I brought my Tesla model 3 in for body work and had an amazing experience with impact 2 auto working with both Sam and Aden. They not only worked with me on the repair work to keep the cost reasonable but also kept me in the loop during the repair. After the repair there was a warning light that came on and Sam took the car back and resolved the issue within a day. Very professional and great place to get body work done.Service: Painting

My 4Runner got side swiped along the entire left side. I brought it to Impact 2 for body work, repair and paint. I checked in a couple times during the repair. Staff is friendly and cooperative. The fix was immaculate with no shortcuts or hidden omissions. Great paint job as well. I recommend this shop to anyone who wants thorough top notch body repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My van needed a new windshield. The glass guy said the rust around the windshield was too bad to ensure a good replacement with no leaks or breakage, so I needed some body work before he could proceed. It was a fairly big job, but Imact Auto Repair finished in a reasonable amount of time, and coordinated with the glass guy so I didn't have to hassle about it. The estimate was accurate -- no surprises. The van looks great now!

Do not trust your vehicle with this business owner! I wonder why he closed the first Impact 2 Auto repair in Escondido? Maybe the Bureau of Automotive Repair investigation into his falsified engine rebuild had something to do with it. Infinite negative stars would still be too few for a rating!

Not exactly helpful. My front bumper was separating from the car on the right hand side. Showed it to the guy in the office at Impact 2 and he told me to "get some duct tape". Apparently, it wasn't a big enough job for them.

I went there this morning extremely rude!!!your at there mercy beware!! They don't care about your time schedule and they if they know it's insurance they inflate the price if it's out pocket they say they help but still rob youI had two other quotes bothe 2k cheaper than these guys are crooks !!on top of being just flat out rudeI was there this morning for 20 mins without being helpedHe guy just sat there writing on his clip bourdThe other was washing a carSo after sittin there waiting for. 20 mins before they even acknowledged my existenceWow just blown away they act like they got so much business they can turn down business did I mention there was no one there place was empty first thing in the morningEnded up goin to another place two miles away body work by Michel honest courteous gentleman unlike impact auto
