I had the Best service ever.This place is amazing. I needed 3 tires and they put them on my car sooo fast Also nice New tires.Im sooo happy.Im a senior woman and they treated me with so much respect. THANK YOU Eagles .I loved your service and smiles.I recommend this place to everybody.I will be back and will tell everyone about you!!!!!! The price is right also.Go people .You will be happy

I went and bought a set of used tires. The one on my driverside was rotten and broke apart while on the freeway. I went back to get a new tire and said hes not going to do anything about it. How is it legal to swll dry rotted tires. Ive been going here for awhile. They also lost my valve cap to my tires. I bought a set online and 2 went missing. So be careful they sell bad products, take your stuff and sell dangerous tires. 1 start is giving them too much. In my opinion.

Got 3 used tires for only $45 each. I normally prefer brand new but I'm happy since my old tire tread was quite worn down. One tire a got a few months ago after I got a major flat. But I feel so much better top.Service was great and didn't have to wait too long to be taken care of. The service was great.Thank you so very much!

Needed a tire this morning. Went to this place, have been there many times before with other cars I ve owned. They put my tire on, I pay and the guy doesn t want to let my car down. He asked if I paid I tell him yes. He still doesn t let my car down. He goes inside asked the owner, who I just completed my transaction with and confirms that I paid him and he takes his time taking my car off the jack. So, this is how you treat your paying customers like common thieves. Absolutely unacceptable !

I bought two 205/70/15R tires and they were great. Affordable, quality tires and excellent service and the best part - it only took them 15 minutes. I went to Big-O first and they told me that I d have to wait for 3 hours but the guys at Eagle Tires had me to work on time.

What a great shop They have all the sizes either brand new or used tires. And if they don't have it in the shop they make sure that u get them the very next day. They have a very friendly staff and the service is fast. I went in their to get 4 new tires and had a great converstation with the owner. After 15 mins my car was ready to go with all 4 brand new tires. The brand was good and price was remarkable.

Eagle Tire shop in Vallejo came through for me today!!!! Had a flat tire, had the car towed home because no one was able to remove my stubborn wheel lock! A friend called for me, told them the situation and the guys said bring it in now, we WILL take care of it! This was such a huge relief after I had called numerous places, talking to professionals that were intimidated & simply saying they CANNOT do it! I was aware that my wheel lock/key could possibly be damaged in the process, but I didn t care I just wanted it off, NEEDED it off so I can get another tire put on. BIG THANKS to EAGLE TIRE SHOP VALLEJO The only ones willing to do the work with no hesitation!!!! I left there with a nice set of used tires, a new wheel lock/key set in less than one hour!!!!

I like doing business with honest people and honest businesses.I didn't like doing business here. I called ahead and asked how much it would be to patch a tire. They told me $20 on the phone.When I walked in, one of their workers told me it was $30. I told him that I was previously informed it was $20. He said "I think you want to give me $30". I don't appreciate heavy handed business tactics or veiled threats, I couldn't tell which this was.Either way, I paid $20. The only reason I went here was because Les Schwab was closed. It was out of desperation, this is the only reason I would ever come here again. Hopefully I never have to.

While I haven't been here personally my mother has had the worst of experiences with them. After a flat she went to them asking for her 4 used tires to be replaced they sold her 2 leaky tires and stole her barely used spare tire and damaged her front end. When she went back and explained this to them she was met with nothing but disregard and disrespect. Only getting anything done by them after being unable to leave because the tire they sold her was flat and not having the spare tire they took from her to replace it with. The people working here are incompetent scam artists with no morals.

Okay doing business prior to the last time, but asked for 2 used front tires, the worker asked if the Michelins were okay, owner said yes.WRONG!Within a weeks time and hardly driving at all but to work, 1 1/2 miles a day, I noticed hitting a small pothole my wheels were slamming in to them, and the air pressure showed leaking from them, I went back on day 8, the same worker was extremely rude so went to the owner and explained these tires are the wrong size and what was happening.He would not swap them for the correct size at all, I even said I'd be okay with crediting half the cost towards the right tires, nope, he said I'd have to pay for the next pair full price.....I was stuck with these tires and today, several months later and damaged rims and badly needing my front end aligned, I am headed to replace these tires that, as it turned out are old and disintegrated terribly.Low profile tires don't work on a Cadillac.....Eagle tires it's clear that it's all about the sale, poor business ethics.Never again.

Place looks sketchy with a capital S, but they did it. Swapped four new tires on while I waited (albeit sitting on the curb), for half the price and twice as fast as a normal shop. Just did it right outside with a jack; I don't think they have a normal lift inside. The guy didn't torque the lug nuts at all, he just used an impact gun, and didn't even tighten them in a star pattern, just in a circle. I'll have to loosen and retighten properly (safely) them at home, but that's tolerable. I'm recommending them because they installed my tires (which are T rated when my car calls for Z rated, even though it's still safe) when no one else would because of some vague liability.These guys don't care about liability. If it's black and round and you want it, it goes on the car. Quick and cheap, but don't expect perfection or a comfy waiting room.

Best new and used tire shop in Vallejo been coming here since I was 18 I m 30 now they always have your back always get the best prices super nice dudes and they get you out of here fast

So I tried calling first no answer, i showed up instead because of previous buisness done with them. I was greeted by a gentleman and was told $45 for 1 used tire, so I agreed and proceeded to allow the work, I was then asked by another guy what i needed to be done and i told him, and then asked can he do a deal for 2 tires? He then tells me $50 each and I said that 1st guy told me $45, he said "oh no hes the new guy it's $50 each" and then a 3rd "tough guy" jumps in asking about the other tire I was inquiring about that was a spare moving torwards my trunk pushing to start working and get involved with my car, not to mention they're starting to talk over each other, so I just told the 1st guy to drop my car and that they're not working on my car, so here I am at solano tires on sonoma don't know the mangers name yet but if you want straight business go to solano tires on sonoma, it's a shame because I used to get all my tires done at eagles tires and used to send them business while working in the mechanic shop down the street, but it's ok won't be going there ever again

Never going back to this place ever again. Bunch of thieves. Bought 4 brand new tire last year. Noticed this week two of the tires was bulging on th he side wall. Went there hoping they will replace it as warranty since it hardly even 10K miles on it.They say there is not warranty because I paid discounted price and not full price....its faulty tires, or should I say they sell cheap tire..never going back.

Really friendly and very fast!! Was in and out with no appointment, and they where very busy!! They just had plenty of staff to help customers. Nice price to go with great service. I will use again for any tite needs

negative experience, when I pointed out to the technician tha one of the tires the mounted was mounted backwards, and needs remounting, I got a hostile response , lost my original stem caps so I left with 4 different stem caps, what a guy, made me feel like I did something wrong,, the service was for mounting/ balancing of 4 new tires, for $100.

You can purchase quality new and uses tires at a reasonable price. They provide fast tire change service.

Nice place but the Mexican guys there are rude the India guy there was very respectful also a good worker as well and the Mexican guy told me if I give him a nice tip he will give me tires

Scratchedall 4 wheels said they were like that already but there were aluminum shavings all over the new tire if u go here just don't let the "boss" do the work he does not know how to mount a tire

Place has bad tires doesn't inspect properly and over priced . Bought a tire , tire had some type of tear in it after being examined by another shop called manager and manager said couldn't do anything about it .
