Dominic and Caleb in Team Mazda's Service department are an excellent team. The people who helped me were very friendly and helpful. The service was fairly quick which is good, and I like that an inspection video was sent. I'll certainly bring my car back.

I had a huge issue with my car where I needed to tow my vehicle to the dealership a day before my actual appointment, they were accommodating and let me. Overall response from the service manager was good. Updates and clarification for services was good. I'm grateful a loaner vehicle was given to me while my car was out of commission.Only issue is that when I returned to get my vehicle, the vehicle battery was dead and I was left stranded on the driveway of the dealership with a dead car due to the battery being dead. I had to run back inside to get it replaced because I couldn't leave regardless. Biggest issue with this is that it was indicated in my inspection test my battery did not pass something yet it wasn't communicated that it should be replaced. I had to drive away not even 100 feet away from the service center and find out my car died as I tried to drive home.I then had to wait another 30-40mins to get it replaced and additional payment on top of the initial repair, which it should've been fixed because of the test results and I shouldn't have been sent home with a dying/dead battery.Other than that, I recommend making sure to double check the full inspections and making sure not to miss major issues so this doesn't happen to another customer. Everyone was friendly and helpful but that was a huge surprise to my to have a dead car in my hands when I thought it was done.

The Mazda service team was great! They were friendly and provided great service as well as a complimentary car wash. I have taken my car here the last two years and have had nothing but great experiences. Mazda Vallejo s customer service is excellent! I like that they send a video summary of the work that was done. They also send you a link to pay before you pick up the car for convenience. I really like these smart added features to streamline the process. Thank you for a great service overall.

Though the customer service staff is always kind and helpful I cannot understand why my seven year old 2016 Mazda needs the motor replaced because Mazda no longer makes the car or the repair parts. I am sadly disappointed. I held up my side of the bargain (and even paid the car off early), did the upkeep and maintenance that was required, and still the Mazda corporation did not value me as a customer when they discontinued my car model and the parts to support a car I bought from them. The diagnosis alone cost me $1037.00 and the estimate to repair is over $9500.00. This is a nightmare......

Team Mazda has always been helpful. I live a good distance, but I always take my car there for my 5000 miles checkup. Friendly staff who try to help out the customers.

The entire process for replacing my destroyed tire (that was ruined on the streets of Mare Island with all of its new construction) was smooth and completed as soon as the new tire was ordered and available at the dealership. Everyone was kind, friendly, and professional answering all of my questions and concerns. Because of my lease terms, the tire replacement was included without additional out-of-pocket charge. I also decided to get my air filters changed per their recommendation. I m extremely pleased with Mazda Vallejo and its Service Departure!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires

I recently had a 40,000 mile service done on my 2019 Mazda CX-5 Signature. Dominic Divita was my Service Advisor and he did an EXCELLENT job in explaining to me the services that were going to be performed, provided a cost estimate of the work, and gave me an approximate time the service would be completed. All in all, I was very satisfied with the service that was provided. In the future I will certainly use this Mazda dealership to service my vehicle.

I have leased a Mazda CX-9 with David Navarro. I only have good words for him, thank you David. The experience was super. From first call to pick up. All transparency and zero issues. All fast. I cannot say the same about Stevens Creek and Capitol. Although of the same group, their sales practices are old school and they have a lot to learn from David.
