I've been coming to this tire shop for years now and Everytime I come they always provide quality fast service depending on how busy they are. But they always try to fit you in. This is the 5th set of tires I purchased including 2 sets of wheels as well from Tires Direct-Vallejo. Reasonable price and exceptional customer service experience everytime I'm there. Sam is easy to work with. He is straight forward and will give you recommendations that clearly makes sense. Best bang for the buck and peace of mind (Yes, I already done my research and price comparisons). I get free tire rotations here as well on a regular basis. It's quick and hassle-free. As always, thanks for the outstanding customer service Brother Sam!.

Tires Direct hooked it up. The manager Sam was great to work with. He told me everything that I needed and was quick to order all the parts. Once all the parts came in Sam was quick to get me in for my service. All of the techs in the garage were also helpful and professional. Definitely recommend you get your aftermarket wheels done through Tires Direct.

Got a set of 4 new Yokohama tires delivered and installed here, along with wheel alignment. Everything was smooth and they provide fast and friendly service. Recommend.

This tire shop beat the price on brand name tires (at least the ones I needed, Goodyear), compared to and was cheaper than Costco or Pepboys. They also fit my car in the same day, after I found out I had a bald tire. They were friendly and efficient.

Sam was very kind, helpful, and informative. Wheels were stolen off of my car and I ended up buying used wheels and tires from him and the price was very competitive; about half the price than other wheel/tire places were quoting me.Sam's team is very efficient; they loaded 4 tires into my car and Eric accompanied me to the car to ensure they fit. Sam said if they didn't fit I could return them. They were perfect!I'm grateful for Sam, Eric, and their team for helping me with my car. I will continue to give be a patron of this local business.

Best tire shop in the bay! Great prices for all types of tires and services. Also, Francisco is the man! He always takes time and care with my vehicles to ensure they're properly fixed and that the work is fairly priced.

$ 147 for two brake pads + $ 100 for laborno problem with the labor charge, butalmost $ 150 for front brake pads is a rip off, clearly a total rip off.main problem is that I wanted front and rear replaced. they didn't listen to me nobody listens anymore. was of the opinion that $260 would be the price for front and rear, turns out that is for the front only.better do it yourself, since I came to California this seems to be the norm here, rip off everywhere, people do not listen and in the end it's of course all my fault.great just great.

Got a screw in my tire and had a slow leak. Was going to plug it myself with a $13 kit from Amazon. A co-worker told me about this place and recommended it. I took my truck there and had it fixed within 5 minutes, and it was only $15. The guy even dove under my truck and checked the pressure on my spare. I'm glad he did! It only had 16 lbs. in it. Had I gotten a flat tire out on the road, I would have been screwed. Highly recommend this place.

I prefer to do most automotive work myself, but when I can't because I haven't lived in Vallejo very long, I would shop around. Not lately because the service here is exemplary. It's fast and friendly without being overly priced. The posted hourly rate is competitive, to say the least. Like I mentioned, I am inclined to do things myself, but for tires and suspension, you won't go wrong.

I had an appointment with Wheel Works, However, when I got there, the lights were on but no one was there. (By the way, Wheel Works kept trying to push tire replacement) But I digress I ended up calling Direct Tires and they said come on in (and on a Sunday no less), and long story short, they repaired my tire for an Amazing price! And, they didn t once try to push me to get a new tire!I recommend going here before you even think of going to Wheel Works, Big O Tires, etc.! They are the best!!!!!Service: Tires

The people working here are great! Jose was very helpful and super patient with us on choosing the right tires for u 10/10 recommend coming here for Jose as well as the other shop workersThe owner i give a 2/10he was nice at first but later had a temper and rude and very passive aggressive with usas well as shaming the workers in front of other costumersoverall good experiencegood price on tires and would def come back but would most likely want to speak with the guys before the owner himselfService: Tires

Needed to replace 4 tires due to flat spots from extended storage. I decided while I was there to inquire about purchasing new rims. My car requires an odd fitment, but they worked with me and the car rolled out 40 minutes later with rims and tires for under $700. Will def. be going back.

I could not believe it not only were these guys good they were really good and you couldn't beat the price. I got four awesome tires alignment and balance and disposal of my old tires for a screamin deal. And it was done super fast. They are the only place that I want to bring my vehicle for anything that it needs done on it from now on. and I recommend you do the same.

I work long hours and this place was able to assist me and help me pick the right tires for me over the phone. They have great service men and are very kind. I missed my apt. on Sunday and they were still kind to me when I showed up on Monday. I got a great deal on tires for my van. I am very happy.

I needed tire pressure sensors installed on my Mazda 3 and Tires Direct was able to get me a next day appointment and I was in and out within an hour. They did great work and were the cheapest I could find in town. They saved me a few hundred dollars. Highly recommend. Ask for Alfonso!

Sam, Front Desk person was so argumentative about the time of my Appointment, he was disrespectful, and that Terrible attitude was the worse. Then he wanted me to Waite 45 min to fit me in. I have to Waite extra time when he scheduled the wrong time? Don t waste your time with the place go somewhere else.

The guys here are awesome. I had a hole in my tire and they plugged it while I waited. In and out in like 20 mins. Plus they let me watch them work so I knew what they did and learned.I'll go to them forever.

Needed tires due to downpours on my way north. They did great with tires and alignment with guarantees, all in less than 45min. Great place. Best I've dealt with in years.
