pricing for the service provided. I will definitely be back!

I took my car in for an alignment knowing it needed that but also knowing there may have been damage in the back. They worked harder than anyone I know to make my experience amazing, they found all the issues with my car, kept me up to date and informed the entire time as they found the issues and worked with me above and beyond. Their prices were amazing as well, I ended up needing four new tires as mine had wires showing, they were able to get all four in the very next morning and that same morning all the parts needed to finish the other repairs. Parts were also covered by a warranty and they worked with the company to get things all taken care of, even helped me with the financing for the purchase of four tires at once.Excellent people, amazing service and overall best auto experience I've ever had. I would recommend them any time and every time 110% of the time. Amazing!! Can not recommend them enough. I would give them ZERO stars if I could . I am BEYOND shocked - this auto shop switched out 4 of my tires and replaced them with old ones and they stole my battery. I had left my car in their hands to see about buying a transmission with them- during that time I decided instead to donate my car to a charity . My husband shows up with the tow truck to tow it away and we find our battery gone, all 4 of our tires gone and switched out for old ones and all of our registration paperwork gone out of our glove compartment gone! Worst of all and what saddens me most is that I had used their services and have been their customer since moving to Valley Springs :(! After this I will never use their services again. I am shocked and saddened that this happened in such a peaceful town such as Valley Springs. Needless to say I have reported this to the Sheriff's department as I would never wish to see this happen to anyone in my community.Service: Transmission replacement

I found I ran over a large metal stake that ruined my nearly bald front tire, I have put off replacing the set for months. After doing a spare swap myself and discovering my spare storage under my trunk floor had retained water, I called to check tire size availability. I was surprised that my size was in their current stock and that they could fit me in without an appointment. Great so far. Then I pulled into their parking lot, was immediately addressed and had me pull in the available stall.When it was all said and done, I was there for an hour and they had finished along with taking the time to sop up that rain water in the spare tire cavity.5 stars? Are there more I could give them for their amazing service?Thank you for your help it what could have been a stressful day.

I had them put rear tires on my hellcat.They listened to my needs and than walked through the process of what they did after the work was done.They torqued all my wheels and set air pressure to what I wanted.They communicated with me the whole time.very courteous..Thank uService: TiresService: Tires

Got a flat on my day off this week, called my usual tire shop chain and was informed that the tire needed was back ordered for 6 months.Called VST and was informed of 4 different options which was appreciated since it was a very unexpected expense.When I asked for the one matching my set I was so happy to hear that the tire would be brought down from Sac the next morning.I stopped by the next morning before work and it took about 10 min to get it replaced and the spare put away.Beyond grateful for everything.

These guys are amazing. They put new tires on our travel trailer, so I'm not worried about our old tires blowing out. They also checked everything out for us to make sure we have a save trip next month. They're super friendly and easy to take to. Highly recommend them!Service: TiresService: Tires

It was my first time going to Valley Springs Tire and Repair Services.Amad & Hamza as well as Mike Green were very thorough and they performed an excellent job well done at a good price !!My Red Dodge turbo is running smoothly and the AC is chillfully flowing throughout my ride.

I just moved to this area and needed a tire plugged. I pulled up told them what I needed and they started on it immediately. I wanted to wait outside...I was brought a chair and ice cold bottle of water. Waited 5mins and they were done.Then my window wouldnt roll up..I bought parts but it couldnt be fixed at home..needed special tool...or cut off the ( screws) or whatever. They saw problem immediately and fixed it.I went home and already had a call my pickup was ready.I love the customer service...and the over and above kindness.I was treated with respect and good quality service.I have already decided that Valley Springs Tire and. Auto is my new auto and tire place.I have a weird problem now I am sure they will figure out.I give 5

my son needed his tire repaired unfortunately they didn't have the machine set up yet for his size wheels (24s) BUT were able to plug it at least... talk to "H" he is honest and nice ppl.
