In the past, I've done my own oil changes. This time I wanted convenience. After calling a few other overpriced shops, I brought my 2002 astro van in to this spot. It started with a phone call to see how busy it was. The lady on the phone said there was no line at all. After pulling up I was greeted and sent to the office to relax. 15 minutes later I was explained a few concerns and I was then on my way. At this point I may leave it to them to do my next oil change.

At the start, technicians in the garage were pretty friendly. Staff at the desk not so much. They forgot to put in my transmission fluid dipstick and called me to go back which I do appreciate. They didn't check to see if the transmission fluid needed to be topped off.

Having recently purchased my car I found my new mechanic shop in my new town! I am grateful to my friend who recommended this shop.Upon arrival, and after speaking with mechanic, Keith Pratt, I knew I had an honest appraisal of what my car needed and when certain repairs/maintenance would be due. Called in to talk to the owner about an issue I had with my oil change right away the owner tells me to bring my car in and they'll take care of it no problem so I did bring it in and after they did an inspection the owner came in and apologized for the issue and took care of it right then and there! Great business owner they 100% have my business as long as they're open thanks again guys!Service: Oil change

Not only did the mechanic get right to the problem, he did a great job fixing it! It's wonderful to have a place where you can get just about everything u need done. Highly recommend.

Haven't been to this place in years. Decided to go in today and get my car serviced. Waited a minute on the outside before a tech approached my car. Not sure if they were short staff on tech this day but once my service began on the outside the tech was very concerned/attentive to listen to my needs and answer my questions. Once inside office lady was kind, restroom clean, not a long wait as I thought. I still need another service done on my car, will be back, pray they continue with great customer speedy service

Long time customer at this location including taking my parents cars, spouse s car and other family members vehicles for both oil changes and basic car maintenance. This corner Vallejo establishment HAD been a great spot with great service for years until today. After pulling in to line up with the bays at 4:39p, apparently the pit guys don t like taking business 20 or so minutes before closing. Mind you they ve taken my vehicles in before at around the same time 10-15 mins before closing without a problem. Apparently the owners and management don t want my business?Soooo I just took my pickup truck with $100 and gave it a local Vallejo competitor s shop / oil change spot a mile away! The competition took my vehicle right away even just before closing with no issues, gave me a fast price quote and had my synthetic oil changed out before 5pm!

This was my first time at SpeeDee-Midas and they were very attentive, they knew exactly what my car needed. I don't have a standard vehicle so they had to order a filter for my car and it was delivered quickly. They had my type of oil on site and were able to get me in and out in a short amount of time. The cost was very reasonable, I recommend this location and I will be a repeat customer.

Went in for a-power steering fluid exchange. Customer service wasn t good at all. Been going here for years not the first time I ve had an unprofessional experience. Power steering fluid comes with an inspection of hose& connections for all I know they didn t do an inspection. At least they didn t tell me any information about the inspection , didn t say if everything was fine or anything ... just paid for what they done and that was it. I m not making this review to tell anyone not to go here. Just wanted to express the lack of customer service. Still a good shop and there is some good workers there.

They did a good job. I felt overcharged but I wasn't in a position to complain. I've been coming here for years, mainly for oil changes and tune up's. They're usually busy which is a good sign.

Quick and efficient oil change. Not my first time there and usually have a good experience. However, they do need to remind their staff about the importance of attention to detail. The sticker they put in the window needs to be accurate if they're going to put it there, and when they say they've reset the oil life indicator they need to actually do it.

Worst service ever!!! I have been to many Oil Changers since I bought my vehicle. All of them top off fluids but this one didn't. I had to find out the hard way! My low coolant light kept on coming on but coolant wasn't low. I asked them to check it out and they said all fluids are being topped off and documented on my receipt. Come to find out none of the fluids were topped off, 3 weeks later, all fluids were bone dry. I have always trusted Oil Changers but not after this incident. Please check their work after you have an oil change.

I took my ac to be repaired the mechanic Keith did a horrible terrible job do not recommend and will.not be bringing my cars to them again. He did more damage to my ac system than fix it. Wasn't able to fix a broken blower. That's something that I assume they should be able to fix or let me know they can't. He cut wires on the system that shouldn't be cut. Then they were charging me more money to fix their mistakes and make me come multiple days. That's an inconvenience for me due to my job. I had to finally take it some where else because every time after I made an appointment they couldn't take my vehicle. So I went somewhere else which let me know all the damage they Midas Keith had caused to my car they assured that it was another mechanic or individual that tried to address a broken blower. He does not know what his doing at lease when it comes to ac system. Now I'm going to pay double what I needed to fix the issue and the damage he caused.

I went in without an appointment to have my oil changed and rotate my tires. They took me in and I waited about 45mins - 1 hr. for them to complete both items. The charge was very reasonable and I was quite pleased with their service.

