I just want to say Stanley is the MAN , he s always professional and takes care of me. My last 2 visits, Stanley resolved my problems. The first visit was a cracked wheel ( pot hole)and I drove 3 miles on my run flat. My wheel and tire were covered by warranty and I replaced the other tire. Stanley recommended a wheel alignment and it needed it. My second visit was for my air conditioner not working and they discovered the compressor wasn t engaging, so they needed to replace the compressor and a couple of seals. Finding a new compressor wasn t normal, but they located one down south and had it delivered by FedEx. Everything is back to normal and now I am a very happy camper. Thanks Stanley for taking care of me

Today I had a great experience at Team Chevrolet Service Center. Gary helped me, and I am grateful for his excellent customer service and professionalism. He and the repair technicians worked wonders. I had an appointment in the morning and my repair was completed by the afternoon. I appreciate that Gary kept me informed about the status of my repair through clear and helpful communication. Considering it is the holiday season, it was busy, and pouring rain most of the day, I appreciate the care and level of service I received. Thank you!

The service I received recently was at its highest level of customer service. Ken in the service department made my experience at Team Chevrolet better than anywhere else I have gone too. I travel alot. When I need service, it has to be right now, which means I can use multiple dealers in my travels.Team Chevrolet takes the cake on this one.Thanks for the help Ken!Rich

I have been consistently impressed with both Dominic and Damien in the service department. We have started to bring our Honda to this office for service as well. Our Mazda has recently needed some significant warranty work completed and it was handled very professionally.

Exceptional service as always. I have been going to the team Chevrolet in Vallejo for a little over a year now. Never have I ever felt more welcome at a dealership service center. My go to representative Jazz(who deserves both a raise and promotion) is amazingly wonderful and always delivers top notch customer service with a bright smile and an engaging attitude. Jazz also goes above and beyond to make sure my car has all that it needs and cuts no corners. Super great full for Jazz and the Vallejo Chevrolet service center. ~ satisfied customer!

I had originally made an appointment online for a Monday but when I got to the dealership my appointment wasn t there. I was able to reschedule for Saturday with help with Ken and he apologized for the mixup online and let me know who would be my contact for the work for my car. On Saturday I met Dominic and he was very friendly and helpful and let me know. Did not normally do diagnostics on a Saturday but would make an exception for me. My check engine light had come on and I didn t want to drive my car till that was taken care of. He let me know it was due to a thermostat problem and he would have to order parts and would let me know When the parts came in, he would let me know when the work was done. Very pleasant very helpful.

Ken Sarna was a great service advisor. He let me know of the progress of the diagnosis. Unfortunately the problem I was having did not occur while in their hands, but I do trust that they tried their best to duplicate my concern. I will definitely return to them when the issue is easier to reproduce.

Everyone in service was amazing. They got me checked in and got my problem resolved very quickly. I was able to drive my brand new GMC home (I bought it from San Jose location and they were so kind to help me resolve my problem instead of having me go all the way back to SJ) the service advisor, Jazzy was very prompt and kind. She handled all of my requests with a smile!! I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family.!! Love Team DGDG!!

Stan Was my "service advisor"- Rudest man i ever met. i asked if the truck is sitting around that he would start it Ever other day to keep battery charge. He Said "All Batteries have to Go sometime". After Me calling in Repeatedly they had my vehicle Approx. two weeks. I Finally got through on a Monday. "Yes Its been ready since last Friday.Great communication skills. But stan Had bad news for me your battery is dead. I can change to for you . I said no i will jump it and change the battery myself. Once i paid two genius are trying to jump my vehicle with now luck - they would not let the battery charge more than 30 Seconds. Once they walked away. Stan Came out and Said " I can not allow you to work on your Vehicle Here" at this point i Had Enough ***I would rather call a tow truck than give you another dime" he walked away. I was able to think for a moment and found the Negative battery Cable was loose- I muscled it by Hand and the Truck Started. I left !Stan the Rude man Called me and Said I forgot to charge you a Thousand dollars come back.Of course i gave Stan The Rude man a hard time.I said i will have my wife get with insurance agent and get back t you.I went through a very trying experience when someone vandalized my Truck- I went through an almost Equally Frustrating with Stan The Rude man.He did ever thing in his power to make my DAYS HARDER!

Had the best experience with the customer service provided by Team Chevrolet Service Center! We were helped almost the moment we walked in the door. The representative took great care of us, and listened to us about what was going on with our car. He took the appropriate notes and called us when are car was ready for pickup. You can tell he genuinely loves his job. Since Covid customer service is lacking in so many businesses today. Not only was are car ready in just a few short hours but being assisted with great customer service was an added bonus! Thank you Team Chevrolet! We will definitely be back!!

