I came to Josh (the owner) and Creative Customs for installation of my air suspension on my civic coupe 2019. I ve met Josh before even knowing I wanted bags and he s a really cool guy, very professional, and he maintains high standards for his business and every client he works with! I ve seen so many of his clients with air suspension, Show Car Builds, and trophies or awards from Car Shows so he definitely has the proof to back up everything!Also, normally there s a standard setup for people who want air suspension, but I had requested that he set me up with bags but to maintain the usability of my trunk. He fulfilled that request and made sure everything was working properly and safely before returning my car back to me! And the trunk setup looks amazing while still meeting my request!As soon as I came to pickup the car, he went over all the basics of understanding how to use the air suspension controller, the soft/hard adjustments for the struts, how to empty any water that the trap catches and other things to remember!Overall, I had an amazing experience working with Josh, and can t wait to go back for more!

My wife owns a 2014 Audi A4, and one day she desired to put air suspension on her ride. I was referred to Creative Customs with high recommendations from my friends for guidance. Josh (the shop owner) walked me through the entire process, from what kits were available and all pricing from purchase to installation. I went with Air Lift performance and went with Josh s shop for installation. Josh communicated with me throughout the entire installation and gave me frequent updates on the install progress. When my wife and I looked at the final installation, the car looked so proper that it didn t look like he had modified the car at all. The installation was flawless. Josh took the time to show us how to operate the controls and gave us some tips on how to maintain the system. Overall, I highly recommend this shop if anyone is looking to have suspension work on their car. I will be a returning customer to this shop because I have confidence in the shop owner s professionalism and technical expertise.

Josh and the team took amazing care of my car. Got me squeezed in to a tight schedule and even worked with me to make sure I was not without my car.I was doing a front end conversion of my 2 series and he paint matched the unpainted bumper to PERFECTION. You cannot tell the difference between the fenders and bumper at all. He even let me help with the installation (because I asked if I could) and ask questions. During the whole process he was asking if this would work for me if he did things a certain way and even showed me how he was doing some of the aftermarket installation. He even retrofitted the foglights to the new bumper so I could keep them. He also stands by his work as he strives to make his customers happy.Definitely recommend checking them out for any auto body repairs, restorations and aftermarket parts installations!!Services: Painting, Auto body & trim replacement

Id recommend Creative Customs anytime! Josh helped me when every shop declined to work on my robot bodykit. Always communicating with me throughout the whole process. Didnt skip a step. I will always recommend him for any fiberglass fabrication!!!

Had my rear bumper repainted after someone did a hit and run. Turn around time was better than most. Good price. Quality work. You get what you paid for. Josh knows his stuff when it comes to painting and getting color matched as best as possible. If you never need any Carbon Fiber restoration or any other work done, I highly recommend this shop. It s hard to find auto body shops all over NorCal that specialize in Carbon Fiber restoration until my friend referred me to Josh and all I can say is that he did his best to help bring back my Carbon Trunk to life. 10/10 Josh is an awesome entrepreneur by helping out others in the car community by doing what he loves and is very passionate about.
