3 hour wait of an oil change... ... With an appointment... ... No car wash... No vacuum... I wonder if they even changed my oil... I should have learned from the last time... On the positive note... My service guy is awesome

I went there last week for a new tire. The lady gave me a new tire and requested I get a wheel alignment. I agreed and I took my car before a couple weeks before and had a good experience. This time when I get my car it s worst then when I took it. They only told me to get a alignment and 1 new tire but when I look in the report it says my strunt on driver side needs to be replaced. My cars alignment is off, my wheel is now crooked. Unsatisfied I take it somewhere for a diagnostic and they say my strings are fine but that it looks like I ve been hit by a car. (Which I have not)Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

They took care of my car swiftly and washed it. I was back on the road in 1.5 hours. Good job

They were unable to repair my vehicle due to an inability to source the parts, but were professional and accommodating while I made arrangements with another shop. They did not charge me for the inspection.Tabitha at the service center was especially sympathetic during this emotional time (had a slight breakdown while I cried) and went out of her way to help me while I searched for another mechanic and made arrangements for a tow since I had exhausted my AAA benefits. I truly wish they could have fixed the problem. I highly recommend this service center for their above and beyond approach to customer support.I am a 76 year old senior with a 33 year old car that I intend to drive as long as I am able.

I called to have a recall repair done on my Infiniti. They couldn't do it. They referred me to Infiniti of Marin an hour away not Infiniti of Concord 5 minutes away.

Well, because of the trust they give you. And making one, as a person who does not understand any English, find a way to explain and give one's opinion is a very efficient organization.Pues por su confianza que le dan a uno.