Lobby is large and Clean, service staff was friendly. Plenty of space for social distancing while you wait.I wasn't a fan of the wait time or the shopping center that's just loaded with sketchy people.My advice would be1. If your waiting on site, stay inside, it's actually nice for a auto shop in Vallejo.2. If you are dropping off your car, take everything out of it, they will park it in lit when done .3. They have a charging station for phones and laptops, so if your waiting, bring your plugs.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change on 11/2 and on 11/23, my check engine light came on and my car immediately stalled. I had to have my car towed off the freeway. My mechanic told me my engine froze, there was no oil in my car. The only way this could happen was they didn't put oil in my car

I was able to stay in my car while the getting my oil change. Everyone in the bey had masks on and I was able to use a $10 off coupon. The service was quick, the service men were friendly.

Affordable oil change. Air conditioned wait area. They have kept my 2007 Prius running great. They are well organized. Only tire shop that sells Sumitomo.

11/10/17 Used to be an older lady that worked the desk. She was very nice and personable. New lady has an attitude problem. My car was ready for 20 minutes before she finally checked me out. Went up to ask if I was next and got arise reply. I got basic oil change and people who had come after me were getting rung up before me. Also this place is the only place I've taken my car for an oil change in 10 years yet they told me that a filter was missing from my car??? Missing? The only way that could happen is if they forgot to put it in last time. Guy told me someone might have taken it out. Really?? I'm still sitting here waiting and the guy that did my car is already done with his next car. Think it's time to find a new oil change place.1/1/18 But it was not long ago I got this oil change where brake fluid should have been checked and filled yet a few weeks ago my car's 'brake fluid' light started coming on. That has never happened before and shouldn't be happening at all so soon after an oil change!2/20/18 I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but I just called regarding these problems and JR was extremely rude talking to me condescendingly. I've been going to this place for over 10 years but they have completely lost my business with horrible customer service, lies about services done, and just plain crappy work. I will make sure to go let everyone know to avoid this place at all costs. I highly suggest Joe's automotive repair in Benicia!! Great service, they are a small Mom and Pop place and go above and beyond.

Liars and crooks period . They put the wrong oil in my car when I specifically asked for what I needed. I told them while I was paying and they said they did not have the oil I asked for. I asked if they could put the right oil in if I bought it myself, they said they would. About a week goes by I come back they tell me they have to charge me for a while new oil change. The could have at the very least been honest but he chose to lie. I will definitely Never be back . You make your own decision.

I've serviced my cars here several times. Today, I had an oil change and tire rotation done. I made note of a marked tire before the service, when I picked up the vehicle, the marked tire was in the same position. The technician assured me the tires had been rotated until I pointed out the marked tire. He then claimed he got distracted and put the tires back on in the same positions, I watched him carefully while he actually rotated the tires. He's either lazy and dishonest or inattentive and sloppy.Update: Manager got in touch with me the next day. Told me that particular technician quit the same day and offered me a full refund or equivalent service. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and had them service my other vehicle. Upped rating from 1 to 3 stars because he did right by me without asking me to take down the negative review.

Very very very disappointed in the service here. I came about a month ago to get my brakes and rotors replaced. I never was shown any results of the damage detected to the pads or rotors, besides the fact the gentlemen came in to me in the waiting room stating that my rotors were gone and were creating a shape due to the metal contact of the current brake pads. So, I told him go ahead and fix it, to only have waited to hours later for the job to be finished and be charged $420 for (1) My rotors were never replaced and (2) It was an extreme liability that could have resulted in an accident with my children and I in the car.All of this information resulted from getting a second opinion from another mechanic who initially pointed out 30 days later after having them replace my back brakes, that the front rotors and brake pads were gone.I really do not appreciate being lied to, taken advantage of nor conned for money from a place that runs their businesses mission off of quality and customer satisfaction as their top priority.I would really wish that they would work on putting better quality and car into clients cars rather than just making a quick buck off people built off false recommendations or recommendations that were not legitimately done and bill services that were never replaced or completed.

UPDATE John at Speedee called me and I brought my car in, they corrected the problem. The guys at the shop were quick and professional.If you ever have a problem with the work they do at this shop just call John! He will make sure you are taken care of. I will continue to use Speedee as my oil change service provider. I will be going to the shop Say so they can correct the problem. The owner reached out to me today to see what they could do to rectify the situation.My car has been leaking oil since they changed my oil a month ago.

Was a bit unsatisfied took my vehicle in for a 17 point oil change. Called them after the time slotted said it was ready got there to pick it up went to paid was told it had an oil leak but my car was already supposed ready for me. The next day which was Christmas I knew they would be closed so I called two days later spoke with a mechanic " your car is old and it's not unusual for it to have leaks" hello that us why I bring my car in for servicing. Unbelievable . Finally drive my car on Saturday after they serviced it and now my dash board frame is broken..was just fine when I took it in to them. Really disappointed I had my car done there for years when the wiped down the plastic around the odometer or changed the check oil light some how that got broken.. Very unhappy about the attitude regarding the oil leak but am furious about my dash board. How do I prove they broke it.

30 minutes only to do a 17-pt oil change and inspection AND a fuel system flush?? Fast is one thing, but compromising quality for quantity, that s*** won't cut it! I had to double-check all the work! Sad too, 'cuz I've been coming here for nearly 8 years, and it was never this bad! I will not be back to this franchisee store!!
