They lied and said they called me and they didn t. They tried to charge me for storage fees and take my bike. I gave them over $5000 for no work. There over priced , they lie, trust me, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If I could give zero stars I would.

Very very unprofessional! Sent more than 3 quotes within a 30mins In CAPS.Lack of communication between the service writer Chris and his installer Mike.The bad boy attitude is not a very professional.Chris has no problem with telling you his opinion and how professional he thinks he is. Read all the negative comments.Then take your bike elsewhere where ,you will be treated with respect and you leave happy.

I'm happy to call Ride-On with Mike & Chris, my shop. I love these guys! Mike is always happy to work with me and help me get my Little Lady just how I want her. Chris is always kind and attentive. Among some of the work I've had done, Mike upgraded my Sportster 883 to a 1250 and changed the exhaust; she runs like a charm, I couldn't be happier to zip around on her now. I will always recommend Ride-On to friends and family.

This was a horrible experience. The owner was rude, abrasive and tried intimidating us upon pick-up of our bike. They tried charging us $16,000 in STORAGE fees and did NO work to the bike. After milking us for $3,000, he pushed the bike out with a flat tire, dead battery and paint splattered on it. I will never go back to this place. This was the worst buisness~consumer interaction I've ever had!!

Harley-Davidsons all day every day. Not literally they are closed a couple days a week I think. Mostly service and parts. I have come in with a part that was customized and I was unaware of that and I was just trying to get it to work. They didn't make me feel bad for not knowing I had a customized part and showed me a proper uncustomized part, which I purchased. The pricing is comparable to online so that is a good thing. I do my own service and maintenance so I can't comment on that but customer service is great even when it has been a service person. Clearly people who like what they do and it carries over to the customer.

Professional people, great prices and excellent workmanship. Others have worked on my bike, but none better.Update: a 5K service (Betty's had a few since my original review), and another rear tire and new brakes...Mike and company have expanded but not left any of the real, and personable, service interactions behind while growing.Same great service, real parts, and a few more good-lookin bikes for sale!

Mike, took care of my mapping for my fat boy after new V&H pro pipe and heavy breather was installed. Great guy gave me lots of free info for one of my other new bikes a cvo street glide to improve its performance. Now I have a good guy and shop to care for my bikes... thanks Mike new customer for life.

Great shop. They aren t trying to get rich off of one job. Very reasonable rates. If you need a tow. They will pick your bike up and credit the cost of the tow to the work being performed. I m going to get my motor bumped to a 107 next month.

Had a bum front tire showing chords on a BMW K1600 GTL. Called around and no one had tires where we had stopped riding due to tire. Finally spread our search and found these guys which are primarily a Harley speed shop but they do some metric bikes as well. Anyway they had some tires that would fit and were willing to help. We limped the bike 33 miles to their shop and the guys found the tire they had for our bike was too old and they wanted to sell us a fresh tire. A phone call to another shop got us the EXACT replacement which was way helpful. They got us in and took care of us!! Great guys, definitely stop here for your needs.

Lesson learn waste of my time and money they made the dealers look good read the reviews they re there for a reason took my loss and moved on an expensive lesson STAY AWAY i had no choice to leave a one star there were no choice to leave no stars if they were I d leave none to negative ,

I can t say enough about the customer service and mechanical service of Ride On Motorcycle. I needed to get a Dyno tune on my 2018 FXFBS. I spoke with Chris and he got me all set up with an appointment. I was coming from Sacramento because this is the closest shop that can tune using a DynoJet Power Vision. When I got to the shop Mike came out and took the time to give me a brief overview of what he does to achieve the best tune. Picked my bike up a week later and was very impressed with the numbers my bike is making. Both Chris and Mike exceeded my expectations! Thanks guys!

Went to their shop a couple days ago and wanted to see if they sold any ape 16 hangers, they said no but he could order some for me. Johnny breaks out a thick book of hangers I can order. I ask him if he can order them and he did it. Then gave me some tips. Super friendly shop and they re funny as hell. They fix all kinda bikes also. Check them out.

Tried to have 12-18K service done on Kawasaki KLR, was told the metrics mechanic comes in on Mondays to work, even though the shop is closed. Called on Wednesday to double check, was told I d get a call to verify, but no call. Called again Friday, was told that Chris was on another call and would get back to me soon, 3 hours later, no call. Dropped the bike anyway and the counter guy said Chis left and he hadn t seen him and would have him call, never called back. Hoped he would call on Saturday, but didn t. Come Tuesday no work had been done as the mechanic never came in. Counter guy said they tried to call me, but I sure didn t get one. Weak sauce in my opinion. Also wasted $140 on a rental car for the weekend.

I broke down on a 10 day solo trip on my 15 street glide, with the help of family in the area, We took my bike to Ride On Motorcycles. They took great care of me, had me back on the road quickly, great customer service and didn t overcharge me, I can t say enough about how great they are, Thank you Mike...If you re ever in the Vallejo area and need anything motorcycle please stop in or just drop by an get some swag to help support a great local shop.

They sold my husband a motorcycle that they said had no issues and had regular maintenance kept on it. He got his home found out there was zero maintenance done to it. It didn't even have oil in it and then two months after purchasing it completely quit running at all. OBVIOUSLY they weren't truthful.Now we are out $3500.ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY HERE.

Went in thinking we had a problem with our Harley, turns out we had the battery in our key fob upside down. They didn t charge us a dime and were great people to work with. Special thanks to Chris and the mechanic that helped us. Stellar!

Nice guys. Always have time to talk out issues with yout bike even if your working on it at home and they arent gonna see any money outta the service. Which is why if im doin stuff myself i buy my parts and oil and lubes from them cause this is a bike shop that likes bikes. The skinney mechanic is on point

Super cool staff great intelligent know-it-all mechanics ready to give you the quality you're Harley deserves I can't recommend this place enough there brothers and they know what they're doing

They answered questions about a 25K service on my 2009 Street Glide. They were "OK" not quiet as bad as Ironstead, but close.
