I went in for a tire rotation and was first told it was going to take 45 minutes to do a tire rotation. I waited for an hour and 18 minutes for them to tell me they couldn t rotate my tires. I measured my tires before I came in and I only had one bad tire and I was told I need all four tires to be replaced because they were all bald. Below is one of the tires that shows no balding and the other ones were the same wear.

Les Schwab was recommended by a friend bc I had a nail in my Michelin tire. I checked out some other places but I decided to go with Schwab and I'm pleased with their service so far. They were friendly, easy and I got the tire repaired for FREE! I will most likely come back for tire service.

I got my brakes done at this Vallejo location August 1, 2023 and let me say I am the furthest from pleased. First, I ll lead with the positive a while back I brought my car in to get a tire; however, upon inspection I only needed my tired patched due to a large nail. Les Schwab accommodated me and my tired was fixed in a timely matter free of charge, and I would recommend them for tire issues. I came to them for brakes and rotors roughly around May and because I felt at the time the specific person I spoke with was honest enough. It was recommended that I come back at a later time for the service because there wasn t a need yet, so I came back in August. My vehicle was dropped off when they opened because that s when I scheduled a meaningless appointment, and I didn't receive my car until after they closed. Not only that I had to call to get a simple update that they were backed up and needed more time. I then let a couple more hours pass by before I headed to the location and was told they re busy and would keep working until the service was done. Lastly, my car doesn t seem to have gotten anything done because my brakes are worn and making the same noise if not worse barely three months and a few hundred dollars later. Needless to say this experience is 1/10 and would definitely not recommend.

Chris really helped us out this summer! We had purchased an older model classic car in WI and were driving it across country. It didn't have very many miles on it and appeared to be in near perfect condition, but we realized crossing the desert it was running a bit rougher than its reputation for a "ride like a cloud". It seemed the tires needed to be replaced. We tried to get that done in Reno, but discovered it required a special tool which we did not have. The car "tire specialist" in Nevada wouldn't touch it.By the time we got over the summit in stormy weather we were really concerned, and with good reason. The next morning we found one tire completely flat. But CHRIS at Les Swab came to the rescue! He MADE the tool to help us! Every one was pleasant and helpful. They had the car overnight and took care to keep it safely locked in the garage. They were 1005 clear about our tire and service options. We were SO IMPRESSED! They even got us on the road so we could pick up some elderly relatives at the appointed time to take them safely to lunch in Sacramento. Then we continued with confidence all the way back home to Alaska! I cannot rate Chris and Les Swab highly enough! Thank you for our peace of mind and safe journey home.

Called in advance. They verified that they had my tires in advance and the total cost. Was done in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and professional.

This location is a rip-off I don't know who runs it or why they are so much more expensive than any other Les SchwabDo your research and call aroundI've gone to several different locations and it's always $99 to full set swap tires this location wants $299!?!?

I've had to visit more than I would have liked to over the last few months, due to the the rocky roads here in the Bay Area. Customer service is always on point. There maybe a hour or so wait depending on the day. Free coffee for customers in the waiting room, vending machines and a TV.

A good choice if you're close by. If they tell you about the wait time and you go back home to wait, don't come back until they call you, otherwise you'll have to wait. Good price, clean interior, and price is okay.A good thing is that they can do a free system check (for your road trip) if you ask for it.

Fantastic service! Johnny and crew were fast, efficient, and courteous. They really helped me out today with my tire and I will be a forever customer as a Vallejo local! Thanks again guys.

Pure incompetence I brought my van in for brakes pulsating when applied at high speed I explained the symptoms after leaving my van with them they called me up a couple hours later stating that I needed front pads rotors and calipers $676.00 I said go ahead as long as you're sure it will solve the problem I picked up my van later that day it was still doing the exact same thing brought it back the following morning they said they installed a faulty caliper and that was the problem finally at 6:00 pm they said it was ready I get there they were still working on it when they finished they took it on a test drive and it was still doing the same thing then the gentleman at the desk tells me it must be something with the master cylinder or something internal That I need to take it to the dodge dealership I brought it home did 5 minutes worth of research on the internet determine it was probably the rear brakes went to Monument Auto parts store spoke with the gentleman working there explained the symptoms to him he asked does the steering wheel also pulsate when braking I said no he said it was the rear brakes! He knew instantly it was rear brakes so I bought rear rotors and pads replace them myself BINGO it's fixed no more pulsating so not only did Les Schwab misdiagnose the problem they charged me $676.00 for a completely unnecessary front brake job when the actual problem was the rear brakes just pads and rotors it's pretty sad when a cashier at the parts store knows more about brakes then a top dollar tire and brake shop. So to sum it up they had my van for two days replaced the front brakes twice for NO REASON couldn't diagnose a simple rear brake pad and rotor issue then left me thinking there was something major wrong with my car that required taking it to the dealership

Came in to buy a new tire. This is what one tire for $500 looks like from them on Sonoma and valle vista. Never coming back

Places get busy sometimes. But you should not say 1hr to 1hr and a half if that's not what it is. People have appointments or have to go to work right after. Even though it's a free complimentary tire patch. I would rather pay another shop to have it fixed and done specific to the time promised. I've noticed they always give you a time just to get you stuck here. Time is money.

Decided to try Les Schwab again after a negative experience. Front desk gentleman , I believe his name is Brunel. The man was awesome. He is knowledgeable , listens intently to your concerns with the car and doesn t try to up sell you unnecessary , unneeded things. Based on my experience with him I will definitely be going back to Les Schwab

They've always provided amazing service to their customers, but things have gone above and beyond recently despite the insanity of the pandemic. Chris, Johnny & Brian are my favorites there but they're all awesome and this is one of the best locations I've gone to. The waits are so long because they provide such great service; they're super busy but still thorough with each car.

