Recently I saw on CarGaru a Malibu 2015... Price on CarGaru was $8,995 this price is high enough When it came time to Finance they raised the price to 12,995... in result the bank would not accept my application... this was a MAJOR RED FLAG DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS THEY ARE SHADY On top of that my test drive was @10AM they did not arrive until 11:30AM. What they truly deserve is 0 Star now I have the Cash @ hand and will definitely won't be going back there.

I brought a car from these guys back in 2018. And I still have the car till this day. I bought a Chrysler 200 it had great mileage and was a super clean car inside and out. My overall customer service was excellent. They also work with you if you have challenging credit and need a affordable car payment. They have excellent customer service. I would definitely recommended this car business to a friend or family member.

!!!BEWARE OF BUYING FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!AJ sold us a truck that broke down on the way to our home in Fresno. This was right after taking it off the lot. When we told him about it, both he and the manager avoiding paying for the repair fees for a few months. The finance company told us they tried to get out of paying for repairing a vehicle we bought that was supposed to be in working condition though it clearly was not. The repair shop quoted us over a thousand dollars to fix the issues the truck had which was NEVER disclosed to us before purchasing it. If it was the case we never would ve made the deal. The manger only paid $800 and left us with a $200 bill. This is NOT the way to do business selling lemons or selling customers vehicles that can t even make it 40+ miles back and then trying to get out of paying the repair fees is just the worst way to do business. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS they are there for a reason!!

I seen a car I like online so I decided toCheck them out. Car was as clean as the pictures! Very honest people they gave me a great deal and the car runs excellent! In and out in less than 1 hr! Thank you Vallejo Motors!!

Dishonest thieves, not a place I would recommend. Don't hold on to their word,all about the sale being done. Not even the price they honor on cargurus so why post it at the price.

Avoid this dealership at ALL costs. Ethics does not apply to any of the personnel who work here. After commuting over a hour to go see vehicle of interest that was posted on multiple websites, to include vallejomotors.com, the owner changed the price while we were out on a test drive with said vehicle from $11,995 to $19,000. When we returned back to the dealership, ready to purchase, we were told that it was $19,000 to purchase. For the management to do such heinous acts while potential customer was test driving the vehicle demonstrates the extent of how far they are willing to go to deceive interested customers. A vehicle similar to this had the same significant jump in price because both were being considered for purchase at the same time. When asked to speak to the management and also shown proof of the listed price, we were told the manager makes the ultimate decision! When stated that we will write a review, the management stated "we sell 30-40 cars a week" "we don't care about your review buddy." Take your business elsewhere. If they are going to this extent, who knows what else they are hiding about the vehicle you are considering. Do not take this WARNING lightly.

I waited until our plates came to write this review because I read other reviewers who said they had issues getting their plates. They told us around 3 months to get them and they just came today after 3.5 months. I don't know if that's normal or not, but what they told us is what happened and that's all I really care about.Our car purchasing experience was good too. I forget his name, but we were doing a trade in and had to bring our boys with us (both under 3) and he helped me remove the car seats from our old car. I was SO thankful. He was very kind about it.We took our new car to a mechanic to get it looked at and everything looked great. Our car is still running just fine with no issues.We could have gotten more for our trade in at carmax, but all of the cars we were looking at there were more expensive, so it kind of evened out. We could have gotten more selling privately, but didn't want to deal with the hassle so for us taking a minor loss was worth it.Overall we were very pleased and would return here to buy a car again if needed.

Don t not come here without a mechanic and ask for a copy of Smog and Inspection before leaving. I bought my car less than 3 months ago: ALL 4 SPARK PLUGS could be removed with your hands, they were so loose. Coolant leaks in two spots, not including a cracked coolant reservoir, and two CV Joints going out.I ve tried calling and leaving voicemails, no response. I paid $2000 for the car and have already put over $1000 into it just to fix it.

