Accessibility: parking lot lit after dark with orange lights. Door to enter is a push/pull door.Experience: I wish they had more employees because you have a wait a while to speak to the employee or buy something with only one worker, but it's okay because it's still good to support a local business. The man who works here is really nice though.

I like this store and it's great to have an auto parts store in our small town. I found most prices to be fairly in-line with other auto parts stores. They had items I needed for a Ford tractor that other places might not have carried. Some pricing is a little high as far as I'm concerned but when you can't wait for an online purchase and don't want to drive 30 minutes or more away then it's very convenient to have in our area.

I had a hose to my turbo engine disconnect on the way up the hill and Valley Center in 105-degree Heat and the guy that was helping me inside of Napa was so awesome he actually brought some tools out and help me tighten the belt and put it back on and I'm I really appreciated his help considering I was stuck without him. I tipped him a few dollars but I would have paid a whole lot more to have my car fixed in that time. They were very helpful and I was very very appreciative of everything that they did for me that day. I highly recommend this Napa they went above and beyond to help me out and I've never had that at any other parts store before. He helped me without acting annoyed he brought tools out made two trips to the car to make sure he had the right bolts and really took a few minutes just to help me out. I appreciate it that they went above and beyond that day.

3 Guys working at UNKNOWN and Only ONE Guy at counter for Phone and Customers!! Couldn't get thru by phone after Please Hold, 20 Minutes later, tried calling and went to busy after 5 rings, B.S. Went in to pick up Online order, They had to order which was not specified Online?? $5 bucks off for a One Item, $15 dollar Order Though! Was a 93 Ranger 3-Hole Oblong Cat Gasket, strange they take the 5 bucks off after Taxing Item, HMMM???

The guys working here are terrific. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Very kind, personable, and down-to-earth. And the store, being NAPA, is always the best stocked.

This is an auto parts store is like no other. I strongly believe the location has everything to do with it. It's worth the extra trip for exceptionally good customer experience. The staff will go out of their way consistently to help you every time. Great job guys!

It's OK friendly staff just to expensive autozone is cheaper and better warranty..... bought a hose at autozone 10.99 napa 22.99 double for the same , gates hoses at autozone and napa .....

It's 104 in shade here today and their computers were down. They still assessed my problem and helped me get the right solution. These folks have never let me down. So grateful!

Always rude and lazy, the place reeks of cigarettes, and my 1 day delivery order is now 4 days out. Every time i come here i tell myself not to come back

My boyfriend Terry Hunter works for the Napa in Valley Center, A couple days before Christmas a customer came in 15 mins before closing and needed a serpentine belt , the man had no tools nor the knowledge on how to put the belt on. 6pm the store closed , Terry clocked out and he told the man he would not leave him stranded just before xmas. The man had a 1130 pm flight to catch out of San Diego - with a little flash light and a few tools and another employee from Napa the job got done and in time for the man to make his flight in San Diego , Terry put 2 hours of his time off the clock to help this customer-- That's what i call super customer service... Napa gained an asset the day they hired Terry Hunter.

I had a kind of confusing problem, but they listened to me and helped me out. It's the only auto parts store we have in valley center (I think) but with service like that it's all we need!

NAPA has been a mainstay in Valley Center for a long time now. I will ALWAYS choose NAPA for my parts and service over the new "auto parts store" that moved in down the street.. Shop here FIRST, and get what you need!!

Local valley center owned and operated. I use napa for our automotive side of our business. Will continue to use them aswell.

I think this place is a little more expensive than it could be cheap, but overall its convenient as far as a close place for car stuff
