I can say that Vallejo Nissan experience still the best I ever had. I left my car due to steering issues and they lend me a car that is newer than my car which I enjoyed especially knowing its free and covered by Nissan. Adviser Jonathan kept me informed of the replacement to be done and of updates. Picked up my car driving like brand new. No more steering issues. I have been with Nissan Vallejo for 6 years and they always surpass my expectation. Great team and very professional.

My service technician Jonathon was very thorough explaining my bill to me. He gave me options and choices on which overdue services I could choose to get done and which I could choose to do later. Because I am a regular customer, he gave me two of those services complementary which I really appreciate. I will definitely return and continue to use Vallejo Nissan for all my automotive service needs. I purchased my car from the dealership and am confident they can provide me with exemplary service for the life of my vehicle.

I had an amazing experience with Ryan. He was unbelievable and gave me a great deal for me and my daughter I m a single mom and it s really hard to afford a car in general and my car was falling apart and he gave me an amazing trade. I will never regret coming here and now I have a car that works amazing and it drives beautifully. Thank you so much Ryan you guys have to go here. Please get your first car here and save your money.

Brought my 2018 Rogue in for oil change and the young man that helped me was very nice , knowledgeable. I had a really good experience at Vallejo Nissan. I will definitely bring my rogue back for service.

Eric came to me and assisted me throughout the experience. He was great, helpful abd assisted me all that I needed. Edzer and the Filipino shuttle drivers were courteous and really carried the Nissan brand up. I am grateful for the premier service that these people provided me. Please convey my appreciation to them.

The service agent Diego was polite and ok but I never got any updates as to what or if there was any other issues with my car, I also asked to see if the could tell me about any tire deals in which I need new tires but they never mention anything about the state of my tires but my tire look very wear, also, I told Diego about a squeaky sound that my break pedal was making and to see if it could be checked out but it was not check at all very disappointed l! And I did not received any text message or calls in regards of how the service inspection was going I always usually get a text notification for me to see if what else need to be done in my car. I so ended over $600 just for the regular 100k service maintance fee and I was very disappointed about the tech/service agent don t think they did a good job. Will probably not come back to you guys ever again and I ve been a customer for years with you guys.

Would give 0 stars if I could. My friend left her car at this dealership to get an oil change and they ended up ROBBING her car clean. She first realized her speedometer wasn t working and brake lights were on after the oil change so she brought the car back. They told her that the car had new issues over the phone, such as having the wrong tire size. They said they were "booked up" and would have to keep the car overnight so so they could work on it as soon as possible.When she went to pick up the car the next day, she received her keys from the technician, went into her car and found find a random Allstate card on her front seat. Then, realized her whole car got robbed clean! Glad they were nice enough to leave her new baby s toy in the back seat Hope no one else gets SCAMMED.

The folks here are just wonderful! I worked with Ryan Mccoy and C.Caballero. They helped me secure a great deal on a 2021 Nissan Leaf. It was quick and easy and they were super helpful. I leased a Nissan Leaf from Ryan MaCoy two years ago when he was extremely helpful with getting me the leaf.I just leased another Nissan Leaf from Ryan again. He remains to be highly responsive and efficient with our lease negotiation and we completed the process from initial discussion to car delivery to my house in 2 days.It is rare these days to have someone who has demonstrated that he still cares about doing business with customers.I will go back to him again in two years.Thank you very much again, Ryan.

Everyone was really nice! Ryan was able to assist in the process and the get car that we really wanted. He was personable and walked us through the steps and helped us figure out the best option. He passed us along to Charlie who was also very personable. Total of two hours which has been the shortest car buying experience!

I am enjoying my new 2020 Nissan Versa with the help of Vallejo Nissan personnel, especial thanks to Ryan Macoy who did a great job (as usual) in assisting me find a bank that would grant my auto financing. This is my third car with Vallejo Nissan, and as always I am truly satisfied with their professionalism and great customer service. It was the worst experience of buying a car from this dealership!I recently bought a 2019 ES 300h black car from them, which is still on their website.After running 6 times my credit in one day, they processed the paperwork, and after finalizing the deal, I brought the car home.After 2 weeks, I realized my credit was running again without my consent from the same dealership. When I called, they said the bank didn't approve and they have to go with another bank or I have to return the car back which I returned back. In the meanwhile, I financed a better one with a higher trim and model from Los Angeles before returning the car.Unfortunately, they have a long way to go to learn management and customer service.I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RUIN YOUR CREDIT SCORE, DON'T GO THERE.