Wow, it's refreshing to be able to shop for a car at a place where some one isn't trying to sell me a car that I don't really want. I'm a very picky customer. I already have in mind what I want and about how much I want to spend.The guy I spoke with there was extremely knowledgeable about many different makes and models of cars. Also this place really surprised me with the selection of vehicles that they had. Their inventory included everything from your basic Hyundai to a very classy Maserati!

AJ and Erick were tremendous. I bought an infinity g37 for just under blue book. Was excited about the purchase. They informed me of a 30 day warranty. Fast forward a week and the service engine light came on. I was unsure because yoh never know how shady a used car dealership can be. Called them up and they said "no problem. Just bring it in and we'll take care it so I brought it in my next day off. Service the O2 sensor that day. Got my car back with no issues. And it runs even better then it did when I bought it! Very professional dealership.

I had an awesome experience here at Vallejo Motors! I have been looking for a new car for OVER A YEAR and had not found what i was looking for. My husband came across an add for the EXACT car I wanted at Vallejo Motors for a GREAT price. He called to inquire about the car and had all his questions answered by the helpful and friendly AJ. My husband let me know to fill out an application for a loan and that AJ said they would get back to us as soon as it was processed. He did just that! We let him know it would be a 2 hour drive for us to get there so we could make it around 4pm and he said he would be there waiting for us. When we arrived, AJ was helping another customer so another friendly young man showed us the car and went with me while I drove it around the block. One drive and I was SOLD! The car was in excellent condition and exactly what I wanted.When we returned my husband took the car for a quick drive while my son and I waited. AJ came out to greet us and chat while we waited for my husband.When my husband came back we talked for a moment but I knew I wanted the car! I let AJ know and he lead me to his office to start the paperwork. He was super kind and patient with me as it was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I had some questions. He was also super patient with my 3 year old son who was a little restless after being in the car for so long. When I was signing the paperwork, my son wanted to sign too, so AJ got him a pen and paper so he could sign for the car too! So sweet!Overall an awesome experience, AJ was kind, professional and patient. I highly recommend Vallejo Motors to anyone looking for a quality car!11/10 for AJ s customer service!

Exactly a year ago today I bought my Nissan Rogue from Vallejo Motors. I still love my car, it runs great and I haven t had a single problem. The guys were great, made things easy and as painless as buying a vehicle can get. I wouldn t hesitate to buy another vehicle from them. Thank you for not being the slimy car guys that make people dread buying a car!

I recently purchased a 2008 CL63 AMG. I've been looking for this particular model for several months they happen to have this car in their lot. Drove down to go look at the car test drove it check for leaks it looked like a pretty good purchase for the price they were offering. There are some things that needed to be addressed prior let me purchasing the car which they said on their word that they would take care of. It's been several weeks now haven't drove the car no very far only to work and back since my job is locally in Fairfield and alarm came up on the dashboard indicating there was something wrong with the ABC system luckily I was almost home and I noticed the hood started smoking. When I got home I popped up in the hood and it look like one of the lines on the driver side ABC unit ruptured or something burst causing a hydraulic fluid spilling everywhere on to the engine. I finally got ahold of the two individuals that were running the place and told them about my situation they still haven't resolved my issues that I've told them about prior to buying the car and now this major issue with a car comes up. I knew there were going to be issues with a car but not this severe and I was expecting a little bit more better help from the dealership due to but it's on the status quo right now due to Thanksgiving. Understand that if your a man of your word you would honor it and not say something and not follow through. I'm willing to take the cost of this vehicle because it's something I've always wanted but if you don't have the expense or the extra cash to address some things prior. After buying the vehicle I suggest not going to this dealership. Their word is no good.

I want to thank the boys at Vallejo motors. Especially AJ. I bought a car from them and a week later i was having trouble. As it turned out it needed a new motor. Since I had paid cash for the car there was no warranty. They paid $2000 for a new motor. They also paid for a new radiator and caps. Even though they were not obligated to do so. I love you boys. Thank you. The car is running great.