Was quoted a price for two tires over the phone. 200 dollars for 2 tires. Went down and had them installed. After they were installed an employee came back with the bill and said the price was 290 dollars. Told them to "Take them off". Shady business.

Great staff. Came for estimate and got honest, detailed advice and pricing. I have been to three different Les Schwab and I am so impressed that each is impeccable, clean, knowledgeable and so service oriented. I am a now a customer for life.

Avoided PepBoys and Big O and I m glad I came to this place. Got new set tires and they have the tires not stored some remote area or country. It was completed on time without appointment and they provide financing. I noticed that there a lot of customers so it s good sign. Highly recommended! Great place to replace your tires.

Chris was very pleasant and very helpful on the phone. Provided me quote for a set of tires 225/50 R18.... The price seemed fair and I went to take my car there. The woman at the front counter by the name of Doreen was pleasant and helpful as well. I felt I was not being taken advantage of and Doreen also was knowledgeable. Thank you Chris and Doreen for great customer service and making me feel comfortable taking my car to your business. The other workers I encountered were pleasant as well and seemed to like working there. Lobby was clean and plenty of space. Would be comfortable coming here again in the future.

Service at this store is minimal! You now need an appointment that has no real meaning other than a time to come to their store and wait! I spent 1700 dollars for four tires and you would think that cost would afford you a little more service!? Another customer without an appointment came in after me and they started working on his car before mine!

Wonderful experience! Checked /replaced 2 tires that I'd noted were badly worn on outside. Also asked for brake check and possible alignment.No stories sold me 2 tires on sale with good warranty, told me good on brakes, no pressure to buy now, did alignment, included all measurements and were wonderful about explaining everything, offered to send reminded on rotation, FOR FREE. Doreen so great to work with..fast and super friendly!

Les Schwab never lets you down! This store was no different. Employees were great. Service was outstanding. Store was nice and clean. 4 tires, in and out in a little over an hour.This store is not in the greatest area of Vallejo, but they still need to put a little effort into curb appeal. Because it s in a dump, doesn t mean it has to look like a dump.Overall a very satisfied customer as always.

I got a flat tire and needed a new one with installation. Great service. They moved as quickly n efficient as they could. There were multiple cars ahead of me and gave me a 2.5 hour timetable. I decided to wait and they had it back to in 1hour n half. Solid. Highly recommend. They guarantee their work.

Today I walked into Les Schwab Tire Center in Vallejo with a tire pressure sensor on. I visited Les Scwab Tire Center a day ago to get my tire fixed due to a nail puncture. Today I returned expecting to pay for having the same tire needing to be fixed or possibly replaced. I was pleasantly surprised just as I was the first time visiting this business. I was greeted by helpful staff and the African American young man Ange, who helped me previously was my service technician today as well. He promptly diagnosed my issue, started fixing my tire and addressing said issue with a coworker, and updated me in a timely manner as well. He has given phenomenal service for the second time in a row and if you have an issue with your vehicle I would definitely bring it here and ask for him personally. The only thing they needed was a signature to get me back on the road no fee. I highly recommend this place for anyone who has car problems in the future.

Came in for a flat on my passenger s rear tire. I was immediately greeted with fast and efficient service. They fixed up the flat and the tire was good to go, free of charge. This is the place to go for all your vehicle repair needs, no contest.

I am a retail manager and anytime I see a store opened prior to it's posted time is truly a sign of a well run business. This is a pet peeve of mine. And this exact thing happened today as I arrived before they opened.Secondly, Josh the person that opened the store had a half dozen people waiting out front and greeted each one individually and with a welcoming attitude, not to mention keeping a sense of urgency in front of us all.You can feel the state of the store as soon as you walk in. The female receptionist (I think it was Lexy?) was just as attentive, upbeat and professional as you could ask for. She handled repeat phone calls juggled customers and kept a smile the entire time.Another indicator of a quality organization was the place was super clean, neat and organized.Lastly everyone I saw moving in and out of the shop was well groomed, attentive and hustled.Kudos to this entire staff and company for having high standards in place but even more importantly the team working deserves a 5 star rating! You don't see this type of service and attitudes in businesses to often, especially in a tire business.I am not an employee or related to anyone who works for Les Schwab.Pat4-15-17.

Do not recommend. Went in for 2 flat tires. Had my car for 3 weeks, said I need 1 new wheel then days later it was 2 new wheels. 1 wheel ordered was wrong and had to reorder. $250 each for used wheels in addition to a set of tires that are not recommended for my particular vehicle. Bad communication and after over 3 weeks of having no car they offered a measly $50 discount. Never had a good experience here, the only reason was desperation because B & G Tires was closed on Saturday. Save yourself money, frustration and time and go to B & G Tires instead, they are the best in Vallejo.

I have been doing business with Les Schwab for years and am mostly satisfied. Usually, the service is prompt. Last week, it took them two hours to install two new tires. That was inconvenient. The chairs in their waiting room are very uncomfortable. If there were comfortable chairs and cold drinks, I would have been happier. The employees are very nice, though.

Less Schwab is the only place to go for your tire replacement or any brake work. They always are caring about your safety and comfort in your vehicle. They are always willing to service their guarantee to check the air in your tires. They stand behind the product and service. We are Les Schwab clients for all our cars for life. Thank you for all the great work.
