10/10 highly recommend.I deferred my repair shop preference to the insurance adjuster and I'm glad I did.Repair estimates were almost spot on, but I was still only responsible for the deductible. Repairs happened sooner than expected. Can't even tell anything happened. Thank you Mayra for taking good care of us. Hope to not have to come back here, but if need be I'll go through this placeToyota Tacoma for reference

Caliber Collision was wonderful. Mayra communicated with us throughout the repair. New estimates were sent when more damage was discovered. She called, text and emailed. The work completed looks great. With the care in communication and what we can see, I would expect the interior repairs are great. She explained parts and repairs every time.

I got my car fixed here after I got into a hit and run and they did such a great job. They gave me an estimate time of when it should be done and they stood by their word. The staff was very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend.

Our car got takin to Caliber Collision by our insurance company. Due to the damage of the car they sent it to the dealership for an engine diagnostics which turned out fine. Caliber then repaired and replaced the rest of the damaged components on the car. Once we got the car back it sounded like it had a broken engine mount or something similar. We took it back to Caliber and they told us we would have to take it back to the dealership because they didn t do any of the engine work. So we did. The dealership found a bunch of loose suspension components which Caliber did replace. I would not use them again for any repair.

Expert work. Also friendly kind and patient. Was thankful for during this stressful time. It is true that in the past I would agree with some of the other revewers that when I called for check ins felt that that particular person was impatient with me. That has changed. Whatever modifications needed seem to have thankfully been made. Again, the finished work was excellent.

This is my 4th time letting Caliber Collision work on one of my cars and I have to say the experience is Amazing. The time frame of repair went by so fast and during my repair I got constant status updates. I was told my car would be done within a certain time frame and they have ALWAYS delivered. Excellent experience with Caliber Collision - Vallejo location. My car was hit while parked and I was nervous about finding a shop that could adequately work with an electric vehicle (Kia) and perform the repair with factory/OEM parts only. Francisco and his team at Caliber were excellent and I fully trusted them with my car. While the repair was delayed multiple times due to delays on shipped parts, the team's communication was great and they updated me along the way. They also worked with me to conveniently drop off my vehicle at a location of my choice once it was ready. As far as body shops go this place is a 10/10. Would trust them with my car repairs again. Thank you Francisco and team for your hard work!

I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision for repairs and they did a GREAT JOB! No complaints over here!!! The repair took approximately 3 weeks. During that time, I was updated via text msg on the status of my vehicle, which I loved, and my vehicle was completed on time!! Thank you Caliber Collision staff!!

I did not feel valued as a customer. I was uncomfortable with the whole process. Very poor communication. I had to constantly call and text with not return response. I physically had to go down there to get an update. I was not assured when it came to specific details when it came to warranty work. The finish date kept changing. My car was finished 3 weeks late. Do not take you luxury vehicles here. The staff doesn t have experience with high end vehicles. My S550 stayed in the shop for 3 weeks, the mechanics didn t even know how to take the wheels off my car. Even after I told them it uses a normal 17mm socket they didn t do anything. Text messages with status of the vehicle were sent on a regular basis but no communication from adjuster. Anytime I called to ask about my vehicle it seemed like he was annoyed. I had to take my car out of the shop and transferred to a non Caliber shop. I would not take my car to any Caliber shops again.Service: Tires

I was really impressed by their profesionalism and genuine custumer care. Mayra, patiently answered all my questions and helped me to get the insurance company to include the repair of a hidden damage that couldn't detect at the beginning.Also Antonio Pinedo, General manager, made sure I was totally satisfied with the work done. He explained me, in detail, the work done on my vehicle and answered all my questions. He even showed me documents that demonstrate only original parts were used. I was concerned about not replacing with authentic manufacturer parts.Finally , I was impressed when I picked up my vehicle because it was like new and they even cleaned it. The work only a took few days as promised. Very professionals and genuine custumer care .

Took my Honda here to get repaired. The person assigned to me was Andrew, and man he was the best! He kept me informed and updated throughout the whole process, and it wasn t hard to reach him at all. 10 out of 10 service from him and the rest of the Caliber team there! Workmanship was good but dissapointed when I got home and closely inspected my car . I didn t inspect the outside rear of my car because it was parked rear first against the steel fence. There was a noticeable chip on my tail gate that wasn t there before. Driver side floor mat full of dry mud when I removed the paper mat covering it. A dust pan was left behind my back seat. It s a learning lesson forme to be meticulously careful next time around when I m going to the same service for my car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I called in for some questions about my Acura in since I got into a little finder bender a few days ago. Andrew was the person I talked to if I m not mistaking. Overall, his service was extremely good, and he gave me great advice, and alternative options instead of trying to break my wallet! I ll definitely be taking my car to this establishment for future repairs.

I didn't know what to expect after having to send in my car for repairs. I thought it would take weeks. I was wrong. The process went quickly. Mayra helped with all the questions I had. Great customer service and overall they took care of my car.