Vallejo Motors are such a cheaters they change their prices when somebody approaches them we went there to buy a car online when we check the price was $11995 and when we ask them the suddenly they change the price to $14995 .. That s why they had 3* rating.

If you are looking for a good car, at very reasonable price. This is the place to check out! Vallejo motors is for sure going to be my go to car dealer from now on!!!

Don't waste your time coming to this dealership. They are never open when they are supposed to be. Clearly they do not respect their customers time, or respect the business. This is my 2nd 1hr drive up to this dealership to see a car and they are closed. At 3pm I called and specifically asked them when they close, the guy said 5pm. Now it's 4:15 and I'm here and it is closed. I will not be wasting another 2 hrs of my life coming back here. They have lost me as a customer. Since I have been here waiting I have seen 2 other disappointed customers pull up to a closed dealership expecting it to be open. When you call the dealership no one answers and their voicemail box is full. Find an affordable used car ELSEWHERE.

We stop at Upstatemotors looking for a used vehicle. Talked to the salesman , very nice an professional. Family Owned, they were not pushy at all. Had really nice cars. Also comes with a warranty.

all of those reviews must be fake dont go to them for your own good!!!!!I bought a car from them a couple months ago and i have just gotten done putting almost 1000$ into the car for a crack in the exhaust manifold (dont ever buy a car as is) i thought the car was 5500 because that was the price of the car so i put down 3500 and was expecting to pay the other 2000 plus all the fees and stuff that comes with the car i figured an extra 1000 or 1500 anyway after i signed papers and everything they wrote the car as 7500 not 5500 and with all the taxes and license it was almost 10,000 out the door for a car that ive already had to put money into. hey will tell u that u have a bumper to bumper warranty through them but make sure u get that in writing because as soon as i bought the car i came back a couple days later with the issues they refused to help me because the car was AS IS after all this i hope they get shut downand on top of everything i relized after i bought the car that there was a huge scratch down the side that had been previously coverd up from probably someone keying the car and if you look at the other side its been completely repainted and they swear to me that the title is still clean but who knows with all the damage anyway BEWARE!!!!!! dont go to them i would have been better off going to a real dealership like honda and just gotten gap insurance because if ur ganna finance you will be paying the same amount in insurance and a payment anyway i would recommend a real dealership with real warrantiesTHANK U AND I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE!!!!!

This is the WORST place to buy a car from. They sell lemons(broken down cars), they are liars, and they get over on people. They never send the license plates, so that sets you up to get your car taken. No matter how many times you go back for them to fix your car, they will fail at fixing the problem or they will tell you that there is nothing wrong with the car. They sold me a car with no back brakes and it had no oil change when I got it. I didn't find out about the car until I took it to a mechanic and he told me that it never had brakes. Recently my boyfriend was driving it with my little brother down a hill and they could not stop the car, so they almost crashed into a fence going down a hill. So my boyfriend calls them to see if they can't fix it and they argued with him and told him "there were no such thing as not having back brakes", this was quoted from the manager. Everybody I know that bought a car from them tells me about their problems with their cars. Not to mention, my mom got a car from them and got it tooken a year later due to having paper plates longer than 3 months.

Absolutely waste of money and time to deal with them. The car was priced $7495.00 and when we came to pay they change the price to $ 9965.00. Avoid this dealer.

They have nice body vehicles but are all bad. Someone bought a car from this place & 6 months later transmission went out. She only drove it locally, when she called, they told her it was as is. Don t waste your time or money with this place.

I bought a car and over counted my cash by $1200 !They pointed this out instead of keeping it and saying nothing.These are honest people and I would buy another car at Vallejo Motors again.

I recently just bought a lightly used Mercedes-Benz E class From Vallejo Motors I highly recommend AJ, He was excellent with helping me pick out the car I wanted no pressure and made me feel very comfortable I highly recommend this dealership for your automotive needs!!
