These guys were so helpful! They listened to my families needs and accommodated us even though they had a full schedule. We were traveling through town and they went above and beyond to help us. Broadway is new to me and my 2001 Chevrolet Silverado with over 500,000 miles on it. Broadway technicians found an internal direct to ground electrical short under driver floor / sidewall to fix the electrical seat operation.This was an extremely difficult find that could only be accomplished by a first rate technician / mechanic. My last mechanic was with me for 18 years. Looks like Broadway gets my business for the next 18 years. Great job!!

Arrived from out of state to enjoy the Park when my car started misfiring, the friendly, courteous and truly helpful and caring owners tended to my car swiftly and got me and my family back on the road and enjoying our stay in Vallejo! shout out to Dave and his Dad, God Bless you both!

We were driving through Vallejo and our car started making a weird sound. The staff at Vallejo Broadway was really nice and responsive. They did a quick fix and got us back on the road. Would recommend if you were in Vallejo.

Man, this place its the worst someone tell me their honest and good mechanics but not their don't wanna work, I went to check if my daughter car was Pasig water to the head's and yes but when I asked for fixing the problem they don't wanna to risk. I can not say enough about the gentlemen. They took a look at my car ( which was leaking oil pretty badly) and told me that unfortunately they weren't comfortable working on it and that I should take it to my dealer. They didn't charge me a thing. It was quick and easy and I will definitely be going back!

It is my second experience, and I like it because they are honest with the diagnosis and the reasonable price, they solve problems and work quickly I recommend it 100% I had a problem with the computer that the caliper brake does not work well and they solved it the same day

Family owned small business. Knowledgeable and polite. Efficient and affordable. Call to make an appointment, they def get hella busy. Don't expect a luxury waiting room. They're gonna fix your car, not serve you lattes while you wait.I've been having David and Eric work on my car (with their dad's advice) for the last 20 years. My parents trusted these guys with their cars too. They're reliable, honest, up front and reasonably priced.Highly recommend.

Half of their clients are 20 to 30 year clients; so do the math about the people and the honesty you will get at Broadway Auto. I have saved thousands and thousands of dollars through the years that I would have been taken advantage of from anywhere else and I'm 60, so it wouldn't be my first rodeo. Trust me when I tell you that they could be rich taken your money but their faith in God and honesty just won't let them.YOU WILL GET ADDICTED to this place no matter what language you speak, feel comfortable because your car will do the talk.

Dave was awesome! The day after Thanksgiving my daughter left at 9:30 to Salt Lake City for a new job and 5 minutes after she left the house, she called and said her 2002 Highlander wasn't running well. We took it to Dave, who squeezed us in the shop, and he replaced the spark plugs and a bad coil and had her on the road by 3 o'clock. Very thankful!

These guys are amazing. As a mechanic I have a pretty good read on mechanic shops and I have to say these are guys you can trust. Brought my car for tires to be mounted and balanced. Had a great time talking with the owner and his sons, they re real car people and real people people as well. On the way out after paying someone noticed I had a brake light out. They changed it out in 3 minutes and didn t charge me. Highly recommend this shop!!

My son recommended this family owned shop. The guys are always polite. I've had only great service and you can't beat their prices. A breath of fresh air compared to the thieves at Pep Boys!They receive my highest recommendation.

David (employee/owner) was professional. He was thorough w/repairs to be done. Upon completion, he explained the actual repairs & showed me the parts replaced. He was honest about repairs that weren't needed after a closer diagnostic of my vehicle. A few minor repairs were completed w/no added labor cost (parts provided). I would recommend this shop to family and friends car repairs.

Always a pleasure to deal with these guys! The might not always tell you what you wanna hear but they'll tell you the TRUTH. Had at least 4 cars worked on by them and I'm pleased with each repair. Even bought the guys lunch since they did the repairs in such a timely fashion. Thanks guys!!!

Well, they did replace my distributor as this was the problem. I got it back, it ran very poorly and never had before. I got it back there to fix it, they adjusted the timing and my truck is still not the same. Runs terrible and I can't bring myself to take it back there since they mad my truck now run so badly after 4 years of driving this truck I know it's not right and they charged me $640 to fix it. Less than pleased.