I keep coming back for the following1) being acknowledged by Stan and his crew. Stan provides a service that is often imitated, but never duplicated.2) having my truck serviced at team. Has me assured that my truck is in good hands.3) Stan is an excellent service advisor. He never puts pressure on me to have things done that are unnecessary.4) when the job is done l can leave without worries.Kudos to Stan.

Good morning Mr. Gary Wilson. I did recently visit the At Team Chevrolet service dept on January 11, 2024. The cashiers there, Ms.Jamie and Ms. Kelly which help me pay for my services. I forgot my checkbook and I didn't have a credit card. They waited patiently for me to be able to get my bank to increase my debit card temporary to pay the charges for the service. I had there very patient and I was late that Friday just also want to mention that Stanley, the service advisor who helped me did a great job on my vehicle and wanted to recognize these individuals for the great services provided me as well as the rescue staff there which I never had any problems with since I've been going to your team Chevrolet service since 2018. Our General manager is Jay Brownrigg, the Service Manager is Gary Wilson.

Don t get serviced here. They lack customer service heavily and slip up on simple things like communication. They had my car for 5 weeks forced me to pay for a rental during and my car still has issues, they also broke my oil dipstick and lied. I m extremely frustrated trusting these people with my car I wouldn t do it. If I could I would give zero stars. They lack customer service, lie and try to treat you like you re beneath them during the process. Service supervisor acts like he doesn t care and treats you like it. Unacceptable take your car somewhere else you can trust and they will treat you with respect. Not here.

Great experience! We took our 2023 Chevy Equinox in for a parts upgrade. Everything from ordering the part on the Chevrolet web site to booking the installation on the vehicle was very easy.We received a confirmation of our appointment through a text. The process of the installation and getting our car back was very fast.

Annoying experience getting an oil change for my Silverado. I received an offer via email from this dealership, specifically directed at my Silverado, for an oil change for only $29.99. Ended up paying $65. The annoying part is the Service Consultants were not aware of the offer, even when I showed them the email, and it took a long time for them to figure out how to charge me. They complained that even if they figured all the parts at their cost the price still came out to $65. They clearly missed the point. If you can t honor an offer don t send it out.

Friendly and professional service. They have a text message system that you can interact with them during your service. I forgot some papers in my truck and was not sure where they were and I texted them and they checked the truck and found them in there and notified me.

Hopefully, the General Manager Jay Brownregg with step up the lack of professionalism at Team Chevrolet in Vallejo.After over two months we still have not got our truck back for what was estimated as a 4.9 labor hour job.It seems the Service Dept double charged us and our ins co. for parts that were already installed or never needed, to the tune of $884.34 Hopefully now that I ve exposed this, they will refund the money to our ins. company and us.We are at the mercy of Team Chevrolet because not only are they the only Chevy service center near us, we can ill afford the $635.00 we have had to pay already with my wife being the sole provider while I am undergoing cancer treatment, let alone nearly $2,500.00 our insurance company paid them.I really hope their mechanic really didn t break both arms and both legs as Luz used for multiple delays. She even told us our ins. Co. Switched adjusters which put adjuster said was completely false.As a disable senior citizen, I can no longer weather the blood pressure raising stress created by their service dept.Lord help us.Billing paperwork an available upon request !

I am reluctant to ever come back. I brought in the car I purchased because a back tire was losing air pressure. I figured, since I just bought the car two months ago, they'd take care of me and check out my "self-sealing" tire to see what was going on.Instead, I was immediately told that these types of tires cannot be repaired and I would need to replace the tire entirely. This was all without even looking at the tire itself to diagnose the problem.$430 later and some google searches after I got home, I found out that Michelin has instructions on how to repair these self-sealing tires. In other words, the guy at the front desk lied to me and upsold me on a tire that I didn't have to buy.

Every time we visit here we are extremely frustrated. My car is usually there for atleast 4 days but sometimes as long as two weeks without being fixed properly. My husband had to drive them to show them the noise their master tech said wasn t happening. I will never purchase Chevy again just because the options for getting it annything fixed with the dealership are nonexistent.

None of the issues I brought it in for were resolved.I was charged A basic service fee of $280.The TPMS sensors I was told were to be reset.But upon a short drive, they immediately went out again.

2-14-24 Service included tire rotation however who ever did the work DID NOT inflate my tires to the correct psi nor was any information provided to me regarding the tire pressure or tire tread depth. They surcharge you 3% for using a credit card for payment.

The guys over at Team Chevy are great had my transmission and my truck ready in no time flat , service was awesome the mechanic who did the work did it flawlessly my truck runs better then it did brand new I highly recommend team Chevy very professional and work performed is perfect thanks fellas
