My experience at Lallo's automotive has always been positive and honest. His staff is cordial and goes out of their way to explain the issue and the possible cost. Not like going to the dealer where they try to scare you off so that they charge you arm and a leg. Again I highly recommend Lallo's automotive

Well I wanted to try the new car wash but only 75% needs more pressure and one side got cleaner than the other I think one side was clogged more than the other maybe that's why. Wish it cleaned and rinse little more and that

Good, clean touch-free car wash. The vacuums work very well and I would definitely recommend this place if you need a clean car fast.

I would like to start with the workers are great people .But I'm not a mechanic in anyway but know when my car is acting funny. So I took my car in think the noise might be my breaks... Again not a mechanic. Asked them to look at my car they looked at it and said my breaks was the problem.. they did the work says they took for test drive . But when I picked up my car from vs and drove to Jackson half way home the noise was back. When I called they said it was not a big deal and wouldn't be a problem with in 30 days of spending $300+ on my breaks pick up my car and was not told of any other problem.. not only did my cvc axle on my drive but also my passenger cvc went out and the grease was all over my passenger side tire and the sound was bad had to pay another $500+ for that work that sound have been seen when doing my break only less then 39 days prior... And when I pick my car up today he told me the driver side lost the grease a long time ago. So again you should have seen that when doing my break on the car. I would get a second price and look at your car if you take it in to have it looked at for work . I feel he looks for the little things that will bring you back for more and more work . After $800+ I hope nothing comes up next because he didn't want to look .Services: Tires, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto brake repair, Auto brake replacement

Very good people there. prices ain't bad and very honest they even went out there way to fix some other things for me just because they could .I've brought my car there twice now and it has always been a great experience

These guys saved my car after Toyota forgot to put a cap on correctly and because of that my car broke down. Since then I've ditched Toyota and am now getting my car maintained at Lallo's. They have even been willing to drop my car off at work since I am right down the street and its hard to get away from work to go pick up my car. Great people and its nice to support local business as well

Turned out to be a professional & reliable place in town to get an oil change. Over the years, I noticed many autos there for their business. Got tired of going to a dealership out of town. The location is so convenient for me. This will more likely be my place to go to bring in my cars for future auto service.

Well I found Lallo's Automotive by accident, as I was referred to a different auto repair shop that just never answered the phone and who's voicemailbox was always, and I mean ALWAYS full. I was so bummed because being new to the area I was really relying on the referral to turn out to keep me from going to someone flaky. However, today I know it was a blessing in disguise because I would have never found Tony and his amazing team at Lallo's Automotive Repair in Valley Springs, Ca! Honest, professional, very fair pricing, and a shop that gets the job done right, and what a job they had when I showed up! Tony patiently worked with me to find a replacement engine for my car, which was a unique size to find. Today my car runs excellent, and it also has a new battery, wiper blades, and a few other little things that truly gave that extra touch in excellent customer care. I will not go anywhere else now. They work hard for your business, and have hearts of gold! A big thank you to Mario!! Thanks for using your special talents and skills to put my car back together so professionally, and to Anna for keeping the communication going smooth and returning my calls!! I had a friend replace my brakes on my van and he thought that it had a brake fluid leak in one of the lines. I took it to Lallo's Automotive to check it out. They put it up on the rack and checked very thoroughly only to determine that there wasn't a leak. When I went to pick it up they did not charge me because there wasn't a problem to fix. My family has been going to Tony's for *years*. He's always been quick to jump on our vehicles if he knows we're in a tight spot, is honest with his work, and is flexible in payment methods (with loyal clients at least). If a vehicle isn't worth fixing, he will be straight up with us and let us know if it's time to make a newer purchase. He's not in for a quick buck. He's been extremely efficient since hiring even more employee, which I think in turn makes him even more busy. Great place to take your vehicles. MAKE APPOINTMENTS in advance, if important.

really great guy. he fixed my daughter car for $600.cheaper then everyone else including our regular mechanic. so feel he went above and beyond trying to help. definitely recommend lallos our car still running great been almost a year.

Super nice; great reputation locally.I went by because of an idiot light on my dashboard of my 2009 Prius. They connected & checked the status for no charge. Identified the problem (an improperly installed air filter + didn't latch the filter cover). The mechanic said it would probably be a quick fix -- and it was. My mistake was taking my car by one of the quick oil change places. A mistake I won't make again. They deserve their good reputation.

New to the area had my reservations. They Helped out my daughter with short notice repair needed before her 900 mile drive back to school. Expectations met and exceeded when not only work completed on time but early and took off the saved time estimated from the bill. So it cost less than the estimate. Thank you guys! We will be back!

I have taken my vehicles to this shop a few times while I was in town. They appeared to be nice and knowledgeable so I went back. I know better now. Since I live out-of-state I have an excellent mechanic in my home state, and twice now they have found serious issues with my car that Lallo's missed when they were working on it. These were issues that were definitely there when they were servicing it. Apparently they have tunnel vision and will only work on the issue at hand and nothing else. The icing on the cake though is that I recently had a dashboard warning light come on, that is not the engine light, while I was in town. I called their shop to ask how much it is just to get the electronic codes that are recorded and stored when anything malfunctions. I was told, AND I QUOTE, "[The owner/mechanic] says he's not interested." I am so angry I am writing this review right here and now. I have spent a lot of money with them before, and this is how I'm treated now? I will NEVER go back there and will tell others the same. Lallo's is not interested in helping you.

Tony has been Our Mechanic for almost 20 years and He is One of the Best Mechanics that you would want to do business with; very thorough, knowledgeable & prices are very reasonable. His Reputation Precedes him. You won t be disappointed!

Help get my Mustang up and running for a reasonable price. Then ran into an issue changing out a part( bolts siezed) he used my part and changed part for a good price. Very help and knowledgable. Willing to look into prices and figure out best option.

Went to the car wash today excited about touchless car wash.very tight to get truck in paid for the $14 deluxe wash it did not get my rims clean or the truck it was just road grime on the truck very disappointed

I have taken both my vehicles to Lallos since they came to Valley Springs. Each time their quotes were competitive or lower than any one else. Each time they came in at or under the quote given. They are not the type of shop that "finds" twenty issues when you come in for 1. I trust Lallos and they will keep my business.
