Excellent, CUSTOMER SERVICE and greatly appreciate this shop and would highly recommend others to come here for any repair needed for their vehicles. Not only did they worked and fix my car but the owner Adrian (spelling) helped me cosmetically fix my key fob, which was wrapped up with black tape like a mummy. While i was waiting. Someone came into the shop delivering something. It was a battery for my key fob. He ordered while fixing the key fob. OMG who does that?!. Now that's customer service that a lot of businesses are lacking. And, the battery was on the house:) Thank you for all you do!!! Gotta mention Benny too.

Great customer service. I believe the gentleman's name is Benny. He was extremely informative on a repair that I needed and was able to give me a couple of programs that they accept for financial help! Amazing.

Brought our car in for brake work. The sales person was friendly and accommodating. Had us in and out in less than an hour. Can't say enough about these guys. Out new go to shop.

Buyer beware!!! Horrible workmanship in welding mufflers. I have taken several vehicles here and the quality and service remain the same, substandard! The owner Adrain is rude, despicable, and quite condescending. I had to replace my catalytic converters and entire muffler system again. They even welded my oxygen sensor, which caused my check engine to turn light on. Acapulco Mufflers fixed all of Lipsey's faulty work costing several hundreds of dollars.

Took my van in for a tune up they kept it all day called me at closing time said it was ready. I got there to pick it up they said only half of the spark plugs had been replaced. The check engine light was on with 3 codes. Totally there fault. They should be shut down don t use this business you will regret it.less than 1 star updated to say they made it right I am completely satisfiedServices: Auto engine tuning, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement

Dealing with car issues can be a stressful experience. Lipsey's helped take a lot of the worry out of the equation.Someone answered the phone every time I called (during business hours). They explained what was wrong with my car in detail and used trims easy for anyone to comprehend. They also took extra steps to ensure I was satisfied with the service. Would and will definitely return when needed.

Amazing, catalytic converter was stolen twice, did an amazing job and a cage, would recommend them to anyone who wants a legit mechanic.

Jerry is a very positive person. So helpful and has been in the industry for 35-40 years. Give him a difficult project and he said no problem,,see you tomorrow. Totally cool! Don't let the location fool you.

Lipsey's is THE best auto repair shop! They know what they are doing and I can not believe how reasonable their prices are. I and my housemates too for that matter have been taking our cars there since we moved to Vallejo 2 years ago.And they are super friendly and go out of their way to help you.

Owner was a rude, disrespectful jerk to me. Not getting my money again. Shop is dirty and disorganized too. No bell ringer or anything when a customer shows up just two rude mechanics telling you that you can't be in their area. Never again. First rule of business: "the customer is always right"

They can do basic tire work fine. Be careful if they say they can handle more complicated projects. It hasn't been my experience they can.They also don't bother to have anyone there wear masks. It's a covid hazard.

Absolutely terrible! Not only didn't properly weld the muffler on to where the supports broke off less than 500 miles of travel but damaged other systems while doing the work and didnt even do all the work i wanted them to do! Go anywhere else if you want professional work done

My car was making noise i think muffler. I took it in and he was able to fix it while i waited. The price was good to. Thank you for taking care of me and my prius

Had Flo Master put on my truck. I love it except for the pipes don't line up evenally. Iam taking it back this week coming and will let u all know how it goes, as far as $ very good and low prices, respectful everytime I have stopped in for any information or estimate.

Bad customer service. Payed over $1200 and my still wasn t fixed . Left car unlocked and all my stuff was stolen and they claim they locked it but I have a alarm system and I didn t see Any damage where anybody could have broken in . I recommend not to go here.

EDIT: Not only was our car broken into but the next day my boyfriend found people sleeping in our car while walking home, either lipseys leaves cars unlocked or there are people who check out the cars late at night. id advise not to leave your car here.they have done great work to our car in the past but after yesterdays incident we will no longer come here. our car was here for 2 weeks to get a new engine, yesterday we came to take pictures of our car to sell it and to our surprise the car was unlocked and all of our personal belongings (CDS, paperwork, tools, electronics) INCLUDING all of our car information (pink slips and all) were stolen out our car. everything was thrown around and a oil cap was gone as well, we are unsure how long our car was like this as none of the workers there knew what happened and all seemed clueless to which they told us to call the owner, nothing was resolved and said he wasnt responsible for what happened while our car was under their watch. if you do come here make sure you lock your car and take your things out. what makes this worse is we also called checking to see if our car was fine earlier in the week and they assured it was, this could of happened after the breakin but judging by how 2 doors were unlocked i doubt they were actually checking on it.

Its so hard finding quality mechanics. Not only did they fix my car fast.... They actually fixed it! I will take all my cars over to them from now on. I dropped off weds and picked up on friday. Motor /transmission mounts and sway arm replacement. Thank you!

Adrian best managed in town very helpful I was going to 1 star if not for adrian fast customer service and problem solving. Carhop gave me a raw deal but he helped anyway cant ask for a better car shop plus fair prices and fast work thanks again adrian!!!!

Great service, these guys stayed almost an extra hr over closing time because i needed my car back that day and it wasn't finished, not many people or places will do that, car is fixed, great price, even more important, this is a mechanic shop u can TRUST