This was the problem,i had an appointment at 10 my car wasnt ready until 1 oclock if i didnt call it would of been longer no one called to inform me about the delay.As i looked at my invoice it said 6oclock.i read my invoice and they didnt do a complimentary wash or rotate my tires and didnt inflate my tires properly.The car was dirty and not even vacuumed.THIS WAS TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I paid $195 to perform a check with my issue, they told me there were no issues. I took it to my mechanic, and they told me the issue on the spot - free of charge. They also charged me $200 more on labor when I was told that it was a packaged deal with a specific price point. After I identified the error, the sales person said it was a "mistake" and took off the cost. Why do I have to find the defect on my bill? Tries to take my money if you don't review. Can't trust.

The sales manager I first contacted, Eric, diligently followed up via text several times and this prompted me to come into the dealership. His in-person sales service when I first came in was excellent as well and was a large part of my feeling a high degree of trust in moving forward with a lease. Every phase of the 3-hour experience setting up the lease was professional and effective.

I start by saying that I hate car shopping. Specially when you have a budget in mind you can work with and you have to walk out because the manager can t make it happen. True it s like playing chess. Prior to arriving at Vallejo Nissan, I had shopped around online due to COVID-19 just to see how the car market was and how pricing fluctuated. Not to mention, I had physically gone to another Nissan dealership after my End Of Lease on a 2017 Altima SR midnight edition and left disappointed just a few days earlier.I was searching for a new SUV and found a 2020 Nissan Murano that was located Vallejo Nissan. Excellent price advertised and messaged the dealership Saturday night. Received a call on Sunday afternoon from Aiman the General Sales Manager and I schedule my appointment for Tuesday afternoon. When I arrived, I was approach from Aiman and he introduce my Sales person Ryan Macoy. I went to look at the vehicle right away before discussing the deal. I felt like I was important and Ryan answered all my questions.Right away, coming back after looking at the vehicle I felt I was in great hands. Ryan mentioned he had been with the company for seventeen years. I took the vehicle for a test drive and he made me feel comfortable while he searched the inventory for the color I wanted.After agreeing on price and running my credit, Ryan located the color and package. He located the vehicle in Sacramento and show me online. He promised to have it delivered the following day in the afternoon and ready for me to pick up. Ryan explained all of the packages that Nissan offers in regards to GAP insurance, answer any of my questions with ease and clarity.In total, I was at Vellejo Nissan for two and a half hours. Ryan and Aiman made me feel confident in my purchase as I received one of their best offers along with an excellent trade value for a 20017 Nissan Altima I financed through Patelco. That same day I finish my paper work with Finance. Tracey Thank You! You made it easy to understand.Wednesday June 10th at 11:30 received a call from Ryan that the vehicle was ready. WOW I told Ryan that I was going to stop by after work and he text me pictures. AMAZING SERVICE!! I live 15 minutes away from the dealership and arrived as promised. Ryan deliver the vehicle and provided a walk through along with information about all the features. I delivered my trade and I gave Ryan a walk through which it took me 10 minutes. My daughter and I love our new car!!!I greatly appreciate the time and professionalism from Aiman, Ryan and Tracey!

I understand it is my fault that I agree with the deal right away, but I am pressured to have a working car because my less then 5 years nissan versa is acting up already, with only 53k mileage. I was offered every dealer with $11k trade in value and I visit my dealer nissan vallejo and they match it, but is seems the trade in value was washed out because the $21K price of 2023 nissan Sentra was mark up to $28K, also the apr we got is a bit high as my wife credit score is excellent. Again it is my fault I should have shop around to get a better deal, ill be smarter next time.

The oil change was perform and thanks for the discount, what I am not satisfied is when I asked about my driver door felling like is not level and hitting something when close, I was told is not doing that at the moment and to bring my car back when the problem is present. May reming you this is only a year old car, brand new from your establishment and still under warranty but no effort to provide better service was offer when I stated the problem.
