We stopped by in need of tires and we were sold a nice pair with a good price. Install was quick and they did the job right the first time.

Terrible service, told me a job would take a hour and a half and 3 hours later my car is finally ready. They were rude and wasted my time.

This is the second time using Vallejo Tire and Wheels and will probably use them in the future.I got a great price on my tires and didn't have to wait long at all. I pulled in, asked about pricing, agreed and they had my car in within 20 minutes. Just had to wait for the car ahead of me. When it was pulled in to the time I paid then drove away was only another 20 or so minutes.Fast-!! Great prices-!! Good service-!!Check, check, and check...

I don't know why but their company won't stop calling me! When I call back they hang up on me. I don't even know anyone from here and never even heard of them. I had to look up the phone number. Is this business just to harrass people?????

On the last hour of the last day of their Labor Day weekend, they stayed open when I called from the side of 680 after 5 o'clock. These guys were still hustling.In and out for $420. They even cleaned my stock orange rims!

These guys have been great. They're a small shop which is awesome because there's not the huge line of people coming in for oil changes and such where you have to wait a long time. They may happen to have cars in line on any given day they get busy, but when I've had nails in my tires, I've been able to get in and out quick for a $10 fix, which had been a godsend... They are definitely going to be my first call for the next new set of tires I get.

The owner was very respectful of my time and was able to take care of my car quickly. The next day my dad also had an issue with his tire and he was quick with his crew members and got him taken care of quickly.Thank you for the great customer service.

If there was an option for zero stars I will give it. When today to get tires for my Mercedes. I haggled on the price based on other prices I had seen. We lower the price and we proceed with the install. This process took about 30 mins which is what we expect. Once done, I went to pay. This is when he informed me that due to be haggling the price that I would not receive a warranty or lifetime repairs. Had he stated this prior to the deal I would not have proceeded. This is just shady business practices. Avoid them at all cost. By far one of the worst shops.

Extremely rude, and changed the price on me. We had agreed on $200, they charged me $230 for no apparent valid reason. Also the only tire shop I know, that doesn t assist you by helping you bring your tire to your car. There are more legit and better tire shops around that have much better customer service. Choose wisely guys. Thanks for reading.

I was more than grateful for the mount of extra time the Shawn put in to the alignment of my Lincoln town car limo.He quoted $150 (about 1 1/2 work hours) for a difficult alignment on an old car with a long wheel base, 3 other shops turned down the job.He worked on the car for 3 hours, was very honest and told me that it wouldn't be perfect when he was done.I tried to give him extra money, he handed it to my daughter and said that it was for her now.The car is 99% better, tracks straight and feels great, he didn't even try to sell me front end work.I would recommend the shop to anyone, better service than you could ask for.I will come back and buy new tires there even though I could get a better price in Concord, they absolutely deserve my business.If their price is a little higher, It will be worth it.

Okay wheel alignment job, but was not impress by their customer service. I needed a break inspection and would have appreciated if they were flexible. Instead, the guy told me is busy taking care of other customer. For that reason, made appointment with another shop and limiting my use of the car.

What an awesome experience! after getting a flat on the way into town we call this shop and they quoted an awesome price of only $40 to put a used but very good tire on. We pull into their shop and don't even have to get out of the car. He Took the doughnut off, replaced our tire and put the donut in our trunk and we were out of there in less than 10 minutes while sitting comfortably in your car entire time. The easiest process I've ever experienced at a tire company.

Went in because one of my tires were bad, and there was no wait aside from someone coming out to talk to me. Wasn t that long, anyways, they come out and take a look at the tire and get my car jacked up. They tell me this used tire is going to cost me 80 dollars because it s a 19 inch. I was giving them a hard time about the price and they told me to take a look at the tire. It was some off brand tire with around 70% tread that costs about $90 brand new. The tire s got a chunk missing out of the wall... by this time they already knew I wasn t going to get the tire and lowered the car. I left. I m trying not to pop off in a google review.

Grate guys do a good job ...prices are great, also I had a screw in one of the tires that did not puncture the tire but they already had it on the rack because I was going to have them patch it instead of a plug. I asked how much and they said nothing, that was super cool of them.

I paid to get a 4 wheel alignment. They did a poor job, because my car kept pulling to the side and a month and a 1/2 later my wheels continued wearing out uneven.

Not as upstanding as the last time visited..Asked how much to install 2 tires, mounted and balance was told 30.00 all inclusive and in person. After office dude finished install says cost 50.00......40.00 to install tires and 5.00 ea to balance.....didn't want to argue...will never go there again...shyster in the office......

Rip off. Got 4 wheel alignment for $89 and my car drives no differently (still pulls) - and they do not use computerized tool for alignment. Also bought one tire on their recommendation and it turned out to be used (for $80). They had no other customers while I was there and I can see why. I'd bring car back to redo alignment, but I doubt they'll stand behind their work. Disappointing experience.

Turns out my car has oddly sized tires and this was one of the only places that I could find in Vallejo that had them in stock. Their quote was way lower than the other place; I should have questioned why. The service was fine, although they had me drive my own car onto the lift, which is weird. There was also a side helping of sexism when I mentioned I'd changed the flat myself and practically got a pat on the head. It wasn't until I got home and double checked, however, that I noticed they'd substituted a different sized tire without asking or telling me. The tires drive fine, but they're going to mess with my spedometer and odometer readings because they're larger than is correct.

I like this shop. It's really a good neighborhood garage with laid back mechanics that treat you and your car without attitude and hustle like the chain tire stores. Be cool with them and they will treat you right.

They did a plug for 15 when Big O Tires going to do at 4:30 they took me in in less than 10 minutes and finished in less than five when Big O Tires said it will take them 3 hours. Was very happy

Do no buy anything from this business. They are shade people, selling wheels that aren t safe! Two weeks ago, I bought a set of rims and yesterday the whole wheel came off as I was driving like me and my wife would have died if it happened on freeway. And when I contacted them, they said that we can t help you. I ll see you guys in court Forsure.

I absolutely love this place. I am a female and know nothing about cars. Thr man taking care of me told me good prices and totally helped me. A big recommendation to go here if something goes wrong with your car.

If I could give no stars I would, I ve had the worst experience of all shops I ve ever gone to here. I ve never had to deal with returning to a shop 6+ times for something as simple as brakes and rotors, in less than two months.

Abdul was very rude, I told him my issue and I asked him how much does he charge, and he did not answer anything after that he just plug my tire and told me it was 20 dollars, I asked him and his assistant questions and never gave me an answer horrible horrible service, will never get back...I remember like 2 months ago there was some Hispanics guys who helped me and they did an amazing job and I had an awesome service but with this two guys I m very dissapointed...

Bent the frame of my car by lifting it wrong. I told them not to, but they did it anyway. No reimbursement for damages at all. DONT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR!
