Mike and everyone at Tooles were great! We brought our car in to get an overall inspection. Mike and his team took their time and communicated every step of the way with us. Anytime I need anything done with my vehicles, I ll be taking it to Tooles!

This place is a joke their prices and how fast they get to your car depends on if you put a positive review or not. I only took my daughter s car here because I needed a simple fuse pulled out and replaced yet they wanted to charge $197 diagnostic fee . Don t worry I won t be back. I ll tow my car to Jackson if I have to. Oh and if you bring your vehicle here make sure you check your own fluids not their feee inspection lol. I took my excursion here for a transmission issue and they fixed it, and then they did their little 32 point inspection which included checking fluids. When I got home my excursion did not have enough transmission fluid to register on the dipstick and no it wasn t leaking. Funny thing is when I took in my excursion diagnostic fee I was told was $100 for the car which I knew what was wrong (and I was right) diagnostic fee was $197. Most mechanics are very nice here can t say the same for the office staff

I would give them 1/2 STAR!!If you are thinking of having work done I would not recommend this place. Over priced , & sneaky,They done work that was not discussed,Never contacted me onceKate is very good with words & sneakyFrancisco has a poor attitude

Fast and friendly service. Kate in the Valley Springs shop was nice and helpful. From droping off to picking up, the proccess was easy. Great communication from all the staff there.I have been bringing all my vehicles to Tooles Garage in both their Valley Springs and Stockton locations and highly reccomend them!

Had a tire rim crack and as usual went there for assistance , they unmounted the tire for me and allowed me to get another rim , bring it back days later and they remounted for me . I always rely on their excellent service and professional attitude .

I called early Monday morning because my car was giving me monitoring system messages. The manual said pull over but Toole's said bring it right in. They fixed it ASAP. I feel confident when I take my car in to Toole's. That's important at my age.

This is by far the best AutoShop that I have ever been to have. Had many cars in with Tooles as well as all the other shops in my area. I always have a good experience here. And the one time that they did make a mistake, they owned up to it, brought the car back and fixed it. It was a very expensive repair, so this was a huge deal. I am even having lift installed here. Excellent, quick, and honest service. They were able to look at my Jeep and diagnose what was wrong within a couple hours.When they ordered the axle assembly to repair it, they ended up not needing some of the parts they ordered. They deducted it from they price for that we had agreed on when they could have just kept the extra money.In a couple days, they it was ready to go. I will definitely use them again.

We have an older vehicle so we know that it may be a pain in the rear to keep it running safely. Whatever work that we have done is a little more expensive than most but at least we are confident that the work done is very dependable. My experience with the nice people at tooled garage, was very costly. And absolutely a waste of time and money..i gave them $150. To service my a/c was told it worked, but on the way home it still blew hot air. I took it back paid another $150. And was told it was the compressor, it can be repaired for $1500. $300 for nothing.Second time I paid $1600 for nothing as well. I don't think they did anything really. The charged me for things I didn't need. And wanted thousands to fix. I took to another mechanic that fixed everything for under $1000.Good luck folks, wouldn't advise this place to anyone. Their real nice folks though

Was dealing with non-functioning air conditioner in 1998 Range Rover. We had to send control unit to be repaired in Florida. After that, everyone at Toole s Garage, especially Beau, worked really hard to get my air conditioner up and running. I am very pleased with the end result. Tooles is my go-to shop! They handle anything and everything! Prior to my being a customer, I saw how they treated my good friend. They went out of their way to take care of her and even went above and beyond what they had to do. I was very impressed with their commitment to making her happy. I found these people from the service manager (Kate) to Francisco (shop manager) who I considered very knowledgeable. Shucks, I even met the owner (Dave Toole)of this and two other shops, personally greeted me. Not that I am anybody of any importance, but he showed me something about his character and that is I am not just another customer. Their shop was very clean and all are friendly. The employees are like family. I appreciate the fixing of my A/C. I highly recommend Toole's due to their expertease and care to do the job rightService: Air & cabin filter replacement

I came back for another oil change, again, exceptional service. Very friendly group. I will continue to bring my car and truck here. Nice to have a shop close that I trust.Excellent team here. They explain what if anything needs to be done. Provide pictures with full explanation and estimate. Took my pick up and car in. Will definitely go back as needed.10/20/23. Excellent as always. I had a great experience with Tooles! My truck had a check engine light come on the dash, took it in for a diagnosis. They were able to find the problem by the end of the day. Although it took them some time to get the parts, they were very good with communication and swift with repairs. Their online system is great, they take photos of every step, and document everything for you to see from your phone. Francisco at the front desk was excellent at keeping me updated through the process, notifying me of any unexpected problems, how everything was going. They ask for permission before any work is done! You ll know what s happening to your vehicle, when, and how much the projected costs will be. I had a great experience using this business for the first time. Kate is friendly and knowledgeable and was quick in answering any questions I had. It s impressive how they document everything including taking pictures and videos so the customer knows exactly what is going on. They do their best to accommodate the customer and I appreciate everything being explained well. They were very patient and spent time with each customer, treating each courteously and answering all questions. I listen to how employees treat ALL customers - not just me. They were great and I will definitely use Toole s again!I am consistently pleasantly surprised by the service (customer and auto) that I receive at Toole s. Although my visit this time was just for an oil change and spark plugs, Francisco spent some time explaining pros and cons of different service combinations based on my budget. We came up with a plan, and the car was done quickly. I also have to say a special THANK YOU to the poor soul that vacuumed my car - that was going above and beyond wonderful!
